Great home improvement store! They have a Military/Veterans discount! They will help you find anything you need and if they don't have it they'll give you a recommendation to solve your problem. I attached a beautiful photo of their Memorial Day setup honoring our fallen warriors. Great Store! Great Company!

Said they would deliver my purchase on Monday….called at 5:15 - customer service said they didn’t deliver because the order didn’t have my phone number on it… yet when I call Lowe’s… they know my order is ready from the phone number am calling from….customer service tells me , sorry… it will be delivered Tuesday…… Tuesday comes around… no delivery to my house…. I call Lowe’s, Sidney, Ohio…..customer service says there is a glitch in the system…… it will be delivered Wednesday…. Wednesday comes….. no delivery…. Customer service makes up excuse why not delivered even though Alex in customer service personally guaranteed delivery today…they promise delivery tomorrow, when I told them I would not be home. .I cancelled the order. Too ugly! Would give 0 stars if could.

Bait & Switch!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!We searched and searched for a solid wood (no particle board) bathroom vanity, and we found one we liked at Lowe's in Sidney, Ohio ("Diamond" brand, "Ballantyne" series). We looked the cabinet over really well, and after determining that both display models were built out of solid wood and plywood, we decided to purchase not only the vanity, but the matching mirror and small wall cabinet in the same series. Spent over $900.00 that day for the set.When we got the vanity home, we opened the box, and were shocked to find the vanity cabinet was built out of particle board. Went back to Lowe's and confirmed that both display models were built from plywood, with NO PARTICLE BOARD anywhere on the vanity. I took some pics and called the manufacturer, and voiced my concerns that what was displayed and what we got in the box were 2 entirely different products.The next day, I got a call from the manufacturer (Mastercraft Cabinets) and they confirmed that they are, in fact, not plywood, but cheap particle board (really? No kidding?), and that there was nothing they could do to make things right. Both display models in Lowe's were damaged, so taking one of them was not an option. Now our bathroom project is on hold, while we start all over again looking for a quality piece of furniture, not the usual cheap junk found in the big box stores.After having discussions with both the girl in the bathroom vanity department, and a store manager, we never received a follow-up call from Lowe's offering any apology, help, or a way to resolve the issue.I will be posting similar reviews on any other websites that carry this product. See my pics of the display versus the merchandise we received.Zero stars for Lowe's and Mastercraft Cabinets.

Salesman #1253154 lied about warranty information. He gave me a paper and said it was “just contact information. Washer flooded last night, first time use. Large load of wet clothes setting g in bathtub waiting on resolution. Lowes provided installation. Nightmare trying to ANY customer service.

We bought outdoor chairs for a Christmas gift and had them delivered and when they came they had mud and dirt all over them. I would have never bought them if I new they were going to come dirty.

Lowe's is always the spot yep we the family bought a new refrigerator the four door slip this fridge is amazing freakn sweet I definitely recommend looking into the four door split refrigerator it has a lot of cool features and yes you can hook it up to your Android phone once again freakn sweet.

Bought a new riding mower 10 weeks ago. Does not run now without jumping it. Couldn't get craftsman person to talk to us, finally called Sidney store and explained. Customer service told us to bring it back in to them just to be told they can't take it back after 39 days. Terrible customer service and knowledge

I decided to do an updated review after all. I was in on 08/16/23 to pay my bill at the customer service desk. While the young man that waited on me was nice enough, I was also not impressed. 1. He said he'd never had a check, (another employee helped him through it, which is fine), I suspected he was new. 2. The young guy was more interested in talking, saying goodbye, to employees than concentrating on the transaction! 3. One of the girl employees was clocking out & when she heard him say, "I've only like ever seen 3 checks in my life", she chimes in and replies aloud: "That's because you're not old"! I took some offense to that, as aging does bother me and many other people. I did wonder if she would've liked if I made reference to her being black! I almost put her in her place and just thought how ignorant she was/is! Just so we get the right employee, she was thin, maybe about 5'9 and had glasses on. She should keep her comments to herself or better yet, think before she speaks! Cause yes, she showed that she was young AND quite disrespectful to say that! We don't need to be reminded we're aging and the clock is ticking, we're quite aware. Thank you! I've worked retail and I would never dream to say something like that aloud. She knew I could hear, I was standing within about 3-4' of her big mouth! There, now the "old" lady is disrespectful! I gave 3 stars because all in all I like Lowe's itself, has a lot of nice products, it's a few of the employees that could use replacing! Never have an issue with the older ones, we know how to treat people!

Keep your receipt if you need to return something the customer service will give you a run around to the extreme even if it's a Lowes brand item, won't be buying many tools from here anymore

If the job of a rebate promises to trick people into making a purchase, then making a process and qualifications so ambiguous so that the customer even while specifically making the purchase by following the instructions to get the rebate gets disqualified then they are doing a great job. In addition, after many hours on the phone with customer service they tell you that you do not qualify, and refuse offer any sort of resolution and asking you to not call them again on this issue was just the icing on this cake.

Purchased a bunch of appliances from this location ...asked us if we wanted morning delivery or afternoon, we picked morning because nobody's home in the afternoon. Recieved a phone call stating the delivery is coming in the afternoon. Called store and spoke with the acting manager (today). She tells me there's nothing we can do tried to tell me that they don't promise the time frames, yet they did. Terrible customer service and inconvenient to say the least. Probably done with this store

Worst experience ever buying a fridge. The delivery driver failed to show up for 2 days. He wanted another $100 cash to come back and hook up the fridge. Lowes advise i pay if I want my fridge to get hooked up. Now I'm dealing with litigation from 3rd party delivery team. I would stay away from this Lowes at all costs.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted when we walked in the store, left the store, and during our visit. The help from an employee in appliances (a lady) was terrific! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No pressure to sell, just being helpful!Great job, everyone!

Awaiting to see how they handle our carpet fiasco. Installer arrives, begins ripping out carpet, slices into the existing carpet to remove it, then he decides to measure the room to ensure he has enough carpet! Correct me if I am wrong but wouldn't you ensure materials were correct before tearing up what's there? Now not only do we not have our new carpet but our old one has been pulled up and sliced into on one side. They also need to inform proper attire should be worn by installers when working, my installer's boxers color is not necessary by a customer! Lowe's you need to step up and do the right thing. Will update later.

I want to give a shout out and I hope lowes will recognize this positive experience with 2 staff members yesterday. The woman in the grill and tool department had an outstanding positive attitude and I wish I knew her name. The cashier tho Mr Kevin I believe we got to talk to and he was also outstanding. From my understanding he works cashier up front part time because he is also a teacher? If I am speaking correctly. Staff like that is why we will continue to shop at this location. Outstanding people

Went into the store just to pick up something I ordered online and ended up finding a bunch of deals. I filled my car full of stuff and walked out of the store only spending $45. We were also looking for some kind of Hardware to install a light in the house and all the associates for knowledgeable and were very helpful. I would like to thank clothes for having all these good people working for them

Hate to review this but it was customer service at its’ worst. Ordered a refrigerator and it didn’t fit…. No problem. Told by delivery to go back to the store for a refund, all notes listed in our account….No problem…. Get to the exact store we ordered from… problem…. Call the warehouse we were told, wecannot refund the purchase….. ummm noooo. We also had two waterlines we originally purchased and walked out of the store with, couldn’t be returned at the store, several “associates” standing there during the conversation. Needless to say extremely upset. Spoke with corporate, money will be retuned tomorrow and to take the waterlines back to the store. Went back and the “associate”, terminal 12, dark hair with glasses, that was overheard the initial conversation said they could take the waterlines back all along…. What?? Why in the world would I have not returned them originally??? She was wrong and pretty sure she was yapping at Tony about me as I was leaving. Have spent quite a Bit of money with Lowe’s, Home Depot all the way now!

I found some clearance items and when I went to pay for them I was told I could only buy one. They treated me like I was doing something wrong, or like I was a thief.A manager came over and told me that the store manager has a policy to only sell one clearance item per customer! What? I've worked in retail and the purpose of clearance is to mark it down and move it from the store. Their store manager is clearly a negative asset for the company.I then went to another Lowe's and bought the same items with no issue. I don't appreciate how I was treated by management and I hope Lowe's has the sense to replace their toxic management.
