This place is an absolute joke. Worst maintenance service ever. Trailers look worn down and are not taken care of. Kids vandalizing trailers, starting fires. They don’t even tell you when lot rent is raised. Guess you’re just supposed to guess. The lady who runs this place is lazy and doesn’t help when you call. She only works 4 hours a day. This place is poorly run and poorly taken care of. Look elsewhere if you want a nice place!

Worst management ever bunch of hypocrits .never asked never friendly always an eviction notice or a fine.rules or never fairly enforced .I can have nothing on my porch but guy right behind me has everything on his wow what a joke. Clubhouse has trash everywhere on the outside especially on sides of storage area. What kind of management puts a dumpster bye the postal boxes that none of the tenants can use thanks for that look everyday put it on a empty lot you idiots. How about those paver stones in the grass scattered everywhere let's trip the kids and get a leg broke .that's right next to the park . They need to be fired there hypocrits and obviously don't know what's right or good for community

They gave us six months notice to the lot rent raising if you are in the community page or check your mail you would know that if you communicate and are polite the manager will also be polite people keep saying she is a slumlord but they are the same people who stir the pot on the community page it's very quiet and a nice place to live if you act like a sane human being I've Loved the last 5 years living here

Been here for 2.5 years and it has been WONDERFUL!! I haven’t had any issues at all, the community is great, maintenance crew is amazing and the landlord always figured out ways to help everybody out!I definitely recommend coming into this little community, 5/5!

Tried contacting the office manager many times via phone and email. Was able to connect once. NOT very polite! Tried to tell her about some abandon animals in one place the I knew of and didn't even have time to hear me! Most of the place looked a mess. I have some photos too! The website hours are wrong. The Manager runs a Bellefontaine location also. Went there and had the same issue. Not a soul around! They need to be far more attentive AND keep tabs on the trailers that are there as I know there is one that needs immediate attention!

If you are considering moving here, dont. Overrun with cats. We have a flea infestation in our trailer. We have no pets and are VERY clean. They are aware but wont do any pest control for fleas. The trailer was supposed to be remodeled and have new flooring and yet there are 4 or 5 weak spots we cant walk on because if we do we will go through the floor. There was a water leak due to a toilet not being installed correctly when we moved in and it ran up our water bill. I had to beg them to help pay it. All of the appliances were COVERED in mold and the stove had a BAD gas leak upon move in and we had to fight to get them replaced. And the manager, Sara...has zero customer service skills she doesnt care about her job. She is rude and any time you try to get a problem resolved she doesn't care and treats you like you're the problem. She sends out a newsletter stating that you can call maintenance for repairs then when you do she basically tells you that you have to beg her first instead before she will allow maintenance to help you...but the maintenance team here is a joke anyway. Oh! And don't bother trying to contact the owners to tell them how shes run this place in the ground because you cant find their info anywhere nor will she give it to you! BEWARE!

I went to visit my niece, and it's a real dump. She can't get any help from the office. She's asked for help and no help at all. None!!! I hope she does move out. I can't believe ppl actually let others live like that. Once you move in you never hear from the office ppl except for your rent. Big dump!!

Love living here. Neighbor r kind of close. Don't really understand why with all the empty lots in the back. Has a pool my kids enjoy playing in. I prefer not to swim because it's not heated and is cleaned regularly. My boyfriend was a maintenance man for 6 months and confirmed they don't upkeep as they sld.

I have lived here for almost a year. There's holes all through my trailer they haven't fixed. I've had to fix them because me or my fiance which is pregnant, has fallen through the floor. My water has been froze for a week and a half and they don't care unless it's there trailer. I had to fix my dad's water cause they have maintenance people that has no clue what there doing.

Small community in a small town. Decently managed. However over the past few years it is declining due to some of the tenants moving in.

It's the best mobile home park. It it family friendly. It has a pool for the summer a basketball court and a park for the kids or adults.
