Just had a fantastic experience at the Pilot gas station! The service was top-notch, with super fast and efficient attendants who made the refueling process a breeze. The place was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive vibe. Plus, the convenience store had everything I needed for the road. Definitely a go-to spot for quick and quality service!

I didn't go inside the pilot but the major issue I noticed was people pulling up to the pumps and parking to take breaks.Very limited parking spotsBob tails parking in spots for bigger trucksIt's a mess between people trying to park and people trying to use the fuel pumpsA line of trucks going out onto the road

They need to do something bout all the truck blocking exits, edit still months later same issue, the Manger said hopefully when the new truck stop is built it be better come on loves I can't wait they are so much cleaner

**LAST CHANCE ON THE TURNPIKE TO SAVE ON FUEL BEFORE CROSSING INTO PA AND THEIR SKY-HIGH PRICES**Stop through here frequently to fuel up, occasionally spending a few hours to take a nap. Experience has always been decent. Friendly staff. Facility kept reasonably clean.It's a truck stop people, let's not be unreasonable with our expectations. Some are going to be better than others.Automotive fuel lanes a bit tightTruck parking a bit on the small sideDedicated RV parking non existentIt is what it is.

This pilot absolutely sucks!! I stop in at 4a.m. thinking I can grab a breakfast sandwich at the McDonald's only to see they're closed. I then asked if pilot has any breakfast sandwiches I can heat up, I was told after 6a.m. I will be ever stop at this pilot again!! This place is a joke!!

I leave few bad reviews . But this behavior of employees does not suit me .Probably because of my poor English they thought that I had not developed enough to distinguish a broken hair dryer from a serviceable one .After a day at work, I filled up the truck for $400, reserved Parking for $15 and took a shower to wash . I just needed a hair dryer !!! Not yours (Yes ! It's broken !)Next I took another shower, but there was already a good Hairdryer . Though covered in dust and dirt

Showers were down and the 3 ladies working went completely out of their way to make me feel like a priority and got me back on the road. Very accommodating and although you'd expect Pilot to be trucker friendly - it's happening a lot less these days. This place is very trucker friendly and extremely welcoming. I stay 40 minutes away on my break but will start driving the extra miles to come here. Best Pilot I've ever been to!

Great stop! Showers were very clean and the staff were awesome! Wish I would have got names so I could give them credit for their customer service. The gentleman running the fuel desk and the gentleman cleaning showers earned the 5-star for this stop. Thanks for making it a pleasant overnight stay!

Everything about this location is good, clean restaurants, friendly service, and etc., except for the frigid with the breakfast sandwiches at the bottom near Mac Donald entry across from alcohol cooler. It need to be swept or wiped out.Keep up the great work , and I look forward too returning.👍🏾🎃

Parking gets full fast. They are not like the other pilots that have food. They only have a McDonald’s and the food was not fresh at all. Waste of money. This is what truckers get.

By far the best Pilot I've ever stopped at. We have a Flying J/Pilot card so when traveling we usually fuel up there. They had excellent service. There was an issue with my card, the manager had me go ahead and fill up while my passenger called the toll free number. Pulling an RV I was taking up a lot of space so I went in and informed them that I was going to get out of the way. My passenger was still on the phone and told me that the representative said to try the card again. I ran inside again and had the cashier run the card again and it worked. I feel that the staff went above and beyond as to accommodate us. We could have just driven off without paying. I just don't see this kind of service anymore. As well as the exceptional service the store and restrooms were clean and we'll lit. The shelves were well stocked and prices well marked and visible. I recommend this location.

Manager was rude we parked where there were no no parking signs and he tells us this is a private lot you have to leave. He was being rude he could have said there was no parking hear but no had to be a prick

Amazing place to visit! Yes its A bit small but hey, its a truck stop. They do have a good selection of stuff, they have a McDonald's, fountain soda, truck stuff, so yeah its good. Its really clean though and well organized and really close too the thruway. The staff is really friendly, personable and helpful. So yes we'll see you guys next time!

No problem finding a parking spot. Staff is friendly, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile and make you feel like a valued customer. McDonald’s staff equally impressive. Great spot to stay for a layover. Good job Pilot

Horrid parking any time past 7pm. People parking next to scale make for a very difficult if not impossible parking and exit! The paid parking is in a terrible place and to back into any spot you will be making a long line of trucks waiting to get out. Very busy location. Paid to park and said no way after the cluster eff, I pulled into. Found a nice open parking lot across the street at speedway. Marked on my do not stop here list........

Great place to stop for a break. Good convenience store varieties. Love the XXL choice on the fountain drinks. Lots and lots of snack choices. Every energy drink available. Had prices are good, also. You can get a discount if you have the pilot card.

Small location, not much parking. 3 out of 5 showers were out of service, the showers that were in service hadn't been updated in 20 years. Although the rest of the place was nice. A little under staffed but nice.

Apparently the staff order out for their food, at least that what he said when I asked about food. Lazy people taking up space. The guy was a bit scruffy? Is that the term? If he would have been outside asking for change, I believe he would have fooled us all, he's an employee 😂

This pilot is pretty good but limited parking for truckers. It is very busy at rush hour, in fact trucks backed up on street waiting to fuel is normal at this time!It has all of the amenities of a regular pilot truck stop!!! There is also a McDonald's restaurant attached to this store as well!!!Staff has always been friendly, at both pilot and McDonald's.Clean restrooms and showers!!!Gas for cars as well as diesel fuel available.It's probably really a five star sight except for the limited truck parking?It's right off of I76 exit 232 in Ohio ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not RV friendly. We were able to pull through parking lot and exit but not enough room to get gas. Went to Speedway across the street and were able to fill up there.

It's a smaller Pilot with one enter/exit in the same opening. It definitely still has everything you might need. We spent our 34 here so I can tell you starting about 4PM this place gets crazy busy for a few hours. Trucks can be 6 deep on the street trying to get in. There was an employee out there yesterday helping to direct traffic and he did a great job of relieving the congestion.

It's a truck stop so you have access to a lot of different accessories for your vehicle. It is also associated with a McDonald's inside so you have a fairly good selection of McDonald's food.I have found the staff to be especially helpful you can also get showers here and also do your laundry
