Took my 13 and 15 year old here today to look at costumes my son picked up a jacket to show me in another isle and was stopped by a lady (white haired lady) who told them to go put it back where they got it and then she proceeded to keep and eye on them like they were going to steal something or like she needed to babysit them. I see no where in the store where it states that things can not be picked up in the store. My kids were not acting up they were simply looking for a costume and found something they liked and was bringing it to show me while I was in another isle with my younger child. ..so anyway they pretty much have the same costumes as halloween stores like spirit etc so I’ll go there where my kids don’t have to feel like they can’t look and aren’t treated like their thieves!

They have zero accountability, they sold us a tank with no helium and they told us to call the distributor. We had another item that started to open slightly but it was obvious nothing was missing and they wouldn’t let us return it. We have been good customers, going there for countless birthdays and other parties and they couldn’t care less about helping us out when we needed it.

This family-owned and operated store has been around since the 90's and it has been my go-to place for all things party related since '98. Their prices on deco-mesh are awesome (forget 💲🎄 and get to Party On!, my crafty friends)! They carry a HuGe selection of supplies for any all themes. Planning a wedding? Come here. Planning a themed event? They have you covered. My favorite time of year to shop here is Halloween or as I like to call it, Samhain. Decorations, props, masks, accessories, all the things. Love it!!!

Great party store. They have all kinds of party supplies and theme ideas! Prices aren't too bad. They are about equal to Party City.

This place has it all! From new year supplies to office party's and birthdays of all themes. You can get all your party needs here. One thing to know before you go tho. They do not accept checks. Service the last I visited was a bit slow but it was pretty packed for New year's and the staff was very kind and helpful. Asked if we found everything ok and we're very pleasant. Good prices and very wide range of party supplies

Very poor customer service the lady that checked me out was so rude her name is Debbie. She had a attitude and was mad she had to get on the register and check me out. Plus some of the other employees I overheard being rude to other customers in the store wish I could give them less than a one star

Went looking for a few random items for my son's football locker decorations. Not only did I find those items I found a few more that i didn't know that I needed! 🙄😁 Very friendly workers and prices were pretty comparable to other party supply stores.

First time there, one of my granddaughters' balloons popped seconds after leaving the store, went back and they fixed the arrangement with no questions asked! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!! I you need party decorations or favors you must go here first!!

Wasn't very impressed. Needed balloons for a party and 3 employees behind the balloon counter looked straight at me and kept walking even after I asked for help.
