GO HERE FOR YOUR POND NEEDS!I went to a couple places prior…boy am I glad I held off buying and made the trip. Worth it!Mike has a great selection of pond fish! I wish I would have found this place sooner.He came out of the back very ready to help me find what I was looking for. Super selection of plants, fish, and supplies! Great discernment as well, inquiring how long of a drive we had…he added oxygen to the large bag for us!Hey Mike, I tossed in a photo of our pond with our new babies acclimating in the bag! The guys at Aquatic Gardens of Ohio go above and beyond. They’re full of information, ideas, and recommendations, not just selling products on the shelves.I have bought many products there, but I keep going back because they answer all of my questions as I think of them. Many unrelated to what I’m looking for or my reason for going there in the first place. Just expounding on my ideas.That’s value added service that’s not typical in my experience. Especially for such niche products and services.Definitely recommended!

After checking out several pond supply stores, we have definitely settled on this place. Mike and others are very helpful and the prices for great quality plants can't be beat. Great selection of fish. Can't wait to go back to stock up. Well worth the 45 minute ride!

I am a very satisfied customer.Today, when I opened my order I had a very nice surprise! I received all of my order and I am thrilled with the plants/snails and your customer service!1st, I sent an email to you and within an hour I had a response and a resolved issue (needed tracking number).2nd, The plants are huge, that was the surprise! I was expecting little 'shoots', as I usually get from other companies I have ordered from in the past.I have never seen such healthy & big plants, some even with little blooms :) The snails all went to the bottom and looked healthy.3rd, The packaging was great. Everything was intact, labeled and NOTHING was broken or missing :)I will never do 'Pond' business with anyone but you guys and I will certainly be passing your name on to my other 'pond' friends.Again, Thanks so much!

I love this place for all my pond supplies.I have shopped here when the Lily Blooms children were just buds.Now they are grown men, who are just as helpful as they were when teens.Even with my visit today, the father was still there, a son and a new employeewho also was very kind, and helpful.

They are a great company, with the best customer service you could want. I had ordered a live plant and live snails for my pond. However, the postal service had lost my order. Eventually when the post office figured out where the package was, everything was dead. LilyBlooms was happy enough to send out a replacement order and everything was perfect. Thanks again.

Wonderful water garden supplies. So nice to find a place that has what you need. Drove 45 miles but well worth it. Owner was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations on my water garden. Well worth the drive.

Lilyblooms Aquatic Gardens (or lilybloomsAG) sells dead plants. I ordered over $50 of hornwort from this firm. The plants arrived dead – each plant was mostly brown, with some sickly green. I contact the firm. They told me the plants were not dead, to put them in my pond and they would grow within two weeks. I waited two weeks, but the plants were still dead. I contacted them again and they sent another shipment of dead plants, again mostly brown with some sickly green. I put them in the pond, waited two weeks, the plants were still dead, I contacted the firm again, and I was told they would not send any more plants and would not refund my money. I ordered hornwort from another company. The plants the second firm sent were a healthy green and began growing within a few days. If you’re buying plants, I suggest you go to a firm that does not ship dead ones.

i was charged for items ordered but, never sent. Talked to them about it and they have no record of the charge. Not good!
