When I need pet supplies, I go to the PetSmart in Niles, Ohio. This PetSmart isn’t too far from where I live so it’s convenient. It’s a big store that always has everything I need for my little dog. I always need treats and kibble & they have the brand that I like. They also sell chew toys that my dog can’t totally destroy. There is actually a section that’s labeled “Toys for Destroyers”, they do hold up, I’ll tell you that. They also have a very nice selection of beds, crates & cages. I do on occasion buy bath & soaps, a good selection of scents for sure. Navigating the store is very easy as well, every isle is clearly marked. The staff is always extremely pleasant & very helpful, and questions I’ve ever asked, they have happily answered. I know I’ll be back soon to purchase more stuff for my little dog. If you have pets or just love animals, stop in and check this place out.

We do allot of business at this location and recently got an Afican Side Neck Turtle named Shelldon . There are a couple people that work there that have an incredible understanding of fish and aquariums . Their knowledge has been greatly helpful.

We have lived in this state for four months, my dog ​​is 14 years old and his vaccines are up to date in New Jersey, which is the place where we have lived. I took my dog ​​to the groomer and they did not validate his vaccines. I don't think someone will invent a vaccination record to cut their hair or give them all their vaccinations again so that their record is from here, I know there are protocols, but something else is negligence. The manager of the place is rude and I think her bad attitude is because we are Hispanic.

I do a lot of instacart, been in several states over the years and many many chain stores.....I gotta say, the employees here are the best. They are always happy to save me when someone orders some ridiculously obscure item and I can't find it. They're always fully stocked on everything, and the place always looks pristine. You can really tell when employees care about an establishment, and this one shines.Unfortunate that everything in any PetSmart you go to is usually double the price of Walmart, particularly food, litter, the big heavy stuff. Usually the store that focuses on a particular line of product has something available that undercuts the competition. Not PetSmart, nope. Off brand cat litter here goes for double the price of department stores. Probably why the store has so few customers at any given time.Imagine how many people might see something extra and make a purchase they didn't plan on if there was a steady stream coming into the store everyday. Giant Eagle does it...one low priced sale while everything else is 300 percent markup. Doesn't work on me, but it must work on the masses or they would have gone out of business the moment another company moved into town.Learn from Giant Eagle, PetSmart. Give me what I want.....affordable poop rocks for my little heathens to scatter all over the house, covered box or not.

No animal deserves to live in filth these poor baby’s cages were absolutely atrocious no water and no other huts, so about 5 or more were crammed together in one hut leaving the other Guinea pigs who can’t hide scared. Barely any hay which is the most important part of their diet no chews no toys. NILES PETSMART DO BETTER!!

I love PetSmart because they usually always have what I need for my kitties. They only didn't have cat litter that I use one time. They are always friendly and helpful. They also will price match even if it's on their own website for cheaper with no hassle at all.

Went to Pet Smart in Nikes, Ohio for grooming of our dog Maggie, a rather large, strong but loving Burmese Mountain Dog. Our first time using grooming service, so Emily was assigned to this rather lofty task. She took her hands rubbed her legs and back and approx 4hrs. She was done in 3hrs, and our dog looked SPECTACULAR! The highest level professional work and care shown our Maggie. No starts given, I just bought a betta and a African frog. Bot h died within 24 hours of purchase. The bettas are kept in tiny cups and most of them look sick , I thought I found a healthy one but guess not. DO NOT BUY ANY ANIMALS FROM THIS STORE, all this company does is mass breed its animals for profit, with no care for the animals health or well being.EDIT , decided to save a white Syrian hamster Saturday. He was playful and happy. 3 days later. He was playing and just laid over and died. Please whatever you do , please don't purchase any animal there. The staff gave me all the wrong instructions about the care. ( I have experience in Syrians) . I really hate to see a child traumatized over their first pet dying within the first couple days.And one of the ladies who take care of the fish have no idea what they are talking about, I just shook my head and agreed. Even though I knew better.This place cares about profits and not the actual care of our scaley and furry animal companions. Please don't buy from here. There are many breeders and aquarium stores that have plenty of HEALTHY ANIMALS you can buy from.

I bought pill pockets treats,so my fur-kid can take her pill. I come to find out that the treat is expired after I gave it to her last night!It's date for January 14 2023.So,it's two months old!Plus while me and granddaughter were there yesterday we were looking at the fish because we thought we would come back here later to get some.But half the gold fish's in the tank were dead!You People Need To Start Doing Your Jobs Right!And there were plenty of people working in there that not doing their job a apparently!Won't be come back here to shop!I'll go to the one in Boardman !

Got some new fish for the aquarium. Had a very nice selection of Chiclids to choose from.
