I've never been there before. I always go to Heath. This one is not as crowded and you can comfortably get through the aisles and not be run over by workers. At the checkout stand the cashier offered to go get my 80 year old dad another cart so he didn't have to. That was wonderful. We found lots of great things

Yesterday morning I was in and Jamie, the cashier, was great! She was helpful and friendly. Too many cashiers are not friendly at all so she is a rare find and Walmart should praise and reward her for her good attitude and work ! Thank you Jamie!!

The only thing that makes me crazy here is how there are never any places to check out but self check out. It can be hectic if you have kids and a huge cart full of groceries at the tiny self check outs. There are those nicer self check out lanes too that match the normal check outs which helps bc you have the conveyer belt space but they are not open often. Maybe it's just lack of workers. Overall I like this walmart. I almost always find what I need here which means I don't have to go to other stores.

I bought a microwave, and four hours later decided to exchange it because I wanted to get a slightly bigger one. Arrived at 10:05 PM to make the exchange. One of the main entry doors was locked and I had to carry the heavy microwave all the way to the other side of the building. Not a big deal though. I went to exchange it and the customer service desk closes at 8 PM here! What a joke!

Worker help me find things when I go to Walmart, very helpful and polite, Theresa worker I have seen the last 4 times I came there she followed me around the store and I'd get the feeling someone is watching me I look around and there she was half way in an aisle smiling at me, I walked to another area and lord behold there she was again, I'm guessing Walmart does have undercover employees watching shoppers, I thought that was fake but it's most certainly not. But I have no complaints they are just doing there job due to all this theft going on,

I am impressed by the amount of products they have! Layout is awkward but can tell their is multiple thefts here! Everything is locked up...so have to wait for someone to get your products

Spent almost $90 in groceries. The person who checked me out did not acknowledge me when I greeted her. She did not once look me in the face. She rang up my groceries and did NOT ONCE look at me...She did not say Thankyou, at the end. She told me my total and that was it...She handed me my receipt, still not even looking at me, and started checking out the next person in line.( We were the only 2 in the line.) Obviously these cashiers are not taught manners, or common courtesy. This is not the first time that I have had horrible customer service at this store.

Eye exam and Eyewear chosen; friendly, helpful staff; quick arrival of glasses; a little over priced for glasses- 1 pair with 1 yr warranty & transitional lenses, Elizabeth Arden frames= $353.00! My "name brand" eyeglasses were given to me in a cheap/basic blue Walmart plastic eyeglasses case- I've been wearing glasses for years and the case should've been Elizabeth Arden brand as well, but it really doesn't matter to me. Free sample contacts were given to me- which was a perk!

This was our 2nd Walmart of the day. Tried to order Christmas cards at 1st one and the machine was broken and the Walmart worker clueless. Went to the one on 21st street and it was night and day. The photo guy Larry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient. He should get a raise. How often do you get that kind of help? At Walmart?

It's Walmart, very Generic when it comes to the appearance of the store. I miss those mom and pop stores that had Character. The help at this Walmart was not helpful and seemed almost put off by my questions. Walmart is really the only option I have when it comes to affordable products. Walmart ran all its competitors out of the small town I live in many years ago. It's sad but there isn't much I can do about it.

Today I had a Clicklist order. Johnny from the Walmart Newark store was so nice. I had a box of Christmas decorations and it was almost ready to fall out of the back of my car.He brought it to my front passenger seat.He went above and beyond being helpful.

Multiple things were out of stock. None of the items in one whole isle were where the coinciding price tags were. It was like they were out of all the affordable items and had overstock of the expensive ones so they just filled the shelves with overstock hoping no one would notice that their .88 item rang up to be $6-$7 🙄 They need to quit rearranging every other month too.

I really wish we had a Walmart Supercenter like they have in Newark or Lewis Center. The one in Westerville has very little to offer, is not very clean and just depressing to stop at.

I don't think I need to say anything when it comes to reviewing Walmart supercenters! Sure you can find great deals but along with that you find rude employees extremely long checkout lines and if you dare to use the self-checkout be prepared to feel like a thief as they target you and will literally chase you down just to see your receipt even if they watch every item you scan with their own eyes.

Compared to Walmarts in Columbus; this Newark Walmart is a true gem.Super clean, organized, open registers with actual cashier's + plenty of self checkout.Lots of stock too especially in the grocery section.Employees were all nice too for the most part except the cart boy who was making faces at people.
