An actual 4.5 star rating!! I ordered hay bags and they arrived in a timely manner. The quality and price were good but only 2 were shipped and I ordered 4. They apologized for the miss count and shipped the other 2 asap. *** I did have to communicate with the company via email due to the phone always being answered by a voice-mail that was full and could take no new messages. The email response was quick, professional and resolved the issue promptly.

I ordered a dog sweater and plan to order two more. It arrived very quickly in excellent condition. I have a Great Dane so finding something big enough to keep him warm is difficult. The descriptions on the website really helped with sizing and it was spot on.

I needed something to store my 17" custom made moccasins in so i pulled the trigger on Tacks boot storage bag. I paid a lot of money for these moccasins & needed a quality storage bag to store them in during the off season. I looked all over & couldn't find what I needed. Being 100% high quality Buffalo these moccasins needed to be stored in a breathable material & I couldn't find anything until I came across Tack. By far the nicest looking, high quality bag at an insanely low price so I jumped on it immediately. Man was I shocked when it arrived. It's so much nicer in person. I was so pleased to see the soft satin smooth interior with a divider to keep the moccasins from running against one another. These bags are so nice I'm grabbing another for my tall boots. Prospective Buyers Beware of this company. I received damaged products and was completely ignored. The storage cases had sticky packing tape on them and one of the storage cases was torn. The sticky tape is impossible to remove. I emailed them 10 times and called them numerous times, left messages, and they never responded to my attempts to contact them. Even worse, I made another order for one day shipping by FedEx and my order was never sent. Tack Wholesale kept my money. The order continues to show as unfulfilled, and they still have my money. I rate this company less than one star, but Google requires at least one star.Update: After Tack did not respond to my numerous email inquiries, I sent another email to cancel my order. I contacted my credit card company to get a refund. 5 days later I finally received an email stating that my order was cancelled. This was after I had to contact my credit card company. The refund came 6 days after contacting my credit card company.

Ordered the Derby coat for my 120 pound shepherd for such a wonderful price 50% off. The quality of the coat is wonderful! I have bought so many coats throughout the years for many dogs and this is the best coat ever. The quality is great, comfortable with front flap for legs and it does fit further down the neck which makes it more comfortable for my dog, we love it! I am ordering another one for my 40 pound dog. The delivery was quick and packaging great! Definitely love this company.

This is a great company that offers a great price and fast shipping! I ordered their Comfort Walk Dog Harness for my dog that constantly pulls me when walking but this harness has solved the problem....NO MORE PULLING!!!! It is now so much more enjoyable to take my dog on walks!! I LOVE THIS HARNESS, it works exactly as it says it does and I plan on buying a second one!

I've just ordered a few items for an upcoming horse show and wanted to cancel the order so I could edit it and/or re-order after I get paid. This ordeal has been such a pain. I've messaged them on their in-site chat messaging to no avail. All I get back is an automated message about getting back to me when their short staff can. I emailed them multiple times as well as replying to the continuous emails updating me about the package but have gotten nothing of substance there, as well. Finally, I just called them today and got a recording telling me to email them if it's urgent or leave a message if it's not. I left my message and clarified it is kind of urgent since I want to cancel an order before it ships... I understand being understaffed and needing time to reply to messages/emails/etc but the site itself does not help this issue. There is no simple 'cancel order' as with most shipping sites. Nor is their contact information current (the link doesn't work and you have to Google their number for any actual help). I no longer want the products after this ordeal but I cannot speak to quality as I've yet to receive them (and am hoping not to, haha). Not the greatest customer service or website interface.

Terrible experience with Tack Wholesale. I returned a saddle blanket via UPS and they kept telling me they never received it. UPS gave me proof of delivery and a name of the employees that signed and received it. They still refused to issue a refund and are ignoring my emails.I did not give tack wholesale a bogus tracking number - that makes no sense. The UPS store screwed up and gave me the wrong number. I escalated it to UPS. They tried to call Tack Wholesale several times to resolve as the package was delivered and TW would not return their calls. Why the hell would I go provide a bogus number? I forwarded emails that were clearly from a legit UPS store. That would be a pretty elaborate plan for a $20 pad!!!!

This was my first time ordering from Tack Wholesale. I ordered a Derby's halter. It is a beautiful red clay color with rose gold hardware and a gorgeous matching lead rope. It was shipped very quickly. The quality is excellent and everyone has complimented how pretty it looks on my chestnut mare. It is very adjustable and fits her perfectly. I really like the crownpeice which is a synthetic leather and will be safe in case of a hard pull back. I definitely plan to order from this company again. They seem to have good service and good prices. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I've purchased a few items from here over the past 3 years and have been impressed with all of them! I bought several Paris Tack Padded Rope Backpacks in Charcoal and Royal Blue and have been using those every day! I also purchased several of their CuteNFuzzy Small Pet Hay Bags and my guinea pigs love them, they get excited every day when I fill them with fresh hay. I have friends who own horses who use their halters (their Desert Rose ones are beyond gorgeous), blankets, and other items. They have super high-quality horse blankets and dog coats available in every size. Shop here and support a local business! They aren't a store but do offer local pickup if you order online. The staff here is really nice and if you have any concerns and you give them a call, they'll gladly assist you. I'm going to continue to buy from here!

I placed my first order of two items and was pleased. I placed my second order of multiple items shortly after that. The dog collar I purchased literally broke with in 15 minutes of putting it on my dog. I was sent a wrong color of halter. I sent an email with the issues no reply, so I called and customer service was rude! I was asked to send proof of the collar being broke and the wrong halter sent so I did that. I got a reply back, There is no warranty on the collar and the color option I picked was not available in that size of a halter. So my experience with them is they don't care if they sale you junk and it doesn't matter if their site is accurate with color options available. Don't waste your time!

The service is excellent and I love the free shipping especially on something as heavy as blankets. I also purchase other things and am also pleased. BUYER BEWARE!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS NOR THEIR WARRANTY.THIS COMPANY WILL SEND YOU A DIFFERENT BRAND PRODUCT THAN WHAT YOUR ORDERED. I ORDERED A LARGE HAY BAG BY PARIS TACK & RECEIVED DERBY ORIGINALS. IT STARTED FRAYING AFTER A COUPLE OF USES. I CONTACTED THE SALES DEPARTMENT AT THE CO. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BY EMAIL BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND DIRECT YOU TO THEIR WEBSITE. THEIR WEBSITE DIRECTS TO THEIR EMAIL. THEY FINALLY RESPONDED BY SAYING I NEEDED TO PAY $15.00 TO GET A NEW ONE. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPAIR IT FOR $10.00. THEN THEY SAID I MUST HAVE LEFT IT IN WITH HORSES WITH NO HAY IN IT AND THAT IS WHY IT FRAYED ON ONE SIDE. NOT TRUE. THE SALES DEPT WAS VERY RUDE. BAD BUSINESS, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
