Awesome sums it up. I am careful what I feed my animals including the treats they get. The delivery option is great. They know pets. Talk to them. You will be so much happier than buying big store bag food!

Absolutely love this place!!! Pets Wants was recommended by a friend because we have a new puppy. My husband and I walked into the store and it was like Christmas for our puppy!!!We love that his food is made locally and we know when it was made. We don’t wonder how long it’s been sitting on a shelf!!!Also, Mack LOVES the baked goods!!! He gives his paw now!!!Highly recommend!!!

We've been getting our dog food from Pet Wants for the past few years and our dogs absolutely love it. The kicker? They deliver, and delivered on a schedule when we need it. If we ever need to change orders the owners have been fantastic. Stopped in store on the west side for the first time (traditionally went to Findlay Market) and are always impressed. Highly recommend for your fur babies.

Great place with high quality pet food. More expensive than the”petsmart special” but you know exactly what your pet is eating and at a much higher quality. The staff is very friendly and informative. I’m glad Pet Wants decided to open up a store in my neighborhood. I was traveling 20 miles to Findlay Market to get my Pet Wants before. Now it’s right up the road from my house. Parking at the Shady Lane Plaza is horrible when it’s busy but Pet Wants reserves about 5 spots in front of their store for their customers which I think is great. And a bonus....they DELIVER. When I would go to work I would place my empty bag on the front porch and when I came home it would be filled with premium dog food. I love this about Pet Wants. The delivery date is set and I don’t have to take time out of my busy schedule to go to the store to buy it. Great job Pet Wants. I highly recommend using this local company to pick up all your pets needs.

I’m giving this store a star because the girls that work there are nice and the store is clean. We went there to purchase Fromm. We were talked into purchasing the pet wants brand of dog food. Our dogs did not like it and it made them very sick. They do not have a guarantee like most pet food companies. So we are out $60 on the overpriced dog food. We personally think it’s low grade and would not trust it.

We get our dog food delivered from Pet Wants for our older dog, but we just got a puppy and needed puppy food. It's nice to have the option to pop in the store. I've never had a problem and my dogs love the food. In-store, they have chemical free options for bug care, doggie cookies, and gear. I will be a pet wants customer for life.

Our sheltie Onyx absolutely loves this food! We tried several of the "name brands" before my wife discovered Pet Wants. Also, Onyx had a skin condition on his belly the vet said was acne. That has cleared up since we switched to Pet Wants

Very clean and friendly. They explained their products and recommendations. They do sell more than just their pet wants kibble. Trying for my 3 dogs, prices are comparable to BLUE, and they deliver for free.
