Such a pleasant experience, I had to share! I feel they represent this store very well and deserve to be commended!

Every month when we try and get my son’s monthly prescription refill of his daily medication there is an issue. They are unorganized and inefficient and they have terrible communication when it involves a monthly ongoing refill . Just this week, THEY called me to tell me the medicine would be ready this morning, the day he ran out. Well I go to get it at 2pm and they don’t have it ready and say it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Medicine HE NEEDS daily. AFTER THEY CALLED ME TO COME GET IT. This pharmacy has severely gone down hill in the last 6+ months. What the heck is wrong with all these pharmacies being such a mess?Will definitely have to find a new pharmacy going forward

The convenient store I go to when I don't feel like walking a mile to get my shampoo or just some bananas. The one cosmetic brand they carry that I absolutely love is Prestige. The eye liner called Total Intensity lasts a long time especially when you use the eye primer. They also carry organic skin care like Avalon.

Was in the Portage Rd store last night at about 8:45 pm. The young man on register 2 was doing a great job and asked for assistance with ringing up my alcohol. The woman on register 1 was rude and disrespectful. She said " people drink too much anymore" and didn't acknowledge her teammate or the customer. She has no business working with the public. I live minutes away but don't see myself coming back. Nobody needs to pay for rudeness

Today 14 Jun 2022 I visited DDM store 51 briefly on lunch break following my Dr appointment to pick up a prescription. The staff in Pharmacy performed excellent customer service as I approached the counter, learned that my Dr's RX fax hadn't yet arrived, then it had as we spoke. From Sara H getting my info, to Sebastian checking for the order arrival, to Corrinna (sorry if I mis-spelled your name) to the floater Pharmacist, the team kicked some behind into gear, said they'd have my Rx order ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but had this done in under 5 minutes! This was excellent customer service and even the gentleman waiting for his shot commented and recognized that this was some quick, speedy service. The staff was friendly, efficient and performed their tasks above and beyond expectation and truly should be recognized for this excellent customer service! Kuddos well deserved for all of you in Pharmacy, not to mention the always courteous staff on registers in the evenings and days when I frequent who are always helpful, nice and welcoming, including Carolyn and Joan! Thank you for a nice shopping experience!

The New pharmacy people are rude. They act paranoid if you wanna prescription a day early. I love the Other parts of the store but the pharmacy could use some social skills. It has really went downhill. I’ll be looking to take my business elsewhere.

I had a little mishap with a product and the manager was SO quick to call me back and make the situation right. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond to correct the issue. As someone who worked retail, I understand the importance of having a competent manager and one who actually cares about the customer. I appreciate it !

Great store with plenty of inventory. Everyone there is really nice with the exception of the lady with the short brown hair who works the counter at the pharmacy. I have been going to this Drug Mart since it first opened and she has always been rude, always appears to be angry, and has little to no skills on how to treat customers, especially ones who most probably do not feel good being they are getting a prescription filled. We are actually thinking about going to a different Drug Mart to get our prescriptions filled. Besides the pharmacy, it is a great store!

I love this store and the employees in the pharmacy are pleasant and always helpful. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now and I just saw an employee come out, smoke a cigarette, then before she went in she through it on the ground!!!! How horrible!! PLEASE get a container with sand!! Disgusting. She sure doesn't care about the environment or little kids picking them up!

I love Discount Drug Store on Portage Ave! They have everything I need!!! I mean everything. From CAT food , even for the most finicky Cat! The Pharmacy staff are the Best! Don, Meagan, Abby :-) All staff Friendly, Professional, and Served in Timely Fashion. Hats off to Sarah, front cashier. " Discount Drugstore Saves You The Run around. Waste of time and money. This store is organized by drunk people. The staff was incredibly rude. The worker at the cigarette counter acted like it was a huge inconvience for her to check me out. She literally groaned and said "everyone else's Friday is my Monday". Then the blonde chick next to her chimed in. GROSS. I only went to this dump for convience, I won't be troubling their hostile staff in the future.

Liars three people ones the manager stated that just this particular store do not accept p&G coupons from direct website some newspapers if people still buy one say they only use the coupons from NP. It’s a disgraceful.

I love this store! Everyone is so nice and helpful! The prices are good and the pharmacists Abby and Don are AMAZING! They are both very knowledgeable and on top of you history and all your medication needs!

The drive-thru for the pharmacy is currently OUT OF ORDER as of 10am March 23rd, 2020. If you're hoping to minimize contact while fulfilling your prescriptions you might want to move them to another pharmacy.

Great place to shop. Couteous employes. They follow all of mr mikes covid orders. Hoping soon i can go to the pharmacy and get a covid vaccine. Might help if the state didn't file lawsuits totalling a 100 million on the pharm industry previously for the so "called" opiod epidemic. Lol.

The Pharmacy department is excellent. Kea A went out of her way to see that I received a reduced price on a very expensive medication.She called my Doctor’s office and was able to find a coupon online and saved me a few hundred dollars.This was also done in the past for my husband.Great Pharmacy.
