I am so disappointed in the new membership program. What ever happened to the day when you could just go into the store and buy bird supplies. Membership? What is this, Cisco? Why do I need a membership just to buy bird seed. Always enjoyed going to the small store concept. Now it’s this big marketing ploy and if you have a membership the seed is this price and if you don’t, then it’s that price. I just want to go into the store and buy my seeds, of which I have done for years now. Even a store clerk had to pull out her calculator to try to explain the new concept. After years of buying my bird supplies there, I am looking and going elsewhere. Way too complicated for me, just to buy bird supplies.

Wonderful community shop with several locations. I have been shopping at wild birds unlimited for years and will be a customer for years to come. They have a great selection of gift items as well as a huge selection of bird feeding and garden beautification supplies. There staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. They will carry things to your car for you which is great. Frequent shopper punch cards and seed subscriptions make high quality products even more affordable. Great clearance deals on last season's items if you know where to look!

Started buying our bird food from Wild Birds Unlimited this year and have been very happy with the food. The seeds are gobbled up by the birds and since we got the no waste seeds we don’t have the filler seeds growing into weeds in our yard. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Check them out!

The actual store is very nice but they are very overpriced on everything. I went to the website and they don't even have a search icon. All I wanted to do was search for a bird bath and I was unable to even see the ones that they offered. I still go back to the store occasionally but for the most part I will buy my seeds and other accessories somewhere else because of the prices they charge.

I love this store and the staff. Everyone is knowledgeable in birding,and what the right seed /feeders are for the type of birds you are trying to attract and even give you tips on how to keep more pesky birds away. It can be a little pricey at times- sign up to get on their mailing list. They mail out a coupon nearly every month! If you buy bulk amounts of seed , they will store it for you for free!

High quality seed, suet, and more for wild birds. A bit more expensive but there’s so much chaff in budget bird seed that the price per pound may be close. They also have tools for birders, a wide variety of feeders, and many other things just for humans. Very friendly and helpful service too.

One of my favorite places to go browse..unique bird Me animal gifts, seeds, feeders, and very pretty quality household items. It's so serene that once in there I want to stay longer. I shop there frequently!

I enjoy shopping here, if I am just in the mood to browse they have plenty of items not always just for birds. If I am in a hurry I can go to the counter and tell them what I need and I'm out in five minutes. Plenty of stock available so if for some reason you don't see something just ask, they will carry items out to your car.

Yes, the food is more expensive but the quality is much higher than what you would buy at a big box store and it doesn't sit in a warehouse for years. Another reviewer said she can get the same seed at Walmart. That is absolutely untrue. WBU makes and packages their own exclusive bird food which you can not buy anywhere else. It is formulated by experts and does not contain filler (the stuff the birds dump all over the ground) so it is like comparing apples and oranges.If you want to feed fresh, healthy food with no fillers, it is absolutely worth the slightly higher cost.
