I used to take my dog to another location until one day my dog got prickly burrs all over him on a Sunday. This was the only location with availability for grooming, and I am so glad I did! You don't know that people tolerate your pet until you visit a location where all s the staff adore yours! My pup gets so much love and positive energy that I started taking him back. The drive there is not an inconvenience when I know he's getting quality care. Thank you!

All the groomers have done an exceptional job except for Ashley. Twice she has buzzed my dog with no need and my dog has cuts all over. I will go to a private place from now on. My dog was bleeding the first night and two weeks later she has scabs all over her body. I feel like my dog has been mistreated the way she has been acting. My dog has not been "matted" so I'm not sure why this groomer shaves all their clients when the other groomers take the time to brush and dry. Like I said, been doing there for years and all the groomers are great except for Ashley. Won't go back. This groomer is lazy and doesn't like animals. She is always in a bad mood.

They sold me a sick kitten.I paid like, $150 for this kitten and within a few days of getting him to his new home, he started sneezing and his eye was watering..When I looked over the paperwork they gave me for him, I found out that he was sick and might have a cancerous growth on his tongue. I fell in love with my kitten and I couldn't even imagine giving him back.We just have to live with it, and hope for the best.

We called and verified information thoroughly beforehand. Refused to take our dog because they “couldn’t tell when shots expired” even though it clearly started 1year and we were within the 1 year. Ruined a lot of my child’s birthday plans and caused extreme chaos as we were hours away from home stranded with our dog. We are currently PetSmart clients and so disappointed with our experience here.

I shop here for our rabbit, Sookie. Was looking to get her a new bunny hideaway. Look how cute!! Good selection, sales and very organized. They have everything you could want all in one place. Love this!

Aside from finding everything I need for my 3 dogs, I'm always impressed by how helpful their staff is. I especially like the grooming department and have been a long time costumer of that service because of how carefully and compassionately they've interacted with my pets and how thoroughly they are cared for.

Wonderful staff. They treated BillyJean like a princess. She had surgery you can't even see to scare. She back to herself within 5 days. Staff TRULY treats our little Angels well.

I have never experienced poor service. Never. I'm in there ALL THE TIME.I buy a lot of crickets and help is a quick button press with a staff member appearing out of thin air. Magical. (I do absolutely prefer when you guys have crickets ready to go though. I don't see that as much now as I did in the fall.)And staff go out of their way to ask if I need help. Wow.

We just finished the intermediate pet class with instructor Collette and I must say that she was delight to have as an instructor. Collette was patient with us all, to include our young puppies. As dog owners we all know how challenging it can be to get your puppy to listen. We learned how to make Juni, sit, stay, come when she's called, leave it, lay down, stay off of the furniture, not to jump on people and she even taught us how to make Juni spin. I recommend her as an instructor b/c she even made herself available to answer any questions and provided us with more at home pointers. Look how Juni was able to remain seated long enough for this picture to be taken, and she's only 5 months old. Thanks Collette! Best investment ever.

Phenomenal staff. We did a recon visit at this location since we were in that area, the staff was awesome! We had questions about owning a Betta fish and there was this one young man in the store who stopped what he was doing to answer all our questions gave us the world of information. We left the store that day and went back the next day even though we live 40 mins away from that store. The other locations we had been to before were ok, but this one was exceptional. Cudos to the staff.

I have been taking my young dog to day camp here for a little over a week now. He is always happy and worn out when I pick him up and excited to come back the next day. Lisa has been great at explaining everything and keeping me up to date. They have just reopened recently so sometimes you have to be patient when picking up, but as long as my puppers is treated well I can have all the patience in the world. Great way to blow off puppy energy and to get socialized with other people and dogs.

Showed up to buy a corn snake on Sunday Feb 16. It was busy, but someone asked me if I needed help relatively quickly. The employee let me know that the setup I needed was actually on sale, and made sure it was rung up the correct price. I appreciated it. Great transaction.

I have no pets. I got my haircut a couple doors down today. My 8 year old daughter waited patiently, so when she asked if we could go into Pet Smart I obliged. She was hoping to simply look at some dogs. I came to find out, this was not a thing at Pet Smart.The young lady at the counter could’ve said, sorry but no. However, without hesitation, she sent us to the big window and brought a dog into the play area for my daughter to see. Her small gesture had huge impact.I never caught her name…college age, blond hair, 1 tattoo sleeve. Pet Smart is privileged to have her on the team. Thanks again.

It had what any pet owner needs. I got 3 times a month.Prices are outrageous as inflation ensues and there is always one cashier... the cashier I get stuck with 99% of the time has 2 wrist braces on... no big deal however, she personally has miscounted my change about 10 times in the last 6 months. I didn't realize newer generation can't do math.

Such a fun store. Lots of goodies for my Itty Boo kitty cat! I love the animals that come in with their owners too. Such a fun experience. I got wipes to clean my cat’s fur. She needed a shampoo and really enjoyed the wipe “shampooing”. A bath?? Forget it!! I had a great time!

My Dane really likes daycare at the Hotel. Out of 3 places we've tried, it's the only place she has enjoyed. It's also convenient that the Grooming Salon is right there because they can do her nails for me.
