We came five minutes early at 125 for my dog's nails to be trimmed and she had an attitude with my husband and I. We were not going to leave the dog there just a quick nail trim. We were just planning on waiting until the groomer was ready. She never said hello but yelled as we walked in the door. "I can't do your dogs untill exactly 130" "You'll have to come back" "I am busy, I have this dog and that dog" she never smiled, was rude, and not nice at all. If she can be that way to us then how is she with our dogs. We walked out and didn't go back. This must have been why my other dog prior cried when I brought her there for grooming. Never will we go back. Shame on you!!!!

Amazing experience from our first time call-in (2 months ago, during Covid- 19 shutdowns) to our first appointment, which was moved up 2 days due to an unexpected family surgery being scheduled the day before originally scheduled appointment. Amazing, most caring, young lady running things here! I adopted my late grandparents (and fathers passing in less than 2 years) dog a couple of months ago and am a first time fur mommy- I had no idea what I was doing or needing, but was fortunate enough to make contact with the groomer here during shutdown. I thank you for everything. The advice and education on all matters involving our fur babe. Thank you for staying later today to get her in and groomed before my surgery tomorrow and taking the extra time with us! Bella looks amazing! Thank you! See you when her paws begin to look like the Grinch 😉

My 2 year old German Sheppard had never been to a groomer before. She did so great with my pup. My dog smelled so good and looked great. Definitely helped with her shedding also. Very satisfied and I'm taking my 3 month old mini goldendoodle in a few weeks.

After scheduling 6 weeks ahead of time and having my appointment confirmed, I showed up to one of the most appalling situations I’ve ever experienced. The owner looked me up and down for a solid 30 seconds without ever welcoming me into her business, then proceeded to disgustedly ask me if I was scheduled. I showed her the message I received from her 6 weeks earlier confirming the appt and she said she had been sick for a couple of days. Never an apology, offering to reschedule or anything. I was forward about telling her I would find somewhere else to take My pet. Having a doodle, it is very difficult to get her in most places without a considerable wait so this was beyond disappointing. If this is the way I was treated at initial meeting, I’m thankful I didn’t leave my pet with her.

Constancy is not good. One time I go and my dog looks fantastic next time she leaves her to long or cuts part of her to short. Discrepancy in scheduling and her attitude towards me being late until she relooked it up then apologize for being so rude since I was on time.
