Tails Inn the City is amazing! My dog Pete has pretty bad separation anxiety, but they are so patient with him and extremely sweet. I don’t worry about leaving him for doggy daycare because I know he is in such good hands. I love this place and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

Brought my dog in several times for daycare and never had any issues. However, I used their boarding services for a week and was disgusted. My dog has been socialized in different environments as I worked in vet med. I wrote out a letter outlining his behavior, items left with him, and directions for getting hold of me and letting my brother visit him.I called in a few times to check on my dog and was told he was doing well. My brother stopped to see him and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though I cleared this with the owner and staff before boarding!I picked up my dog a day early and found him to have lost 3lbs! His ribs were showing! He also had raw, bloody paw pads from licking. When I asked about this behavior and why this wasn’t brought up when I called I was told that he ate his food and that no one noticed his paw pads.All I can recommend is that the owner needs to train the staff better and take less boarders if it’s too hard to keep an eye on them.Now I have two dogs and have to find a new daycare/boarding facility, but now I’m paranoid that another facility will do the same as Tails Inn.

Tucker loves the days he gets to go play at tails in the city!! He always has the best time there and knows right when we turn on the road that’s it’s located on.I trust very few people with my baby and I definitely trust them! They all know tucker by his name as soon as we walk in the door and they even have cameras you can spy on your dog to make sure they are having fun and playing!

Took my pup here today for an evaluation. The place was clean, fhe people friendly, and the way they discussed how the days and structure work here were amazing. Learning about this place was a welcome change to the routine. I am excited about this doggie daycare, and hope to be a member here. From the little I have seen of this place so far, I am extremely pleased!

We have been taking our Golden Retriever to Tails for daycare/boarding for about a year now and they have been awesome. You do need to call well in advance and I often like to call and confirm our reservation shortly before our trip, but they have been great with our pup. He is always super tired from playing all week/weekend and we love that they offer webcam access so we can watch him play! Thanks, Tails, for loving our pet like we do!

This is a great place to take your dog for daycare. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. They have very flexible hours which is great when you are dropping off your dog before work. They have an app with video feed that allows you to check on your dog during the day. My dog runs and plays here all day and comes home very well exercised and very tired.

We had a very positive experience with Tails R Waggin! We were in from out of town with our 10 mos old dog and had contacted prior to our trip to arrange for daycare. The staff (especially Sarah) were all very polite and helpful! They worked with us and made the registration process easy. Our dog was there the entire day and had a great time! The staff was great and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend using them if you can and we will next time we are in Canton!

Tails Inn the City is amazing. If you are looking to board your pup or just daycare this place is amazing. We have left our dog here for 2 several long vacations and both times he has been tired and happy when we have picked him up. We also use their daycare services which are especially useful in the cold winter months when we can't get him out to exercise as much. When I check in on him on the cameras he is always running and playing and the staff is always taking excellent care of our Bailey. They give our family the peace of knowing that they are caring for Bailey just as we would at home.

I've been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd, Annabelle, here for daycare for about 6 months now. She loves it here! She's always excited to come to daycare, and she's exhausted and content when I pick her up. She has a ton of energy and can be a lot to deal with, but we never have any issues here. It's a great way to get her energy out and entertain her while I'm at work. It's nice that they have cameras that let you check in on them too. The owners and staff are all friendly and professional. I feel like they really watch the dogs and care about them. Highly recommend!

In April 2019, my grandma sent her angel of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel here. He passed the ridiculous “evaluation.”But when she went to pick him up, they brought her the wrong dog and totally panicked her. Then when they brought him out he was soaking wet. Apparently the turn the hoses on dogs when they bark, this is what the kennel attendant told her. He was barking bc he heard her and they hosed him and sent him home wet after my grandma threatened legal action for potentially losing her dog. I am a Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of Ohio and have worked in boarding facilities. Please never ever ever send your dog or anyone else’s dog here under any circumstances.

FYI: You MUST have your dogs go through "evaluation" before they will take them for boarding or daycare. This is open boarding so they are out mingling with the other dogs and need to make sure they get along. So this would be the reason they would not be able to take them on the fly. I take my 2 doodles there whenever we go out of town. I like that I can watch them interact with other dogs during the day. I wish they would do grooming! I'd love to have them groomed the last day so they smell fresh when I pick them up!

Our Great Dane Bailey has been going here several times a week since she was a puppy. She always has a great time and is worn out when she leaves. They also have an app to log into the 20 cameras they have in the play area to check in on you pup at any time. Definitely recommend them for daycare and boarding.

I absolutely love Tails R Waggin in North Canton. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The facility is awesome. My dog comes home after daycare completely worn out and tired. Most of the time she sleeps on the way home because she is just so tired. They are now selling our dog food there as well. This is a huge convenient factor. I highly recommend to everyone!

I love taking my Husky to daycare here! The staff are all very friendly and dog lovers! It is so nice to be able to drop my dog off while I work long hours and not have to worry about him being caged all day. Its great that my high energy pup gets socialized and exercise. The puppy cams are a plus as well! I would highly recommend this place!

We really can't say enough good things about this place. We've boarded several times- most recently 11 days - and the dogs are well taken care of - they remember us even when we haven't been in several months. They get to know our dogs personalities and habits pretty well. Our dogs also come home clean from boarding (free shower after so many days of boarding) -- the facilities are really clean --- also, they're affordable.

I have been sending my dogs here for a couple of years, and it is such a nice feeling being able to send my dogs to a facility that my husband & I trust. Bailey, Axel & Cooper love going to "camp" as we call it, and get so excited everytime we pull into the parking lot.

TailsRWaggin is highly recommended to anyone and everyone. Their webcam gives you piece of mind that your dogs are well taken care of and the staff is super friendly. I love that they do an assessment before you book your doggies stay to make sure your dog is a good fit for daycare &/or boarding. It was also fun to read their report cards after picking up my dogs.

I live on GA, But am visiting friends on OH and was looking for somewhere to dayboard my dog. I called 3x and sent an email before getting a response. When I did, we went through a line of questioning regarding the fact that we would just be visiting for the weekend and exactly what I was looking for (daycare vs. boarding). When I advised that I was only needing daycare for the day , I was told they were not accepting any new do gs for daycare or boarding. It's as if the fact that I only needed one day made them determine they did not want our business. If it was true that they were not accepting new dogs, why go through all of the questions? My dog regularly goes to daycare at our home and I have never been treated like this - especially when trying to book a week in advance.

Tails R Waggin' has a wonderful, helpful staff and a neat setup for both large and small dogs. It's a great way for your dog to get to know other dogs of all sizes and breeds and interact with them. Our 8 month old puppy is a 30 lb. mixed breed, so she spends part of the day playing with the smaller dogs, part of the day resting and eating in a kennel, and part of the day romping with the bigger digs. Perfect!

I cannot speak highly enough of Waggin' Tails (North Canton on Freedom Avenue). They are wonderful! They are always so willing to accommodate schedule changes and are so caring to my dogs. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Also (and one of their best selling points), they have the BEST weekend hours! I have taken my dogs to many many doggie day care and boarding places over the years and Waggin' Tails is the only place to be open on Sundays for as long as they are! They are wonderful and I trust them with my dogs.

I thought I was going to like this place. They came recommended by a friend and i like that they have cameras where you can check on your dog.....but on the second day of bringing my dog in, I got a call an hour into the day saying my dog was tipping over water bowls and digging in the water. I wasnt really sure what to tell them because she doesnt do this at home, but she does like to swim and play in the water at the dog park.I was in so many words told that i needed to take her to a trainer to correct the behavior or they wont be able to have her there.....While i totally understand that the other dogs need to have water to drink, i feel like this is a bit extreme. Shes a 9 month old puppy. Shes playing. If the staff there yells at her to stop, i know she will, she is timid of strangers..... i guess i just thought i was taking her to a place where she could have fun and play, i didnt realize it was more like a dog boarding school.Im really bummed because i was planning to do alot of buisness with them, but that experience left a bad taste in my mouth and now im not sure I want to bring her back there. :/So if you have a water loving dog, i wouldnt advise that you bring them here. Even if they dont play in their water at home, they might do it here because it is a play environment

Sadie loves going to daycare! As soon as we turn onto the street, her tail starts wagging really fast! Sadie cannot wait to get out of the car and go play with her friends! 4/6/19 update: our second dog Trixie loves going to daycare and spending the night too. Both Sadie and Trixie love playing with the other dogs and getting attention from the staff! Thanks staff for caring for our dogs!

We love TRW! We have a boxer who has a lot of energy and we have been taking him to TRW once a week for the past month and a half. He gets so excited when we pull in and does nothing but sleep all night when we pick him up. The staff is friendly and we feel like they love our dog as much as we do! I feel so comfortable taking our dog there and would recommend it to anyone! (I also love the daily report cards and look forward to reading them!!)

I am thrilled with TRW, North Canton. It is perfect for us... exactly what we hoped for. I feel they genuinely love and care for Maggie. She loves going, gets plenty of exercise and socialization and then comes home exhausted. The staff is great, very accommodating and are obvious dog lovers. I am very comfortable with them. I look forward to the daily reports we get on her. Also, the web cam works well and its so reassuring that I can check in on her and watch her play.My husband and I are HUGE fans of TRW. It is a perfect solution for our beloved Maggie while we are at work.

Not to mention Willabee absolutely LOVES the staff members and playing with her friends. She looks forward to going each time she hops in the car and is exhausted by the time I pick her up!

First time here, dropped my girls for play time to see if they are sociable enough and checking their temperament for boarding. Clean facility and like that there are cameras that you can watch your pets but the link didn't work 😪. Very nice people and I will be coming back for sure.

Tails Inn The City is amazing! My furchild, Moe, goes every Wednesday and loves it. By the time we're getting off the highway exit for his morning drop-off, he's no longer sitting quietly, but standing on my center console wiggling away. The entire staff is very attentive and organized. I feel 110% that Moe is safe and well taken care of while playing with friends.

We dropped our dog off for an assessment. It was her first time there. Came to pick her up 3 hours later and the staff told us she did very well except she did scream at one point but Noone saw what happened and the other dogs seemed to leave her a lone after that. So we get home and our dog is very sluggish. Assuming she is just exhausted from a day of playing we leave her be and only a couple hours later notice the dark blood spot and very deep puncture wound on her left side. She required 6 stitches and a drain to fix it. Needless to say she will not be returning and maybe the staff will see this and pay closer attention or atleast examine a dog if it screams the way they said she did.
