I cannot say enough about the staff at Ultimutt! They have been amazing. We’ve been taking our fur babies to them for about 2 or 3 years and in that time the owner has cared for our senior Lhasa (Luna), and our big guy (Felix) so incredibly well. They fit us in on Saturdays so my schedule isn’t interfered with, and they run a tight ship! I get met with friendly, courteous staff, every time and their knowledge around the tricky skin of our senior pup is amazing! Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of our dogs freshly groomed but our 5 week schedule is perfect for them! I moved 25 minutes away and still will not change groomers because of how wonderful they are!

Everyone was so nice and Kevin looks great! He's a big puppy with a lot of energy and had a totally botched hair cut from his previous owner. They made him look like a real dog! The salon was super cleaned and organized. I was a little nervous since I've never had a long haired dog that required a professional groomer but Ultimutt was perfection!! Thank you so much!

Top notch service! They got Bruno in last min for me and it was an emergency my groomer up an quit and my other appt I waited over a month for cancelled day of ! They took great tender loving patient care of our baby and gave us great advice for further treatment of his minor alignments . Highly recommend 10/10. We brought our 4 months Shih Tzu groomed for his first time, they were super fast getting him in letting us know how to go about his first grooming, the prices are incredible, and they were very helpful with his needs and ours! I absolutely love this salon and the talented ladies that work here. All are super friendly and knowledgeable about dog breeds and how to maintain my dogs coat care. The owner saved me a bunch of money by recommending a different food and medicated shampoo when the vet wanted to send us to allergy specialist in Akron for testing. Thank you for all that you do, my dog looks great and is healthy and happy.

My puppy broke his leash and collar while I was over an hour away. They took him in to wait for me so nothing happened while on my way back and they groomed him and did his nails for me while waiting. They took such great care of my baby! And was very helpful with some other information I needed!! Thank you guys sooooooo much!

I love the groomers at this place! My old shih- tzu is blind & totally deaf and the ladies here treat him with such great care, he doesn't seem to even mind getting his hair cut or nails trimmed. ***Best place for dogs in Niles.

They were great with my Great Dane and took her in on very short notice. I really appreciated that. They pointed out a health issue I hadn’t noticed myself n advised me to have my vet check it out. I couldn’t have asked for better service or care for my dog. I’ll definitely bring her back and my other two dogs also! I highly recommend them!

This was my Puppy’s 1st time here. He has went to the same groomer since he was born, 4 years now, however she is having a baby and referred me here! They did an AMAZING job on Leo! He looks great and is so soft! I can’t thank them enough for taking Leo! I look forward to the next visit!

I’ve taken my dog Boss here several times now for baths/nail clipping, and it’s always been a great experience! He seems very comfortable with the staff (which is impressive, because he’s a nervous chihuahua). Smells great and looks great when I pick him up! Bonus, I love how they have it decorated inside — has a stylish, modern feel to it!

We went to this place 3 or 4 times and we have a mini goldendoodle who weighs 17 lbs. They were able to squeeze her in the first visit since she is so small. They shaved her due to some matting and charged $75. Other groom visits were $50 for just a regular bath and brush. That was all before tip. We were scheduled for a cut and regular groom in January this year but then they called 2 weeks prior to the appointment and said we could either wait until March due to low staffing issues or go somewhere else. A goldendoodle cannot wait 2 months to get groomed. She said that it was the one girl who always groomed our dog who wasn’t working there anymore, but the timesi we had been there, there were 3 different girls who groomed my dog! It didn’t make sense and I felt like they didn’t care about their clients. I understand there are a lot of staffing issues right now, but they had squeezed my small dog in multiple times and I just felt like they were like - sorry don’t care, find somewhere else. But we did! We now go to Per Connection on East Market Street and the prices were a lot better and the groomers a lot friendlier! The full cut and groom at Pet Connection was $45 before tip! I recommend Per Connection over this circus.

Worst customer service imaginable. Made to wait when i was there on time. Was the only one there when i arrived. 4 other clients came after me. Every one of them were helped before me. When i complained i not only didn't get an apology, i was told i was wrong and when i mentioned the previous girl confirmed my time, she made another excuse without acknowledging that they were in any way responsible for my experience.As a business owner myself, customer service/experience is everything especially for a 1st customer. My time is extremely valuable.

Personally they didn’t cut how I asked. Then claimed they found a flea on him when it’s a known fact my dog has allergies and he’s on flea meds monthly. I was told one price that it shouldn’t exceed and then it was way more when I went to pick him up. I’ve had better else where...

I won't take my fur baby anywhere else. Lena and Zoe treat not only my baby (Pamela) like their own, but all others as well. When it's Pamela grooming day all i have to say is " it's Spa day with Zoe", and she gets excited. Really this is the best around.

They trimmed and filed my Marty's nails to perfection. Best job I 've seen. They are very loving and kind.
