The people who work at the store have always been so good to me. They’ve been very attentive, I’ve never had to wait long long times for Assistance in aquatics. There is a manager with straight hair and glasses who is amazing. There was an employee today that kind of got on my nerves but the manager came to the rescue and that is why I’m leaving a five star feedback. Every time I go in there, there are usually very nice people, and good looking fish. I breed the samurai, fighting fish, and this location gets some very pretty ones in at times. Even very long, thin females, which are rare.Thank you very much for supporting my hobby, I love doing my samurai, fighting, fish, challenges, and my little babies are doing good. Same with my snail babies. Take care everybody and thanks again.

I’ve been bringing my dogs for grooming for a few years now. One of my dogs is skittish about the grooming process, but I have found that Madison does an awesome job cutting her and is always happy to see her. I appreciate her patience and the great job that she does! My other dog recently saw Clare and they did an amazing job!! I was so impressed with how white her fur was and the thorough brushing she received.Everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful.

They have plenty of parking. They have a grooming area for pets.They carry a complete line of pet products. Unlike some grocery stores their products are stocked with a much wider variety.They offer discounts for members. You can adopt a cat or dog. I adopted a cat there twelve years ago.They carry brand name pet products and also organic products, that are reasonably priced.They sell fish and small pets like birds and hamsters, along with pet food and toys and cages and fish tanks.They have a built-in a pet adoption center that is staffed. There is also a veterinarian clinic near the cash registers, that offers pet insurance.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there is plenty of room to shop.

I come here mostly for our cats. They have a great variety of cat food, toys, trees, etc. I also love seeing all the animals that come there. The only thing I wish they would stop selling beta fish or any other fish. They’re not took care of properly in most pet stores.

The workers are very nice but they are HORRIBLY understaffed. I always see the them running around like crazy. I walked that whole store and not a single employee was in sight. This is why this generation wont work. Y’all are abusing them.

Always great and helpful. We attended puppy classes with Gracie and she was wonderful. We use Claire for our grooming and she is always amazing. Can't say enough good things about the staff here

Low quality Dubia roaches. They are either the wrong size or mostly deceased. Not to mention they are severely over priced. They charge almost $18 for 24 when Pet Supplies sells 50 for $22. Pet Supplies just keeps their bugs alive and healthy.

Great selection of frozen mice and rats for snakes. My daughter and I make frequent trips to see the cats that are there waiting to be adopted from the Stark county humane society.

Been many times.. but this time was the worst. My furbaby looks terrible and I paid 80 plus dollars for him to come home smelling liking I just dropped him off and full of knots that could’ve been cut or brushed out.

I took my "little new to me" senior rescue dog to petsmart today for his 1st nail trim since I got him... I was so nervous... but Alesha took him into her arms and to the grooming table then easily trimmed his nails. He was so relaxed in her care and wasn't even shaking. Alesha was done with my dog before I even paid at the register... I will definitely bring him back to her! Thank you Alesha!

Made a grooming appointment for my dog who is a rescue and very shy and skittish. Over the phone they informed me that I would need proof of rabies vaccination, which I had no problem providing. I brought in the papers as well as my adoption papers in case they needed that and they refused to do the groom since the name on the paper did not match the name I provided when making an appointment. I told them that she was a rescue and her name was changed after I adopted her, but the birthdate and dog information was the same and matched. The paperwork was from the vet with the letterhead and everything, but they would not do the groom. I have never heard of this before and every other place that I contacted was very understanding and stated that as long as the paperwork had her information and matched, then the name on it did not matter because she was a rescue and most dogs that are rescued or adopted through a shelter are given different names than what is on the original paperwork. I was so upset because it put my dog through unnecessary trauma (since she is so skittish when we leave the house) and they didn’t even do the groom. It’s very disheartening that they were not empathetic or understanding about dogs that are rescues or had a rough/unconventional start in life.

I was very pleased with the grooming My Sweet Baby got from here.Everyone was very friendly & helpful.And she got a (really nice) new 13 squeaky toy for 5 bucks..😁😁😁We also had plenty of room to park.It is on the opposite side of Petsmart but it is in the corner of the 2 sections of buildings. So we had the whole lot to ourselves..🤗🤗🤗

I had to purchase prescription food for my dog today. A $50 8-lb bag of food. The tag said 8.5-lb bag for $50 but the bags o the shelf were 8-lb. I mentioned this to get a price check and apparently it was a misprint on the tag. I was not given or offered any discount on the item to compensate for it or make things right. I was in a bind because my dog is sick and they took advantage of that. They also didn’t even make note to correct the tag. Will never be back or give them further business.

I took my 7 and 5 year old children here to buy them a turtle. The sales person I spoke to talked me out of the turtle after explaining to me that they are expensive to care for and take much more attention than "most people think". So I asked about a Bearded Dragon, the sales person again talked me out of that because "you are probably not ready for a bearded dragon". Instead she suggested a Gecko. While at the tank for the Gecko's she mentioned there shouldn't be more than 3 of them in a tank at a time, but we counted 7 in total. We picked one out, found food for it and got accessories for the tank we have. My total was $160. I listened to all of her advice and took precautions. I did not allow my children to handle the lizard or even hold the container it was in.We got home and it took me maybe 30 minutes to set the tank up for the lizard. I turned the heat lamp on to make it comfortable for the lizard. I went to open the lid on the container and saw that the lizard was no longer alive. My wife and I were shocked. My kids were very upset and began to cry. I tried to explain to them that they gave us a sick lizard and that I was going to go back for the Bearded Dragon because they probably aren't sick. I was doing everything I could to keep my kids calm at this point.When I returned to the store the sales person immediately accused me of mishandling the lizard. She asked if I used my AC in the car on the way home. She asked if my children touched it. She was not professional at all. The sales woman then took the lizard to a back room and met with a store manager. The manager returned, then proceeded to tell me that the lizard "had signs of bruising and trauma" and that my children were likely the cause of this. She told me that they would refund the $30 but that I would not be allowed to buy a Bearded Dragon because "small lizards are not good pets for children". I find this completely unfair and ridiculous. My children were with me when we purchased the lizard. I followed their instructions very carefully but they still accused me of harming this animal.I am still completely shocked at the situation. Not only have they not apologized to us, but they have accused us of harming this animal and I take this very seriously. I will be returning all of the items I purchased as soon as I have time since they are now useless to my anyhow. I hope someone at PetSmart corporate contacts me, I would love to discuss this with someone. I do not want anything for free, I just want the people in this store to understand how completely wrong they handled this situation.

Their grooming is awesome! My poodle puppy was groomed by Madison S and she did a phenomenal job!!!! Took the time to make my puppy feel comfortable and she looks great! Definitely going back just for her to groom!!!

Petsmart was wonderful. Helpful staff . cashiers smiling. At the adoption center , the girls were so sweet. The kitty's are amazing n loving. I want the stray momma kitty.n Claire the white n black n brown sweet kitty cat. Bought doggy treats for our neighbors puppy too!.thank you for sharing these pets that need a loving home. Bless you.. the other day I luckily found NOVA....one of the most beautiful female huskies I've seen......almost white eyes......I needed some heavy gear for her ...so on walks she can pull as hard as she wants and not hurt her neck .....PETSMART.....to the rescue .....they have a great selection of KONG ..heavy harnesses...heavy braided leads...heavy hands free leads..heavy duty retractables...I can see her dragging my but thru the creek now ...I better get in shape

Staff was very friendly and willing to help. They answered all our questions and we're smiling and looked happy to do so. We also got a tag for our new puppy. While the tag was a bit expensive it was not that much higher of a price compared to other pet stores that are near by.

Sales staff was excellent and extremely helpful...we were met by (3) separate store personnel who asked if they could help us find any particular items? How our day was going? Did we find everything g we were looking for?I enjoy courtesy and this Pet's Mart exceeded my expectations! The store was fully stocked on every shelf and the floors were whistle clean!What a great shipping experience!This store will be my #1 Pets Mart from here on out! Yay!
