Tiny - The fishing equipment section was okay, but the Hunting section was small and boring.Lot's of interesting local vintage photos, and their locally stocked fish aquarium is a pleasant distraction.Toys for the kids, decently priced outerwear for the family and unique snacks complete the experience...

Absolutely beautiful and incredible place to go for all your fun outdoor activities. All the co workers are extremely kind and super helpful. Huge shout out to their one co worker Michael Grosik-Flora for not only taking his time but also showing me around the store because I’ve never been there before. He was very kind and more than helpful to help me figure out what I needed for all my summer activities. I definitely hope he gets recognized for this because he deserves it. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better co worker to help me out like he did today, so thank you Michael! I will definitely be coming back to this store!

Kendra in the Footwear Department is THE BEST!She overheard that I was looking for a coat and she went out of her way to make multiple suggestions based on what I was looking for and my preferences… Coats weren’t even her department; she just wanted to help.AND THEN, she extended the same helpfulness to my boyfriend who was looking for boots…Kendra knows EVERYTHING. She’s super, sweet, and hilarious!So far, everyone at the Niles location has been great! We’re so happy a Bass Pro Shop opened so close to home!

Very nice looking place. Glad there is one now in NE Ohio where there is a lot of fishing and hunting. A lot of items to look at and buy. If you can't find what you want staff helps with their online store. I'll definitely go back. 👍

I paid $25 for next day shipping. That's supposed to mean you'll get the item the next day. In this case it's 2 days. If I had known that I would of waited 3 days and saved myself the extra $25 for something that wasn't gonna show up like it had read on the disclosure. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. This is the first and last time I do.

Purchased a new Tracker Classic Xl from this store. The whole process was super easy and stress free. From the salesmans first contact to doing all the paperwork to the walkthrough ,everything went seamlessly. To Mark, Mary, Kurt and anyone else who was involved , my Thanks for making this experience enjoyable.

Website is hard to look things up. Trying to find a tent and search is full of kids play I guess you could call them tents. If I wanted kids I'd look for kids.

There was a great sale on hoodies, and the people were very friendly. The sunglass selection is very nice I can't wait to buy a new pair. They are very informative and gave me some great suggestions and tricks.

We went to the Niles store today with our son to get fishing stuff for his birthday we ended up having Ian help us he was very knowledgeable and so nice we had to wait for our turn to be helped because he was the only employee working that station today and he took his time to make all the customers feel like they were his number one priority

It's too convenient. Having a Bass Pro only 45 minutes away can be dangerous. Very nice, clean and had the basics. Custom service was phenomenal.

Great store though the credit card pushing is a little weird and makes me uncomfortable, and how small the isles are make shopping difficult especially with how busy it is. Came in today and there was a queue to get into the store, like these people need to chill. Staff is nice, management seems to have their hands full, but handling it well. The fish are cool, but I’m a little disappointed it’s not bigger like the one in Triphiledelphia but they do have very limited space so it’s a good size.

First time visiting this Bass Pro location, it’s definitely smaller than other stores, but I was impressed by how well stocked it was. Me and my brother both found some cool stuff

So happy they got this place up just in time for Christmas. We've been going to Bass Pro shops for the past few years for our annual Santa photo's so we're so happy to see there is one right in town next to us. This one is beautiful, the Santa and employees were so friendly and nice. They're having some pretty good sales going on right now, too, as it's close to black Friday, and they just opened. Also, the huge aquarium with big fish is a great attraction for children (and adults!).

Nathan and Charles are hands down , the best workers I’ve experience at any store. The help I’ve got from those 2 made my purchase and experience there 10/10. I would spend 24-7 there going broke because of those 2.

Way overpriced on everything I won't buy nothing there. They have people walking around constantly trying to sell you some kind of membership. I personally am an avid outdoorsman, fisherman and hunter will never go there again.

I bought lacrosse alpha agility hunting boots from this store and the first time I wore them the fabric-like material tore. The store took them back. I won’t buy those boots again but I’ll definitely go there again. Thank you to the people who run customer service

Glad to have this place near our community. Would like to work there part time but for some reason there web site for hiring has issues,never lets me log into no matter what I do. Would be nice to talk to a human. Won't have to drive to Boardman if you know what I mean.

Been to the Bass Pro shop in Detroit, Toledo, Cincinnati, and Nashville. Loved them all. Realized what an "outpost" is here in Niles. More brands of women's jeans than bass crank baits. Very disappointing.

The store is clean, neat and organized. There are boats, quads, hunting, fishing and camping stuff, clothes. Prices are moderate to high. Staff is readily available.

It is a very nice place laid out and very organized. Some man kept trying to get me to join a rewards club. He was very pushy about it. Everything was over priced.
