The Fresh Thyme stores are backed by Meijer’s.  This is a little known fact.Meijers is not a health food company.  Not at all! 🤨  And not in theory or in practice. They even slyly admit this now by labeling themselves as "natural."  This is a common tactic (one of many) used by the food industry to blur the lines between the conventional food industry and the organic whole foods community.If a product is labeled natural, please know that this indicates it could have been (at the very least) minimally processed.Fresh Thyme, however, originally carried an exclusivity of healthy organic products, non-processed, and organic whole foods.  Period.About 3 years or so ago, this location underwent some drastic changes, yet outwardly they first appeared to be subtle and then evolved over a year or two.  They began to introduce some processed foods and unhealthy food items both in the confectionary and pharmaceutical (over the counter) categories.  Of course, this was never openly publicized.I began to see items such as Tylenol, Excedrin, and the like.  In the confectionary category, I began to see many conventional brands that a health food store would NEVER introduce into its inventory.  Nestlé, PepsiCo. and other very unhealthy companies, to name a few, that are actually very controversial among those of us who have studied their practices closely.Certain independent journalists, even worldwide, have been significantly ostracized by the banking corporations and even their own peers for pulling the bed sheets off of such companies.Another little known and proven fact.This may not strike many as extraordinary, but it most certainly is.  It is unprecedented.Traditionally speaking, whole food stores and health food stores, especially independents like Raisin Rack, never mix the two.Organic and non-organic produce?  Yes, depending on if they are independent or not.  Earthfare does, but Raisin Rack only sells organic produce.🏆Again, Fresh Thyme (started up and backed by Mjiers) has even crossed that line. To add insult to Injury, this location revamped its produce section about a year ago.  They reduced the organic produce section to a mere fraction of its former size.  It barely outshines organic sections you may find at conventional stores such as Giant Eagle.When you enter, you may be deceived to first believe it is a health food store.  It certainly appears that way.  But upon closer examination and careful scrutiny, you should easily see the difference between other health food stores and this Mjiers store--which is disguised as a health food store. 😈It's like Aldis, Walmart, and the other government sponsored stores, only with a heck of a lot more organic and healthy options.  Deceptive, to say the least!Again, this is significant because Fresh Thyme has a significant amount of health foods, supplements, and products.  To introduce unhealthy products into their store the way they have is disheartening, to say the least. 😔I'm not advising that anyone should avoid shopping here.  The pickings are slim when it comes to stores that carry healthy choices.  What I am emphasizing is how deceptive the food industry has become and how it is infiltrating the whole foods and health food market. I still shop here, but only on occasion.Most people who go out of their way to spend more time and money on healthy and clean food do not want to wade through unhealthy products.  That is the reason why health food stores became so popular to begin with.To those of you who would say that I'm "preaching to the choir"; you obviously know that I've only scratched the surface concerning the wicked secular humanistic ideologies which inspire such deceit and the even darker forces behind them.Shalom"He who speaks truth declares righteousness, But a false witness, deceit."‭‭Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 12:17

update: Most staffs are very friendly, 😫 (>.<) except a late night young cashier had a weird smile to a middle age male staff by the side. Another day, a young cashier also placed my salad with dressing box standing up. They need to train the cashier better.(*^.^*) They have many good quality things other places don’t have, bulk、salad bar are nice and cheap. Especially the cakes ❤️ and muffins, the best in these few cities. Body lotion testers almost on everything. Enjoy the shopping a lot. Don't miss their coffee, good flavor and reasonable price.

My mind was blown with the crazy low prices, they have a huge selection of fresh products to choose from! The option to create your own pizza or eat what they've created. The rows of fresh seafood was impressive and I can't forget the meat department (I have to try the stuff pork chops on my next visit).There's a healthy surprise around every corner. I was impressed that once you're at the checkout the person bagging the groceries inspect the produce to make sure everything is perfect. I can't wait to go back!

It's Saturday at 2pm and they closed the deli so you can't get any fresh cheese or meat. I don't know how in the world you can close your deli on a busy Saturday afternoon.The staff is also has no clue about products they have in the store when I was looking for dried chilis they told me they don't sell anything like that. I ended up finding them on my own.This place is a waste of your thyme and money.

Great for produce, and good for if you're looking for something specific you can't find at more generic stores. They will follow you around if you don't 'look like you belong'. Some of their snacks are worth that I guess.

New chain farmer's market. Certain produce are at a bargain price for the grand opening right now. Nothing extra ordinary. If I had a choice between this and Trader Joe's, the latter would be my first choice.

The deli and meat counter do not open until 10am, even though the rest of the store opens much earlier. There were many people wanting the deli at 9am and they refused to help anyone despite the fact that workers were in the deli. 10am us too late to open the deli!

The more you shop at Fresh Tyme the more you love it! Even if cloth masks are only 1% effective it equates to RESPECT! I liked the signage and amenities when I walked in this am. Thanks Fresh Tyme in Canton!

A healthy grocery store with prices that won't take a toll on your wallet when compared to other health conscious grocers. The food is very fresh and a good selection of produce is available, along with bulk foods. There is a small amount of hot and ready items to chose from. There is an app, although I'm not sure what its usefulness is. There are 6 self check out registers and they don't require users to use loyalty cards.

So there I was, roaming the isles of Fresh Thyme looking for treasures that awaited me. I saw many glorious things, freshly baked donuts, candy and even a chicken pot pie. I kept walking, intrigued by my surroundings and there I saw it, starring back at me with lust in its eyes. Hansens Soda Pop. From my first sip, I knew I just became its b**ch. It's cold and refreshing carbonation filled my stomach with a joy unmatched by anything else. Would recommend

Never! I repeat Never, have I gone to FT and the meat and seafood counter prices does no reflect the sale price. It can only be credited at the cashier which requires a manager. And that means the folks behind you as thrilled you are. Pay attention!

Everything that isn’t on sale is really expensive, and most of the fruits I picked up were unfortunately already moldy in the store. The fruit that I brought home that seemed okay, went bad within a couple of days. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here for food, however their supplements and health section looks promising!

Very nice layout and clean establishment. My first thyme (ha!) there I had no problem locating the different aisle and sections to find what I was looking for.Produce was fresh. Freezer and meat section were stocked nicely even as they were having a particularly good sale on certain steaks and seafood.Make sure to download their app for discounts and coupons if you're stopping in!I'll be back again for sure!

Fresh Tyme is a grocery store with excellent produce and with items you don't necessarily find at other stores. This week, they had a great BOGO special, which allowed us to get more than a week's worth of meals for under $50.00. That would include both lunches and dinners.

I shop here for the Lamb rib chops. Cut to perfection! Beautiful! And great quality. I'm having lamb chops for Thanksgiving dinner. Very clean, not cluttered enough space between aisles. When you walk in it smells so good of food, and aroma.

I was really surprised that I really loved this store. I knew it carried healthier fare, but it had a lot of normal stuff too. So many amazing choices for everyone and actually priced better or similar to Giant Eagle. I'm a believer. While they had many choices there were a few items that i needed and couldn't get.

This is one of my favorite places to shop at. the array of choices they have here is really wonderful! they have a little bit of everything for everyone, and also the managers and workers are just excellent at what they do! they know their store real well and they are very very helpful! I love their selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat is always good as well as their cheeses. I love the self serve dry foods section. They have fresh pressed juices as well. The have a very large healthcare section too for all your vitamin and essential oil needs. They also have a nice selection of wines and beer. They offer specialty foods including organic and different food substitutes.

This is my favorite place in this area to shop for produce. They regularly have great deals, even on bulk products like nuts and chocolates! Their produce is always in good condition and fresh, and they have quite the variety. While all the service is friendly, I definitely have a couple of favorite workers, especially at the registers! I don’t think I’ve ever met a rude or unhelpful worker here. Also, the app is great. Definitely recommend shopping here!
