It was ok. My puppy has some separation anxiety issue's, that I feel need to be worked on with a trainer. Not in doggy day care. Once my puppy is able to be more social with other humans. Then I'll try doggy day care again

We send our dogs to The K9 Spot for weekend trips at least every other month. Our dogs have also stayed here for an extended vacation of 10 days over the summer. After each visit, our dogs return home tired but content, with no poor behaviors or "acting out", as we have experienced after boarding at other facilities in the area. During boarding, all dogs are able to attend doggy daycare for no additional fee; at other facilities in the past, we have had to pay extra for daycare or even for just short bouts of playtime/interaction with our dogs. At The K9 Spot, I love not having to choose between the well-being of our dogs and our monthly budget. We have also taken advantage of training with Rebecca for our puppy with positive results to eliminate some puppy behaviors of chewing, biting, and jumping. We went from having to cage our dog when guests were over due to excessive jumping and mouthing/biting prior to training with a progression to no issues with any guests in our home, including unknown contractors, rowdy children, and small babies/toddlers. Due to the quality time Rebecca spent training our dog (and us!!), she is referred to as our puppy's "second mom". We are so fortunate to have found The K9 Spot and highly recommend it to everyone we know.

Absolutely Awesome! Such a wonderful team. Our "only-dog" German Shepherd puppy has grown so much through socialization and the devoted attention of the staff at The K9 Spot. She always has the best time; she can't wait to get there and is exhausted the whole way home. We have used both boarding and daycare, and have not second-guessed once leaving our baby girl in their more than capable hands. We also appreciate the time Rebecca takes to develop and hold events for her clients, as well as pictures we can see of how much fun our pup is having. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the good work

This place is excellent. Do you have a high energy dog? Is your dog socially awkward? Bring your dog here, and they will not only be a much easier, sleepier dog for several days after visiting, but they learn how to play nicely with each other! The staff is friendly, understanding and extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of dog behavior. Need more help? They offer excellent classes! Prices are reasonable, the facility is clean, and your dog will be better off for the experience.

Have been taking my boy once a week since we got him 2.5 years ago. He’s a very shy and skiddish rescue pup. He gets super excited to go when he realizes where he is. The staff is so caring, patient, and loving. Can’t say enough about this place. He’s boarded a few times. He’s not a fan but only because he’s such a baby. I know they’re taking such good care of him.

Absolutely wonderful and reliable pet sitting service! I highly recommend over boarding your dog. letting our dogs stay in their own environment helped so much for their anxiety while we were on vacation. our sitters sent us photos daily and our dogs were so happy when we got home. This service is the same cost or less when compared to other boarding options in the area. Go with K9 spot!

Our dog Thor has been going to the K9 spot twice a week for about 2 months now. We were apprehensive about leaving our dog somewhere all day, but it turns out Thor absolutely loves daycare! He always sprints up to the building and goes right in, and is exhausted from playing all day when we come to pick him up. We recently had Thor stay over a holiday weekend, again, we were worried, and again there was no reason to be worried! He had a great time and the next day of daycare he was just as excited as ever to go back! It is obvious that they care about all the dogs, and they really appear to get to know all of them at a personal level. Sending Thor to the K9 Spot has been one of the best decisions we have made with him, and we are thankful that such a great service exists so close to us!

K9 Spot is a fabulous facility for my dog, Mija. She was not well socialized with other dogs when I got her as a rescue but is much better now and looks forward to her play day every week. The staff are friendly and professional and well suited to work with all breeds.

Daisy LOVES "GOING TO SCHOOL!" She knows it's Saturday and she's up at 7 a.m. My husband usually takes her, so she gets on TOP of him with the Golden retriever smile, and will not get off of him until he's out of bed!! Then she follows him around EVERYWHERE until she sees her leash. She doesn't know I even exist !!! Can't say enough about Rebecca and her " family " . Definitely professional. They're all DOG PEOPLE!! Our Sundays are peaceful because she's soooooo tired from playing all day Saturday. Love them!!!

We used this facility several times to board our dog. However, after our last visit they told us that they would prefer us to bring him on a regular basis. I guess if you want a day care for your dogs on a weekly basis it’s ok. But if you are looking for a place to board when your out of town, look somewhere else. I felt that it was extremely rude to demand this when we were told that they board dogs. It seemed like they just wanted more money. To top it off, after our final visit, our dog got kennel cough....

What a great facility - the friendly staff have done wonders for my fearful puppy mill rescue (Oona) and her playful sister (Frankie). My pups always come home happy, healthy and tired. WE LOVE YOU!

I would give the K9 spot 10 stars if I could. I brought my 1 year old pitbul, Tucker, to Rebecca in June of 2016 with very little hope. Tucker was showing a lot of fear aggression towards other dogs due to being bitten by another dog. Within minutes of showing up, she had him out of the car and even nose to nose with other dogs. A few hours later Tucker was in a room full of dogs with zero anxiety. We have since had them work with Tucker on leash training, and he has been boarded twice. He was very relaxed, clean, well taken care of and HAPPY. I woukd recommend the K9 spot to anyone looking for 5 star care for their furbaby. They are wonderful. They listen to your requests and put your pets care first. I love them :)

We've worked with Rebecca since long before she opened The K9 Spot, we kmow both her and Katie very well. Rebecca is a superb trainer in that she magically matches both my Heeler's and my own learning styles in under 5 minutes. This is no small feat with a mildly ornery Red Heeler and a first time Heeler owner. Both Rebecca and Katie do a tremendous blow out. The K9 Spot carries Nulo brand food which I am especially fond of. All the gross treats we don't want to touch, but our dogs love!

I love the open concept with lots of Windows , big play yard, lots of toys and loving one one one play! They take your pup to/from your groomer so you can check that off your to-do list too! So, if it's just for day care or boarding while going on vacation I know my babies happy, healthy and safe and not sitting in a kennel or at home by themselves !!
