ordered a mushroom and swiss burger, got a burger with cheese on it. i took it up to them and told them and they took it back to the kitchen i took a bite and the mushrooms were cold like they had opened a can of them and dumped it on my burger. we also got a hotdog with sour kraut and that was also cold. the only thing they did right and good was put our ice cream in a cup

We love Chilly Willy's!!! Today only had ice cream--large hand dipped pumpkin in bowel and a medium chocolate and vanilla twist in a waffle cone. The pumpkin ice cream was really good. Wife said her cone was super good--she always says that. Service was by owners today, who are super friendly. They plan to stay open this Winter!!!! We always tip. Please consider doing so as well if you are able. Regardless, ENJOY

Went in on a Thursday night, only one person ahead of my daughter and I. Waited over 30 minutes just to get our order taken. The girl messed our order up twice while I was giving her what we wanted, I told her once again, she read it back and still messed up my daughter's ice cream and my son's footlong. Also forgot part of our order and had to wait another ten minutes because they were talking instead of helping customers. The cook was nice enough to get us what was missed. Not a good experience. Usually it's really good, but this time it was not. Some of the workers might need better training.

Today, a bunch of people on a full tour bus got into the mood for ice cream. We did give them a call alerting the people at Chilly Willy's that we were on our way. They did a great job and got us all served in under 30 minutes. The ice cream was tasty.

My family and I went to get ice cream and I asked for a scoop of mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream ice cream in a small container and I got mint chocolate chip with cookie dough. I wasn't happy. I told the girl and she literally scooped out the cookie dough and added cookies and cream. Really was I suppose to eat that. I literally walked out and threw it in the trashcan. My husband came outside with a banana split and it had no toppings on it besides whipped cream. Really this was the worst visit and I won't be back.

A very nice ice-cream shop. It offers classics like soft serves and malts. The small town location is very scenic and is reminiscent of a 1950s style ice-cream bar.

it was almost closing time and we were in line outside and they were talking to someone thru the drive thru window for a long time and it was 8:32 by the time they were done and we were next and waited but no one came. someone could have at least opened the window and said they were closed.

Loved it! It's a hidden gem. If you aren't local you've probably never heard of it. But if you have or is someone recommends it, you should definitely visit Chilly Willy's. Delicious ice cream and amazing foods.

A amazing dairy bar/ice cream parlor with amazing service inside and outside seating and great waiters with multiple variations of ice cream. Though it is very busy in the afternoon so you may want to go around 2:00. I would very highly recommend it.

Very good Ice cream and the Milkshakes are the best in my opinion. They have amazing MAPLE NUT ICE CREAM...very hard to find anymore. Only wish they had better coneys. The hot dog is like eating air. It's ok...All Sandwiches could use a upgrade...I would pay more for a better sandwich.They do a good business...not trying to run down the place, I stop here alot❤😎🍦🍧🍌

Came to Newcomerstown to explore and enjoy the day. Found this little place. Bought a flurry, foot long coney dog with fries. Cheap, just like I love. Pretty tasty with a nice staff. Cozy environment. Would taken picture of food, but ate it too fast. Take my word for it. Come in for a treat!

Excellent little ice cream shop. Prices are at or slightly below competitive shops. I ordered a small twist (choc and van, softserve) sundae with whip cream and sprinkles. When the order came through I quickly realized I should have ordered a kids size, lol. A small is compared to a medium at most chain shops like DQ. My wife ordered a small PB flurry and it too was more than she expected. The ice cream was heaping out of the 12 oz cup. Most places would have charged $1.15 more and called it a medium or even a large, nope not at Chilly Willy. Has both softserve and hand dip, I tried both and they are excellent. The softserve has a custard consistency. I would recommend giving it a try.

Hubby says they have the best soft serve vanilla cones. And a large is a large...not a medium at a large price! The man loves ice cream☆
