Always a breeze and for the most part my drink is always correct.Personally I despise Dunkin’s donut selection. But that’s just me, their bagels are super yummy.Staff is always working their butts off, give them your grace and patience and maybe an extra tip this holiday season.

Usually I go through the drive-thru, but this time I decided to go for inside. I stopped in before my shift at work, and this young lady walks to the register, then does a full 180 and walks right back. I had to wait another 5 mins for another person to come out, just for them to make my order wrong. To sum it up, I ended up leaving with a screwed up order, and a 15 min wait time.

It seems every time we stop at this Dunkin location, we have the same problems, but this time was worse than ever. After ordering in the drive thru, we waited nearly 20 minutes to receive our drinks and food. There wasn't a single apology for the wait time and our food was completely cold. I dont understand how a company can have the same issues over and over, and without a simple apology..

Used the drive thru. The ham and swiss croissant stuffer was disappointing. The top of the croissant was warm, the ham and cheese were basically room temperature and the bottom of the croissant was very cold. Ordered a Bavarian cream donut and received a Boston cream donut. (One is topped with chocolate, the other with a light dusting of powdered sugar.) The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is that there was a good amount of filling in the donut. Would not recommend.

No Hi | No hello | No how are you todayNothing. They just look at you when you walk in and say absolutely nothing.Instead of a greeting, they roll their eyes as if you are a inconvenience to their day.At the very least you should tell a new customer walking in when your busy “Good morning! I’ll be right with you” Very easy to do.The sandwich I was finally able to order was ok, nothing special.The coffee was not drinkable for me. Just tasted like pure sugar and I don’t remember asking for 20 squirts of sugar. In fact - I wanted light sugar.I have now been reminded on why I stopped going to Dunkin Doughnuts to begin with.Such a shame.

Twice now I have stopped at this place about 8pm for coffee and absolutely no one around. Yesterday, (7/14) I walked in and a employee just walked to the back. He never came back to the desk. I waited to order a coffee and donut for a bit, but nothing. The leadership of this place needs to check their cameras. This place is losing money, because staff are to taking orders. Lots of donuts just no one to sell them. That was my final stop at this Dunkin.

My family of five goes to this Dunkin’ every Sunday morning around the same time. We usually have to wait in line 10-15min because the drive through is always backed up and busy. Service is okay, it feels like they’re always rushing me though which is annoying. Usually get our order right with only minor errors. We were exited today because they actually remebered the whip cream on my son’s frozen chocolate lol

Went through the drive thru about an hour ago. The staff ( 1 individual) was rude, impatient , and quite unprofessional. They were out of a cream stick-didnt mention it (but charged it on order) until we noticed they hadn't included it in the bag- had to yell at the window to get their attention.the wrap was good, But I WILL NOTbe back to this location.

I just want to say thank you to the nice lady who works here who saw me struggling to get my car door open with my two kids, baby in hand and two dozen donuts. She came out in the freezing cold to offer assistance. Good costumer service is noticed even after we have paid and left the store.I don’t know her name but I came around noon today.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works here, including managers, is rude and unprofessional. They almost always forget my food when I pre-order on the app. The last straw was the last time I ordered and waited for about 15 minutes and my food still hadn’t come up. I asked for either a refund or my food because I was going to be late for work if I waited any longer, and the manager rudely told me that I had to do that on the app and didn’t even bother to attempt to give me what I paid for. And of course, the app didn’t work when I tried to connect to customer service. It’s funny how they remodeled the store, but can’t seem to hire decent, competent people to work at this location.

These kids do not know how to do something as simple as add the right amount of cream and sugar. They're lazy and just do whatever. And you can be the nicest person in the world to ask them to fix your order after finally being fed up about it being wrong (not kidding) more than 10 times now and they are rude and ignorant. No customer service training either. It comes down to common sense. And unfortunately, the people at this Dunkin, have none of it!

2 times I ordered a large iced Caramel latte and they gave me burnt coffee with way too much milk, and no sugar. It did not taste like a normal iced Caramel latte.This was on a order ahead on Dunkin App.

This place is what it is. If you want decent coffee or breakfast sandwiches at a fairly reasonable price and feel like skipping the perpetually long Starbucks line, this is the place for you. Only drawback is that there always seems to be confusion between the workers during peak times. I understand being flustered during busy hours but better organization would probably help.

The staff here are extremely friendly and they get the customers through rather quickly! However, I have been ordering from the app and asking for less ice. At first they did less ice however the last 5 or 6 times it seems more ice has been added. I double checked my order and my tag on the cup says less ice! I usually dump it in a thermal cup to stay longer and when I do,the original cup has half or more ice left in the cup. I feel I am getting less drink for the money! Very disappointed!

This Dunkin used to be the best around. Used to run smoothly, pretty accurately, and people were kind only. Now it's incorrect almost every time, very slow, and the employees are incredibly rude when you ask for a correct order. If you message Dunkin about this, they say to call the manager of the store and then you tell the employees you spoke to a manager to get free stuff 🙄 That's not a great business model, so we won't be back.To be super clear, I've come here very frequently and now will not. Shuffle location did the same thing changing to being rude and I haven't been back to that one in years.Customers can forgive you even for repeated mistakes if you make them right without being disrespectful.

The last 3 times I've been there they haven't had the flavors of coffee I wanted. I didn't go at odd times or end of the week when maybe they would run out. I really like their prices and their coffee is way better than Starbucks, it's just discouraging when you go looking forward to a certain coffee and not get it. And it was a normal flavor 😖

Don't bother going here after a certain time. Everything you get will be stale. Donuts, bagles... everything. Can they not tell when they pick up the food that it's as hard as a rock? Why is this place even open all night if the quality is gonna be this bad

Wanted to purchase 3 dozen donuts. Went in, and when I finally got waited on the young lady told me that you call in for large orders. I said I thought this was Dunkin Donuts? She replied it is. I said forget it and left. A local donut shop in Chillicothe I walk in and order 4 dozen, no problem, I pay leave tip and go about my day. I will not be back to Dunkin.

I’m not sure what it is about this location. Whether it’s their machinery or just a different “recipe”, but their coffee is much more watered down than any other Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. Especially if you drink your coffee black, you’ll certainly be disappointed at this location. Make the drive to Shuffel. Ordered 4 times from here and same result each time.
