We had our dog Benito groomed today by Alex , ( I think that was her name , I’m sorry ) and she did AMAZING!!! He was only there for 1.5 hours , and he looked perfect ! Thank you for giving us a great experience 🐶🐩🐾 . See you in June !

Oh My Heart!! ❤️ My son and I went shopping right after we had gotten our American Bully Puppy!! All of the employees were so helpful in helping us find everything that we needed. Makayla, gave her extra loving, and trimmed her nails for her. The manager even checked on us and asked if we needed any extra help?? The employees All made a Huge fuss over her, and gave her Lots of Lovin and Attention!! We have since named her Nova. 💖🐾Nova will Def be back to this store to visit all of her new friends!!!~Loved All The Love, and Happiness!!! You can tell the employees Really Love their jobs there!!! 😁👍

Went in today to let my 5 year old son pick out his very first pet (we have dogs but he didn’t pick them out) he really wanted a gold fish! Went in went back to the fish tanks an associate approached us asked if we needed help I told her I want a gold fish and need all the supply’s like a fish bowl and food etc. she walked me to the fish tanks then began telling me I needed at least a 10 gallon fish tank for 1 gold fish!!!!! I said for my other children years ago we just bought a fish bowl some rocks for the bottom and fish food she told me that’s inhumane and animal cruelty, and that the goldfish died, because they exploded internally from lack of room. She then said gold fish should grow. To 2 feet or more and needed room for that. She went on and on about how fish have feelings and how they may survive in a bowl they wouldn’t be happy. That’s when I ended our interaction and I left with a very sad 5 year with no gold fish. She truly ruined our whole experience

♡♡♡♡♡ I love this store, I'm here all the time especially now that they price match. The staff is always kind, the store is always clean and super organized! By far my favorite pet store. ♡♡♡♡♡We checked out the Halloween costumes today, very entertaining, and there was also a labrador adoption group there today. Always something going on during the weekends worth stopping in for a visit.🤩

I really love this groomer! She took the time and gave my pup an excellent experience! Last groomer didn’t do his ears. The one previously before this didn’t like my boy just because he would get nippy sometimes with her. That’s because she wasn’t patient with him like this new groomer. He didn’t even nip or anything because she gave him the time he deserved! She was patient and kind to him. He gave her his paw with no issue to trim his nails. He was laid back and easy going. He even let her blow dry his hair and the other groomer he wouldn’t have it. Such a difference going to someone who actually knows what they are doing with pups like my baby ♥️ perfect service and perfect groom!

My Gordon Setter and I went to this store for dog supplies. This store was well organized and pretty well stocked. Easy to navigate the aisles with a cart and a dog on leash, but there was only a couple of people besides the staff in the store. The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this store to a friend.

This store is absolutely amazing!!! The cashier was super sweet too!!! Thank you so much!!! We are regulars and will continue to be. The current major purchase was for a self-cleaning cat litter and we are super excited to get it set up!!! I love the prices here, especially compared to places like PetSmart and the quality is always so much better!!! 😍😍😍❤❤❤

I have put in a few pick up orders and something is always out of stock when it says available online. Sometimes they call and sometimes they don't and just say they called. Save your time and jslust use a dependable service like Amazon, Chewy or go to Petsmart. The only thing that is halfway decent is the dog shower area but it's never clean and the towels are threadbare.

There coupons suck!!! Spend 60.00 on a bag of cat food and find out the coupon is only good on select flavors!! That coupon should be good on any of that brand!! The company is very greedy!!

The new building looks nice and refreshed. The lighting is LED and bright. Their process are comparable to the other chain pet stores and they added grooming to this location.

I used to have to take my dog to the vet to get his nails done. The groomers at Pet Supplies Plus have continued to work with my fear reactive baby, and they have students help so they learn. It's so amazing to watch people who care about my dog as much as I do teach the next generation of groomers how to work with reactive/terrified dogs, not just the friendly ones. I never thought I'd be able to take my dog anywhere besides the vet, but I lucked out finding this crew.

Staff is friendly, store is clean and well stocked. I wish I received coupons more frequently, but that is obviously not the stores issue. We've never used the grooming or bathing area, but it always looks very clean. This store is pit bull friendly and we have met so many dogs at this location There's a clearance table inside the door to the left by the checkout, which is super nice too.
