Best grooming my mini schnauzer (Sammie) has ever had. Prices are exceptional. My only complaint is that the owners need a method to write receipts for insurance reimbursement purposes. Receipt pads are inexpensive on Amazon or at Office Max. They only accept cash or checks, which is not a problem for me given the quality and savings.

This is a family run business and they always do a fantastic job on my very large dog. Max is 80-90 lbs and has that border collie fur (iykyk), so I very much appreciate the work they do on him. They're fast, willing to work with my schedule for pick ups and drop offs, and the prices- ya can't beat em. Be sure to have cash or checks to pay as they don't have a card machine or things like venmo, but there are ATMs down the street if you forget. Max always comes out a happy and handsome boy! And I love the little bow they put on his collar :D

My dog tends to be very vocal and barks quite a bit, especially when I’m not with him. I’ve been made to feel bad about it at other places, but I felt very welcome and understood here. The owner was very kind and you can tell she loves what she does. My dog looks fantastic and the price is very fair! I will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, I knew my fur babies (2 Shih Tzu) were in good hands. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel confident that my dogs would receive the best care possible.What impressed me the most about is their attention to detail. They listened carefully to my requests and made sure to execute them flawlessly. Not only did they follow my instructions, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my dogs were comfortable throughout the grooming process.The grooming results were outstanding! My dogs came out looking and smelling amazing. Their coats were perfectly groomed, and their nails were trimmed to perfection.I highly recommended to anyone in need of top-notch grooming services for their beloved pets.

I can't say enough good things about Rhiannon and her Mom. They do a fabulous job grooming my dog and are very caring people. I am surprised at how good they are. Very efficient down to the toes. My dog has never had her nails trimmed so beautifully. There prices are better than competitive. Be sure to try them.

My little dog Rambo has been there 3 times now! They do exceptional work! He has been to several other groomers that had a hard time with him. He has really bonded with the girl who cuts his hair! He has been wonderful for her! He gets a short hair cut and he even let her do his face! I can't believe I have found a phenomenal groomer that can handle my dog! The price is reasonable..actually a little lower than most places, and it's right by my house! Rambo and I are happy he looks so handsome! He wags his tail and likes to "show-off" his freshly cut hair!

My first concern was the fact the door is locked & you have to call to be let in. I brought my Golden Doodle, Charlie there. He was very distraught when I picked him up. When I got him home I noticed red marks on his shaved belly. I took pictures and called the groomer. She claims it happens all the time. She cut him too close with a razor. She said, use lotion and it will take it away. That seemed odd. I took him to the vet & he said this was not caused from a razor but were trauma marks. Beware of this groomer. Something is definitely fishy with how they treat animals.

Rhiannon is absolutely incredible! She does an amazing job with our babies! She’s been grooming them for 8 years (since they were puppies)! She is always accommodating to our scheduling needs and she’s always punctual with her time estimates. Her price is incredibly fair!She definitely has my recommendation!!

First if I could give less than 1 star I would. Took my dog there for the first time this past Saturday. Sunday we found a bug on her, she only goes outside to go to the bathroom . We only have the one 8lb dog, no other animals in the house. Tuesday morning we found another bug on her, took her to another groomer,( as no one answered the phone after many phone calls and a message) found out my dog has fleas. Called pawprints again to let them know. I was told, my dog didn't have them when she was there and that she cleans every week and was spoken to in a very rude tone. No, apologies or offers bring her in for a flea bath, or suggestions on what to do. Spent approximately $200.00 on cleaning supplies, replacement bedding for my dog, a bath for removal of the fleas (at another Groomer), and flea treatment and prevention for my dog . I was told to "never call her shop again" then she hung up on me. Wow, that's how issues are dealt with? Not the customer service I was expecting. Beware if you've had your pet groomed here!
