5 stars all the way. This mostly applies to their pharmacy because after years of using a competitor to them I'm super pleased with this Walgreens customer service. The pharmacist is really friendly, the staff is great. Usually a guy with a beard waits on us and he's always super friendly and efficient. He moves the line fast, greets everyone with a smile and really seems to enjoy helping people. Sorry, I don't remember his name but my wife and are there at least once a month getting prescriptions and I just wanted to really give a rating to reflect that. To management give the bearded guy in the pharmacy kudos and a bonus he rocks. This is the sort of staff that makes customers happy.Anyway, great location and great staff, I would recommend anyone switch to this Walgreens pharmacy.

They were fantastic!! I rolled in about ten minutes (if that) before they closed to try and get my prescription filled. Jacqueline was super nice and filled my scripts within minutes , both the ladies and the Pharmacist were great!! It’s rare to get good customer service anymore so this was refreshing. Will definitely be filling here from now on (this time not so close to close). Thanks again!!!

I scheduled my children's flu shots. My 5 year was poked 3 times. My 3 year was turned away because “they cannot give shots to those under 7” even though they gave my 5 year old a shot. I had the appointment scheduled for a week for a late morning time and they did not tell me until I was there with my child for the appointment. No call prior to the appointment. Pharmacy is clearly very unorganized.

The managing pharmacist- Kip- Is the absolute BEST pharmacist YOU will ever have. He is patient, kind, he listens to your concerns and takes ample time to explain. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help others. He deserves a big raise. ;) He is awesome!

Ordered online to pick up from store (corner of portage/framk ave). Order was ready quickly but some part of it had substitutes. Darn! Store was looking quite low on stock. Shelves bare. They hardly ever have what I need. I will try a different walgreens next time. Times are really hard now.

Pharmacy is one of the best in the area. I used to go to Ritzman in Buehlers, which was really good, and was switched to the CVS next door. That place was a madhouse every time went in. Good people just very overwhelmed. The Walgreens Pharmacy on Frank was an amazing find. Thank you Pharmacy Staff you are all amazing!

Horrible photo center. I ordered a photobook for a surprise party that I needed the same day. The website assures same day pickup. The store printed my photobook upside down and when I asked them to fix it the store personnel said it can't be fixed today. Come in and see tomorrow. Will never come to this photo center again

I called this location on Wednesday night around 6:30 pm (looking for an item I saw at a different store) and the girl working in cosmetics hung up on me! I called back and somebody else answers and I explained why I was calling back 😡, their reply was (after a laugh) “she said nobody else has them” WELL THAT WAS A LIE! Another store DID have what I was looking for!
