This place needs to be shut down they are never consistent with hours Don't open up on time Don't close when they're supposed to close early close whole days to put trucks away when you go in on a Wednesday You can't walk through the house because there's nothing but full carts but then Thursday they're closed to put the truck away but you go in on Friday and still full carts in every hour so what did you close the day before for they say they are fully staffed but have four employees just take this business out and put something in that will help our community because this is not helping us! The only positive I'm this store is the 2 employees Michael and Kierra. They kill their selves trying but they can't do it themselves! I do so very much appreciate y'all's hard work!

This location is only open about 50% of the time Mon-Fri at 5 p.m. It's on my way home from work and I pull up there only to have to turn back around out onto U.S 50, The shelves are half full due to theft? No one stocks or orders? Who knows. The only reason I kept going there was the convenience of the location. Well it's not convenient if it's closed. I think it should just permanently shut down at this point.

I really hate this place. Randomly closed at random times during the week. I mean closed at 2pm on a Tuesday? The employees just shut the joint down whenever they want. Sign posted says open til 8 every day. Countless wasted trips here. Won't be returning

I needed a few items from the grocery but didn't want to deal with a big store. Dollar General was the perfect place to go instead. They have a pretty good selection of groceries as well as everything else you need. Staff is always friendly and helpful. You can get in and out quickly or you can spend time looking at everything. Pricing is great. A good place to shop if you are on a budget. They keep the stores clean and organized. Making it easy to find what you are looking for

I love having a Dollar General in the neighborhood! A few years back, they had closed for a short period to restructure the store, changing the layout to match the other Dollar General stores which was the best thing they could have ever done! The store is clean and the items are easy enough to locate. They undoubtedly have the best prices around on laundry detergent and cleaning supplies and you will always find a digital coupon for additional savings, it's what keeps me coming back. The employees are friendly and willing to help. I surely hope that Corporate recognizes what they have in their employees there. Having worked retail myself, years ago, its not always easy, especially when having to deal with the public however they do a great job of it!

This store is never open. Went there at 6:30 for some toilet paper. All the lights were on but doors locked. Just close this store down or get some new managers and revamp this damn place.

Well stocked but not a lot of selection available. Kinda ran down and cluttered it didn't seem like it was the cleanest. Staff wore masks and stayed behind plexiglass counters looked clean but alot of paper and signage to hold germs was posted all around. The impulse isle section had a lot of fun things but not much you needed. Staff seemed a little slow and lazy to be honest but the young kid was doing the most! No hello or goodbye during my visit. Chasheir didn't listen to me talk and then asked a question I was already answering...but it's not a horrible place.

Just went to the Dollar store and upon walking in there is no Matt on the floor my daughter almost broke her neck if it wasn't for me catching her she would have been hurt. So to anyone going to the Dollar general in North bend Ohio proceed through the door with caution!!!

This place used to be a rats nest, literally. It was shut down by the Health Department. But then it was completely refurbished and now it's a nice little store with a very clean appearance. Many people are glad, too. Because this little store is conveniently located for quick stops to pick up a few items.

The workers are very helpful and friendly! The young lady working on this day was exceptional! She had someone with a big order she was cashing out and was having delays on the persons payment so while waiting for that since the line for checkout had grown she used the 2nd register to start cashing others out to make sure all customers were taking care of!

*EDITED* ANYONE GIVING THIS STORE 5 STARS IS A FAKE REVIEW! PERIOD! This store hasn't changed since I moved here a year and a half ago. Shelves always half empty, can't walk down aisles or see what is actually available for the full carts of merchandise EVERYWHERE!Some times it isn't even openn! Come on people! It's our only local option! This store blows my mind. You can't ever get through aisles because of all of the full stocking carts, they never have what you need, and I've never once seen an employee working on unloading these carts. I would give a negative star if possible

Went in today to get a candy bar they had a whole box of candy bars for 07 of 2020 on the shelf I said something and she said no I said we are in 2021 almost a year old that just blows my mind really shows how no one including managers check shelfs. I never liked this store its nasty but even more now!!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Some of the aisles were block with boxes if items that needed to be put out. You couldn't even get through to shop. Other than that I like Dollar General.

Why is this location closed at 7pm when the posted hours are 10pm? Thats a violation of ohio laws. I know because im a business owner. Hours must be posted and store to be open during posted hours is the law

Horrible fall risk all over floor, never stocked, train of carts and containers for stocking preventing the ability to find products, empty shelves no matter what day you stop in there. Employees blame everyone but their self's. bad attitudes if you mention thaat you can't find what you need like toilet paper, simple stuff like Aluminum Foil. Empty dollar isle, many empty isles poor poor management. Non-caring employees. I know you don't pay much which factors in to this behavior. I need a job and I have pride in my work. Yes I have applied in the past no interest. You probably think I would not stay. I wish you could leave zero stars.

These clowns followed us around the store like we were thieves. Their customer service sucked. First shift here is garbage now there's a couple nice ladies that work 2nd shift but don't come here before 3 p.m. Or you will be a thief and their eyes and be greeted horribly

Went to the store on River Rd. Because the one here in Delhi doesn't always have stuff on their shelves. It's kind of like the company doesn't care about our local store.
