We stopped in your location this morning and we were shopping for a riding lawn mower and although we liked the mowers you had we were very turned off by your employees on hand. We spoke with 3 different employees 1 had no clue or answers for us and the other 2 acted like they had no interest in answering our questions or the time to sell us a mower. I guess we will find another retailer who wants our business.

Very disappointed! An hour before the store closed we brought our dog for the pet wash and were turned away. They cashier stated they always close an hour before the store closed; which is not true, we have come around the same time in the past. The usual employees are super friendly to us but the older women always gives us a hard time. TSC should have it posted somewhere that they close the pet station and the outdoor area an hour before the actual store closes! I don’t know why a store would say they are open and then turn 3 costumers away! Very poor customer service!!

Got 12 chicks here this past spring. Ended up loosing one early on and they replaced it for free. Lots of good stuff in this store I could walk around for hours

If you're looking for work clothes and you weigh less than 300 pounds and are shorter than 6 ft don't come here. Basically a big and tall store. No sizes under large or 40 x40 in a waist.

Always frustrated with Tractor Supply. I've quit shopping here for years and choose to vote by spending my dollars elsewhere. Decided to give them another chance while I was in the area rarely where they were. Bought two bags of alfalfa cubes. Kept them inside in a dry location. Opened the second bag a few days later and it was completely moldy all the way through. Customer service refused to do anything on the phone since I bought it in-person in-store... Store that I purchased it from refused to do anything over the phone claiming it was for my safety. Had to bring product back to a store which I kind of get to prove that you have a bad product but at the same time who wants to load up an open moldy bag of feed and have the smell inside their vehicle just to get it back to the store. They really should consider a different process for this. I do want to thank you again, Tractor Supply for confirming that I will continue to spend my money elsewhere.

Very clean and organized store. A man named Jeremiah helped us out and he went above and beyond to help find what we were looking for. We had originally went in looking for a very specific cowboy hat that they had listed online for an upcoming concert, but they unfortunately just ran out of my size. Jeremiah personally called other stores in the area and sent us in the right direction. Not only that, but when we made it back to our car in the parking lot, he came back out and helped us even further by contacting another store that is on our way to the venue so we don’t have to go out of our way. He definitely deserves a raise!! A very sincere, good, hardworking man who enjoys his job. Keep it up man, you really made our day. Stay blessed.

Had the best customer service I’ve ever had from Jeramiah at the canton store. Not only did he help me out, but he made me feel so comfortable. I deal a lot with rural king and ag-pro, and by far this was the absolute best service I’ve ever received. Such a pleasure dealing with and made it real easy for me to spend 4800.00. Will definitely go back. Thank you Jeramiah for taking such wonderful care of me.

This store's staff is probably the worst customer service experience that I've had at a tractor supply. I would have bought a lot more but I won't be giving my business to this location. I'll stick to my home town one in Wadsworth where the staff is friendly, helpful and aren't just looking at their phone the while time I'm looking for things in the store or asking for some help.

The older lady who helped me today in the garden department was very kind and helpful. She was clearly busy and a bit overwhelmed. Her manager instead of helping her and assisting with the multiple customers she was helping, was very rude to myself and was mean and degrading to the woman employee helping me. The taller gentlemen with long dark hair should not be in a management position whatsoever. He showed very, very poor customer service and horrendous leadership of his team.Time of visit: roughly 11am on Saturday May 6th. The north canton location on whipple in the garden center. Checked out through the garden center.

What a fun store! I buy a lot of things here. Very versatile store. Clothing, leather boots, belts and gloves. Animal feed of every kind. Grooming supplies for animals, tools and equipment, decorative items, toys. Decent prices. Very helpful employees❤️

Called customer service for same day delivery because their website was listing some items out of stock (they weren’t). For some reason the order went through as “pickup” instead of same day. I call customer service to correct the mistake and get same day. Customer service assures me that they’ve spoken to the manager of N. canton and the order will all be on one truck delivered to my house.Then the manager calls me the morning of my delivery to say that two items of my order are on the way and I can pick up the rest of the order at the store.I explain that customer service had assured me they spoke to the manager and the order would arrive same day, on one truck. He explains curtly that it was “Not the customer service representative’s jurisdiction.”Sorry, but isn’t corporate office THE jurisdiction?So now I’ve had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service canceling the order and reordering through the same store, applying my discounts because I used my same day delivery reward on the two items that were being delivered and now Roadie has to come back to the store, load up the remaining items in my order and come back to my house.Efficiency is -sorely- lacking here and the manager has inconvenienced not only myself, but several customer service reps and the Roadie driver.It seems this is a trend at this location and I hope corporate looks into it.

In store is fine. But never again will I order online. I spent almost a thousand dollars on a pressure washer, waited over 3 weeks and never got it.I'm going to respond here because I'm not waiting on hold again. Hold times are about 30 minutes. I ordered it but then found out you require a signature to deliver. I'm not taking a day off work to wait for it. So I cancel the order and noticed that I'm being refunded about $100 less. So I guess I'll be calling anyways, but this is the last thing I'll buy from any TSC.

Tractor Supply has just about all a farmer could need. While the store is small, it is well stocked and the Crew is helpful and friendly.Even if you are a city slicker, stop by and check it out. It is worth a visit.P.S. The chicks are in.

Had a great experience, were in and out.Primarily, we looked for replacing the wheel for our yard cart. A salesman met us at the door, helped my husband find it, got a few more items and we were out the door in 20 minutes!

Most of the staff are wonderful, and they almost always have everything I need in stock. 4 stars because of repeated visits with the same woman at the cash register who thought it was cool to wear a mask below her nose. I now do online orders and pickup and will until Covid ends.

I started using this TS recently when i changed jobs and now work right down the street. I have found the staff to be friendly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I buy a lot of propane and Dave has been very helpful. He has also educated me a bit on the various details surrounding filling and discharge of my tanks, i thank him for his outstanding customer service. I have also had a chance to interact with at least one of the store managers and he was fantastic. I highly recommend this store, its obvious to me they care about making sure their customers are taken care of.

Store manager he is rude to all customers!!!!!I would not go back because of him he only cares about online orders and putting store stock away he don't help u I had to chase him around to talk to him because he wouldn't stand and talk to me seemed like he had better things to do and I was bugging him plz look into better customer service tsc all other worker were great but him. And he needs to make sure the worker clean the chickens up before they but them on the floor to sell them !!!!! They can't go out looking dirty and crusty mess !!!!!!!!

The staff here are really nice. But apparently women can't work in Horsemanship, because they never have a selection of women's jeans or boots. The only sizes the ever have available for women's clothing is xl and xs...

I go there for shots for my puppy. They have shots there that you can buy. It comes with everything you need to give your dog it's own shots for like $12. Much cheaper than $100 plus at the vet! It's very easy I have done several times now!

My husband and I shopped there today. We waited behind someone who brought their dog to the store. They put their dog on the counter, payed for their items, and visited with the cashier. After waiting several minutes behind them while the one and only cashier and customer played with the dog, we gave up and left.

I love Tractor Supply don't get me wrong. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 Stars was I had to wait entirely too long at the desk for a pickup that I had ordered online. If they can improve that or put a bell on the desk so the sales staff will know someone's waiting , I believe that would be a help.

I stopped in today to pick up 10 gallon galvanized steel containers to store bird seed in. The squirrels have eaten through my plastic containers again.This is a great place to find items used around the home, especially outside. Many hardware items you can't find at the n larger home stores.The store is small enough that you can get in and out quickly.

Me and my wife are truck drivers for usx, so we’ve been to a lot of tractor supply stores, this one was one of the best, I get not all truck drivers have common courtesy and sense and some of the drivers for usx give the company a bad name for being late, rude, and using their bathrooms and trashing them. So we do run into a lot of awkward hellos with the employees there, this one however was different. Very nice and welcoming, they even gave our dog some treats, place was clean and more organized than others we been to. Thanks tractor supply for seeing we’re not all the same out here. Look forward to delivering here again in the future.
