Horrible at having prescriptions on hand. Tell you to call a week in advance, then a day, then can’t fill for another week when it’s due. Why are these guys even handling medication if they cannot full them for people depending on them

Amanda truly went above and beyond for me printing out an important document! We couldn't figure out how to take a screenshot and convert it to letter form. After we got a somewhat acceptable letter, I paid and went home happy. She called me and told me she figured it out and printed a copy for me! I'm so grateful for all of her help. Thanks again girl!

Today while I was outside the store I locked my keys in my car. Naturally, I called 911 to ask for help because it was my first reaction. To my surprise, they didn't help and left me on my own. I walked into the Walgreens store and asked if I could use their phone and looked in to see if they knew of anyone who could help. Not only did they let me use their own personal cell phone, they stopped everything that they were doing to help me. This was the nicest thing I have experienced thus far in Ohio. I'm so thankful for the staff and the way I was treated. I will return here for all my general needs. Thank you for giving me faith in humanity and more importantly, Ohio. <3

On or about May 1, 2017 My 84 year old elderly mother went into a Walgreens in Northeast Ohio to get her prescription filled and while she was in the store severe storms moved into the area. While she was at the counter paying for her prescriptions the power went out in the area which included the Walgreens that my mother was in. Store personal informed my mother that she was going to have to leave the store and they (Walgreens personal) pried the electric doors to the store open and sent my 84 year old mother out into what could be described as nothing less than hurricane like conditions. My mother proceeded out the door into the storm to her car were she could not get the car door open because of the high winds and pounding rain. (70 MPH winds were reported) When she did manage to get the car door open and herself into the car the wind forced the car door shut on her left leg injuring it. Therefore it is my view that Walgreens acted in total reckless disregard for my mothers safety that put her life in danger and recommend finding some other place to shop...

My husband and I just received our second Covid vaccine at this Walgreens. Staff extremely nice and professional. Entire process very well organized and fast.

Ordered pictures from there, and when I got home there was a big white spot in my picture from where the worked touched the photo and ruined it. Didn’t even tell me or anything. There’s even a fingerprint from when she smudged the photo ink and touch the photo again.
