They are very kind and follow the directions of what you want done with your fur babies (because they really are like your babies) I’ve been a return customer for awhile now and recommend them whenever I get a chance. My 4 babies are also on their Facebook page so take a look. My Boston Terrier looks so handsome, well, they all are beautiful.

Very quick response time, very friendly, and caring. She made time in her very busy schedule for our 2 dogs. We have a husky and pitty.. both had the best service we have ever received. They smell so good and it's days later! They even put a little bandana on them. Remarkable service and price! Highly recommend ❤️

Very homey as it is at a home but everyone is very friendly and so easy and gentle with animals. Took 2 puppies in to them and they made sure they were comfortable and took their time with them and I couldn't be happier with how soft they are. They look awesome and smell amazing and weren't traumatized. Everyone working there were so friendly and loving on my puppies. I will be going back!

I've been to quite a few groomers but this place was by far the best, it took a little longer than the others but that was okay because I can tell they spent quite a bit of time with my Molly. Christina Garrett did a marvelous job and was very considerate and polite, 3 days later and Molly still looks feels and smells the way she did when I picked her up and would highly recommend for quality grooming. Dip-n-clip is wonderful. They do amazing with all of my dogs. My elderly corgi, my two very fluffy Australian Shepherds, and my big nervous Bernese Mountain dog. They are very patient with the dogs and very knowledgeable with pet care. The shop is always so clean and the staff is so caring. Christina always grooms my dogs so well. I won't ever go anywhere else.

Best grooming job my Labrador ever had. Longest lasting one too. My dog loved Sarah and says he can't wait to go back. He's 4 years old, about 65 pounds, and quite a handful, but these girls said he was good for them. I find that hard to believe, since Pet Smart threw him out because they couldn't handle him after 5 minutes, and canceled him before I could get to the car, and he's been there about 15 times, because I didn't know where else to go. So I took him to another place in Niles, and they ground his nails down so far, by the time he got into my car with light colored seating and jumping back to front, it looked like a murder scene, blood everywhere. So I am so glad I found Dip n Clip on the Internet. Philip

My dogs have been going there for the last few years. From the smallest wiener dog to the Shepard and the Bernese mountain dog I'm always very happy with the work and the prices. My dogs are always excited when we get there. They love going to their groomer. Michelle does an awesome job!

My fur babies have been clients of Dip-n-Clip since Michelle opened her shop. They love being pampered, shampooed, dried, cut and styled. Also the neck hankies or flowers, the extra touch. I highly recommend Dip-n-Clip for your fur babies. They"kids" will love it. Also, when our older dogs have gone over the Rainbow Bridge, they have grieved with us. They are family to us as our dogs are to them.

I'm going to start off by saying, I have brought both of my small cocker spaniels to Michelle to be groomed. Michelle has always done a wonderful job grooming my two spaniels.My one spaniel who is 11 years old,had a seizure in the, "tub" and was then taken outside on a leash to a yard that had NO fencing.Couple of things wrong here, first of all, if she was in the tub, that means she was more than likely wet. Secondly why, WHY would you take a wet dog, who just had a SEIZURE outside in a none enclosed area?She chewed through her leash and took off.I received a phone call expressing to me what happened- not once in that phone call was I told " I'm sorry."4 horrible, horrible hours later, My mom, fiancée, and I found her. She was trembling and so scared. She is now home and safe.Mind you this has nothing to do with Dip-N-Clips skill set and EVERYTHING to do with their lack of a proper containment strategy to keep the clients pets from getting loose. They should always be kept in a safe fenced in area or kept inside. A neighbor actually told my mother that they have lost dogs before!And for this reason alone I will never return.A word to the wise, I wouldn't want any other beloved pets to endure what my precious girl had to for 4 hours!

My dog was there for almost 4 hours which is CRAZY and we had dinner plans so we went to see if he was done and all Christina did was give him a bath and brushed him and cleaned his feet he was still wet and no hair cut and smelled like a wet dog She charged me $58.00 which is CRAZY I was so disappointed and upset she was very unprofessional and I will NEVER take my baby there again !!!
