While we took our dog here regularly around a year ago, there seemed to be no complaints. He came back well groomed and we were always happy. However, the last time I took him there, while walking in I observed one of the workers yell at a dog and grab it too forcefully for my liking. My dog cowered when she yelled (maybe this happened before with him?). I went through with the appointment, but decided to start grooming at other locations and at home. Since doing so, no other location trimmed his nails. Now that I've tried (relentlessly), I've learned that he HATES having his nails clipped. It's like he panics every time anyone (including vet) gets near his nails. It may be coincidence, but to me this seems more like some type of dog PTSD from getting his nails trimmed here. Maybe was cut too short at times here while being groomed, and covered up so we had no idea. Again. May be a coincidence, but I have a suspicion that his fear for getting his nails trimmed here ruined it for the rest of his life. My only other option now is literal anesthesia for getting them clipped. Great haircut, but possible PTSD in my beloved pup

Kim is the best groomer I have ever had!! And she takes care of my three dogs every 6 weeks. It is no small task!
