I drove from over an hour away to purchase a trailer that the website said was in stock. The staff was extremely helpful in trying to locate another trailer for me. When that failed, I ended up purchasing a more expensive trailer than I came for. Not because they talked me into it, but because I wanted to support a store that gave such good customer service. All in all I ended up with a better trailer, and the store ended up with a customer that will return.

Manager doesnt know tractor parts... Only guessed than said if it doesn't work bring it back... Well the manger was way off on the parts... Look at picture and see. Now a 35 minute drive to return the parts. I will have to find another place to look. John deere 1010ru tractor.

Very disappointed in this location. Drove over 30 minutes away after calling to see what ducks they had. We were looking for Khaki Campbell. When we got the store they had 8 ducks left, 6 Peking and 2 Khaki Campbell, and would not sell them to us because they have to be sold in quantity of 6. If you have 8 you obviously can’t sell 6 and 6. We offered to mix chicks with ducks to meet the quantity, and even spoke to the manager. Extremely disappointed. Thank goodness for Rural King!!

Used to be my go to for dog food and odds and ends I needed. Unfortunately there’s only 1 person on staff that can fill propane tanks “if it’s something they’re doing right now” otherwise was told to try a different day and time.

I love this store. It was clean organized, the staff was awesome and pointed me directly to what i needed. Not very busy... I would assume price because they are a bit pricey.

Purchased bird suet and iron out softener salt. Excellent price on all and checkout was a breeze. An employee loaded the salt in the back of the van great service. If I just had someone to bring it in the house and down to the basement now! 😊

Very good selection of parts and different tools and various things needed for the yard. Many times they can be a bit higher priced than other places but they are a little more convenient than ordering things online if you need something right away.

I went to the Newark store to find a decorative chain & some wire to hang my ceiling fan but they didn't have any. The staff was very friendly & the gentleman who tried to help me even told me where I could get what I wanted. He said he would rather me buy from them, but if they don't have it they will tell u where u might be able to get it & I really appreciated that. It want about trying to sell me something it was just about helping a customer & that is something that will keep me coming back here to shop. The staff at both the Newark store & the Johnstown store are excellent. Definitely recommend both places.

Easy to find, you can see the store from 21st. Street, I was there for bird feed and feeders. Great prices, friendly customer service, clean store, plenty of help and greeted when I came into the store. Over all experience was very good!

The Tractor Supply in Mt. Vernon, Ohio is okay. Prices are a little high, customer service is tolerable and cleanliness is good.I've always liked Tractor Supply, but with new competition in town, they'd better step it up a bit.Everyone have a lovely day and much love to you and your families ❤!

Prices indicated on price tag are not honored. When purchasing a coat, the register rang up $10 higher than the price tag, and the manager refused to honor the price advertised. Poor customer service.

They have loads of interesting farm and garden supplies, tools, decor....it's fun to go into the store. The staff is very helpful if you cannot find something too.

This is a fairly typical instance of a TSC store. Maybe a touch smaller than some. Every time I have gone to this store though the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Tractor supply is becoming less and less of a farm store, and more of a store for those that embrace a rural lifestyle. Although they have things I can use on my farm, they have less of the specialty stuff I really need, or have it in such small quantities that it doesn't really do me much goodA good example is today I needed to replace 4 salt block holders, and they only had one.Service at this northern Newark store is usually ok, but that is not typical for most TSC stores, as they tend to be woefully under-staffed.

This is the place to find supplies for any size tractor. It also has everything that you need for upkeep of your lawn or from. Prices are reasonable.
