The people who work here genuinely love animals. Their prices are comparable to other stores. Ten percent discount for seniors and vets. Free samples to see if your pet likes the product. Great store hours, too! I always have a wonderful experience when I shop there.

I was just at this location and wasn’t pleased at all. We took our dog to get a bath. We had to wait for the soap and waited until we were both in the washing station to tell me it’s one person per dog. Ok fine but shouldn’t they have told us that at the time we signed up for our appointment? As we were checking out I noticed a small fish tank, I asked the cashier if they had someone to come in and clean what appeared to be a 3 gallon tank (though she claimed it was a 5) and she said no we clean it. Let me assure you this tank looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Being the owner of a 10, 20, and a 55 gallon I was not pleased to see this beta living in such horrible water. She proceeded to tell me that this is a heated tank with a filter and was a very nice set up. Yeah it would be should it be properly maintained. Very sad to see.

My favorite pet store. Their brand of dog and cat food seems to be high quality and all our pets are doing great.The staff is friendly and the hours are good.They always have what we need in stock.The reward program is good, too.

The people there are so friendly. They guide you to some ideas and let you choose which is best for you. The groomer was really sweet and nice. Their dog bath place is awesome to use, no mess at home, no running after your dog to dry off..

Absolutely Wonderful!!!! Clean place, very friendly and helpful staff, and it made bath time so much easier for my furbaby. She was in a new environment but I was right there with her keeping her calm. I'm beyond happy that I found this place!!! We will 1000% be going back frequently!!!

Happy staff greet you as you enter the door. The prices are competitive and their special stock of speciality dog treats keeps fido content. They also have a loyalty program that earns you $10 off a shopping trip. It's a great store, if you need pet stuff, stop by Pet Valu.

Clean store and friendly staff. We go here for grain free food for our cats. They have a discount if you buy a case of food. Last Tuesdays of the month are military discount days so we buy lots of food that day. The prices are of course higher but they have the food we need.

Pet Valu has a great selection of toys. My lab just loves the lamb. Seems to last a bit longer then other toys. Great selection of treats also.

The owner has five dogs and helped me with "indestructible" dog toys (and other tips) for my one year old Labradoodle puppy. I bought three! I have already sent a half dozen friends here.

Pet Valu had the purebite, the one ingredient freeze dried chicken breast that we give our dog. They also had other freeze dried single ingredient purebites that we haven't been able to find elsewhere..

High quality, but overpriced. Their only good leashes bordered on $30. Not many practical toys, but a few strong ones.

This place is a gem. They have knowledgeable staff and even a DIY pet bath if you want to save yourself a few dollars on washing your pop.

Have very little by way of selection for small animals and fish. A little on the expensive side and if you want to shop in peace, I'd suggest you go somewhere else because the staff is OVERLY friendly and will chase you around the store.
