We are loyal customers of Discount Drug Mart. We only visit this location when we are visiting family nearby. This is a newer store and is large, clean, well organized and well lit. They have good products at competitive prices. They employees are friendly and efficient.

Moldy bread, $10/LB ground meat, out of club soda, out of jalepenos... They have no regular bread but lots of moldy rolls. I brought pricey bread that expires in 2 days because I had no choice there. Their bell peppers on sale are half black. DM only “saves you the run around” if you buy their overpriced Options. “Reviewer” Stacy Here has to be a paid review being that store is over 20 years old and all those pretty photos they posted. Last but not least- long lines with crabby cashiers. The regular grocery store with fresh decently priced fully stocked food is only a mile up the road - don’t go here. I’ve gone to this store or 20 years - it’s gone downhill and I’m sad to write this

Rude employees.Called on Christmas Eve day and asked a simple question and the Woman employee gave ATTITUDE!Will NOT recommend this Drug Mart in North Royalton.Better to go somewhere else employees have some gratitude for their jobs this time of year especially.Suggest going to AMES on Pleasant Valley shopping center instead of THIS DRUG MART.AMES GROCERY STORE in plaza has very friendly employees and the store is MUCH MORE PRESENTABLE.

I love Discount Drug Mart but I dread coming to this location because of the cashiers. It almost feels like you are inconveniencing them. Once in awhile I'll get one that is nice, friendly, and courteous but that's rare. I've even went out of my way to be friendly or talk to them and it makes no difference. They don't appear to like when you have your own reusable bags either. I've used reusable bags for over 10 years and I'm not going to let someone make me feel bad for it now or ever.

I love having a Discount Drug Mart close to my house. Drug Mart has what I need, no matter what it is. I bought eggs, air freshener, donuts, a tank top, gloves, an umbrella, batteries and an air filter for my furnace - all at great prices. The place is always clean and organized and the staff is always friendly and smiling. It has turned into a regular trip for me every Sunday morning. You can't beat this place.

Waited for 20 min for 1/2 lb of game and 1lb of cheese. 1 person in frt of me she ordered 3 things took 20 min to get it. Total of 30 min when I walked away from counter. I feel bad the employee was older and very very slow. Unfortunately I was in a hurry that is completely unacceptable to wait that long w no lone. The cashier was also rude. Forgot to give my card she said she couldn't void order and scan my card. I just wanted to get put of there and never go back

I go to this store to pick up odds and ends every day. I called the corporate office to fix the disrespect that I’ve received at this store. You can tell the manager just doesn’t care no matter how much money you spend about customer service and I’m certain he doesn’t treat staff very well either. I go less frequently now because I’m about to turn 36 and I still get carded for buying wine there even though I’ve consistently shown my ID and find it hard to believe nobody remembers me. Feels almost like harassment.

I have rated the Discount Drug Store in Parma Heights very well, but I cannot do the same for this newer location. When we first entered the store, there were a bunch of unclean carts scattered about in the entrance and it was dirty. There were no cart cleaning supplies by the entrance and no carts in the cart area to retrieve. As I proceeded down the aisles to the dairy department I saw messiness and a dirty floor in areas. When I got to the milk cooler the face of it had numerous handprints on it, the shelves were not that empty, but inside the cooler was dirty. I asked to see the manager and spoke with him, he showed me the cart cleaning table by the EXIT, asked someone to bring the carts inside, which they did, but did not clean them before shoppers who were not aware they had not been cleaned, took them. He never did address my other concerns, but did say he had just come from the Parma Heights location. I felt like asking him what he learned over there, but I did not. What a way to manage a Food & Drugstore! I am glad this location is an exception to the locally-owned chain I enjoy shopping at.

Drug Mart Pharmacy has bad customer service. Called to confirm they had a specific medication and the pharmacist himself confirmed it. I take the 20 minute drive there for them to tell me they made a mistake and the pharmacy does not even carry the medicine. Horrible customer service North Royalton Ohio.

Came in to get my 4 year old some medication for his horrible cold. The pharmacist took the time to go over every medication I brought to him and discussed the benefits and risks. Made the perfect suggestion, my son finally got some relief and a good nights sleep. Never had a bad experience at this location. All staff friendly and ready to help!

Love this DM... we live about a half mile from the store. I shop here on a regular bases and find a lot of items cheaper than at other stores. They have so much to offer and the store is clean, organized and the staff is very helpful. My husband really likes the DM as much as I do. Keep up the great work and all the wide range of items too purchase....

I love Drug Mart. However, I have had some serious health issues lately. Every time I pick up a prescription, the young lady begins the counter is EXTREMELY rude! I have had my bags thrown at me across the counter, her demeanor is extremely rude. She talks to me in such a demeaning manner. Unfortunately, I have decided to start using a different pharmacy. Which will take my usual business for health/beauty items elsewhere!

PHARMACIST IS NASTY. he also decides to ONLY DFILL PART OF PRESCRIPTION and does NOT tell you. My prescription after an AMPUTATION called for 15 pills. HE GAVE ME 9! Had I not read the doctors instructions I would have assumed it was filled as the doctor wrote it.. When I called to ask he was NASTY and told me he didn't care. I wonder if the state of OHIO where he gets the license to operate will care!

Went in kind of late, but before the cut off deadline for the clinic. Even asked the nurse if it was okay for me to still be seen and she told me yes. Answered all the usual questions and then the doc comes out and says it's too late (by now it's still 20 minutes before they close but she was insisting it was already 4, even the nurse corrected her) she asks what the problem is without even taking me in the room and juSt tells me take a tylenol, that she couldn't do anything about it, and to leave. She was rude and obviously just itching to get out out of work early so she basically just wrote me off. Feel bad for the nurse who has to deal with her bitchy oompaloompa ass all day

I have paid my bills thru DDM for 3yrs and now they did not pay my cable bill thru dish network then sent in a check that BOUNCED now im left will a 212. bill when it was only 68. but bc it was 3months on goin...NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This convenience store literally has it all! You can rent movies, get prescriptions, buy clothing, get produce! Seriously, in terms of a convenience store it does not get any better!
