The kindest staff that truly cares about the pets they watch. We have used the daycare and boarding and got great updates and excellent care. My pup is so much happier since we found this place. Top notch through and through. We will use them for decades to come.

I never have any concerns about leaving my dog, whether it be for a day or overnight at this establishment. All of the staff are caring and responsible for the pets. This particular visit, I added a bath to her stay Marissa was the one that handled Sophie for that add on service. It was the best bath Sophie has ever had. Marissa took great care to clean under her eyes, and then even had pictures of her playing with Sophie in her unit. I would not hesitate to recommend this place, nor will I ever hesitate to take Sophie for another stay

Most wonderful doggy daycare out there. The staff are amazing; they do such fun things with the dogs. Also, the facility is spotless. Sneakers loves going to daycare.

Absolutely love Paws at Play Resort & Daycare, and so does my 1 year old puppy! He comes home exhausted from just a half a day of playing with his pals. Especially great for a rainy day when you don't want to take your dog for a walk.Also, the staff is so kind & friendly! Love that they post pictures on FB and Instagram throughout the day so you can see cute pics of your pup playing!

I was disappointed in my dogs first stay here. It was his first time ever being away from us. At drop off, a girl came to take my dogs leash and lead him to the back while I continued to check in. I assumed they would take me back after I finished check in to say goodbye. However, they seemed to find it odd I wanted to go back there. At first they didn’t open his kennel door for me and my dog was so nervous. I was asked “did you want to give him a hug or something” and was finally allowed to go into the kennel and say goodbye. At check in, I had requested and agreed to pay for additional phots/texts (4 a day). However, his first day there, I received one update in the morning and no other updates were given despite me calling and texting throughout the day, I was so sad all day not knowing how the day went. I was also upset that the vet had adjusted some medications for him while he was there and no one called to inform me of this. I’m very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for my dog to be there at boarding and I also go there for my veterinarian visits and grooming. I’m not sure I feel comfortable having my dog stay there again.

Wonderful, caring staff. Our fur baby stayed her several days for boarding and was very well cared for. They even texted us pictures of him enjoying his day. Highly recommend the only place we trust and like.

My pup is a new member to Paws at Play Daycare as of recently.I feel like I have checked out every doggy daycare in a 20 mile radius.I am so pleased with both the staff at Paws at Play for there time in answering questions, there knowledge and the kindness and professionalism they show both to humans and to our four legged friends.I love the report card and pictures I received on the first visit after a few hours.I also really liked that when I picked up my dog I got a small tour of the facility. That meant a lot to me !!!!!Most importantly my dog was happy and tired and had a doggy smile !I’m excited to get him back soon.Highly recommend.

My dog adores this daycare - she drags me through the door every time I drop her off. I love the photos they post on Facebook and Instagram - it's fun to see the dogs having a great time. And it's nice that they are attached to the vet office, just in case!

It's always a pleasure to come here for my pets veterinarian needs. Dr. Travis was very thorough with her exam. She took the time to explain everything she did and whst she was looking for during the examination. Her assistants were very good at conveying my concerns for my pet to Dr. Travis before the exam took place. Also the assistants and Dr. Travis were very mindful about not stressing out my pet for examination. I was very pleased with my clinical experience. The front desk was also very mindful about getting me and my pet into an exam room, as to not stress out my pet. The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. Great service and extremely helpful in scheduling my next appointment for my pet.

The staff here made us so comfortable while we were away from our pup! They took amazing care of him and kept us updated the whole time he was there! Made out trip so much more enjoyable to know he was being taken care of so well! Definitely recommend this resort and all the people there!

My dog absolutely loves it here. They take care of her really well. They even give us text updates letting us know how shes doing, so no need to worry while your dog is there. A+

My family had to go out of town and we needed a place for our cat/fur baby to stay. All pets need to be current on vaccines/ shots. They have fun add-ons like play time, snacks, etc. They sent us pictures of her halfway through the stay, which was lovely! We will definitely come back anytime we need a place for our pet(s) to stay!

Our dog LOVES going to Paws at Play!!!!! He nearly drags me into the doorway just to see the other dogs to engage in play! The staff are always friendly. They greet my dog in such a way that I feel confident in their love for animals. Captain Lou's number one place for pure joy is Paws at Play!!

Great location but a little pricey. Dogs always seem to have a great time and are well-taken care of and I've never had any issues. They are attached to the vet clinic so they make sure that animals have all their vaccines up-to-date for the protection of all the animals present and staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

My girlfriend and I recently flew out of state and had left our cat there for about a week. We couldn't just leave her with anyone because she has health issues and needs attention especially when it comes to her weight.We had spent the last few months or so working with Dr. Henson who I think has done an outstanding job helping us with keeping our cat healthy. We also thought if there was any issues, the medical facilities are right next door, perfect!When we dropped off our cat she weighed 8.7lbs, which was a vast improvement. One week later, no call or text from them (which I was told halfway during her stay we'd receive a text with a picture on how she's doing, I had to call myself) I come back to find our cat has lost a significant amount of weight for her size. Down from 8.7lbs to barely above 8. We never received a call, or text with any concerns, and on top of that, the medicine she needed to receive was matted on her fur, her chest, her chin, and her paws.I was fortunate enough to talk to Dr. Henson that night when he had time, which I was happy to receive. I didn't hear from the paws at play resort manager until the next day.The gist of the conversation was as follows; concerning the weight loss not much was really said, it was basically brushed off. As far as the matted fur, I was told that sometimes that happens when giving medication like she was and that all we needed to do was take a damp cloth and hold it on her fur to wipe it off. We did receive a "discount" for what happened.So what I've gathered about the paws at play resort is; my cat didn't matter to them, I paid them 252 dollars to emaciate my cat and mat its fur with her own medicine. Then, I get a half-genuine political apology, which by the way she never actually did.If it wasn't for Dr. Henson I would NEVER return to this place, we will however, never step foot into the paws at play again. I would advise anyone who has a pet that requires more attention than an average pet to avoid it like the plague.Edit: About 2-3 weeks after her visit, our cat Cree has passed away.

Paws at Play is a great place to bring your dog or cat! The staff is friendly and really take an interest in your pet. I brought my cat in to be boarded and it was a pleasant experience for her. I will be bringing her back when I travel again!

I took Finn, my bulldog/beagle to be groomed for the first time. He has struggled in the past with getting his toe nails cut at doctors visits so I thought I’d try something new. He’s been put to sleep, medicated and nothing has worked. He just gets scared. Shauna Ciolek groomed Finn today and was able to cut his toe nails, bath him and clean his ears without any issues. Finn did fabulous and didn’t try to fight her on anything and I’m so grateful! Thank you so much Shauna!
