Customer service was top notch, the music was amazing and it was easy to go in shop and sing with the music while going down the aisles of the store. Their meat in the meat department looked amazing and fresh.

This store has cashiers that are always in a nasty mood. Never says anything or grins, I'm almost done with it. I'll probably never shop there again. Since it simply emanates such a bad vibe that I don't want to be associated with. I need to take a shower and wash the negativity off me after shopping there.

This is the third time I've bought milk from save a lot and the milk has spoiled before it's expiration date. This time I'm turning it in. I have all the receipts and pictures. SICK OF SAVE A LOT "SPEND A LOT" more like it!!!!

I love the store. The employees are always friendly, and the place is clean. However, I just moved directly behind the store and I was turned away by the manager from using my healthy groceries card from Anthem. My health insurance benefit. So I did a search for nearby store in Anthem website and save a lot is the only one that popped up I’m confused.

I like shopping at Save-A-Lot I can pick up a few things supposed to go on with them bigger stores plus it's good to see some of the little bear and Big Bear staff still working in the field thank you for your service

Save a lot is convenient for the neighborhood but in a low income side of town the prices are too high. You save no money. A box of Zesta saltines is a penny more than Walmart.

I just had the best service I've ever had in this store by a younger black female with a nose ring. I believe she is new there and was super nice. .made conversation with me and even helped when she saw my hands were too full. You just never get customer service workers these days that are so nice that this actually made my day better. Thought I'd share

Thank God they got new security. All the other one did was stand around act like be was the head police officer and try and be the boss of everything. He almost tazed my friend thinking he stole taco seasoning but he paid for it. Smfh a shame

The store itself is actually pretty good with pricing and the lay out works unless a bunch of people show up at once then its a bit crowded in the isles. As one register was open and everyone was teying to get through they did open up 2 other registers to help.

I hadn't been inside this store in years, and was pleasantly surprised at how much more fresh produce than they used to have. Still not a HUGE selection, but a definite improvement. The store was also remarkably clean.

This is always my go-to if I forgotten something at my usual grocery store. It's always clean and the employees are always very very helpful. They have handicap parking as well as handicap accessible entrances. Pretty pleased with our little grocery store in this end of town.

Decent store for cheaper shopping. The staff is usually really friendly and most things are usually in stock. I like to hit this store for the discount meats every couple of weeks.The only thing I avoid in this store is the fruits and vegetables which always go bad within a day or 2 and never seem to last much longer than that.

Convenience and price are this stores features. Management runs the workers off, workers aren't pleasant and most of the customers are crazy, dirty, smelly or all the above. The only reason sane people go here are location and cheap prices. Always be alert going in and out of the store for your own safety.

Their meat is priced really well, which is the only reason why we go there. The store itself is pretty run down and the carts are not usable. My main concern however is with all of the sketchy people who hang out outside the store. I will never go there without my husband with me for my own safety.

The meat is not a quality produce. I bought t-bones and when you cook them the meat tuns grey though they look good in the packages when you buy them. It's happened on more than one occassion.

Store was clean,produce selection was good. posted prices didn't match sale ad but were reflected when scanned at register. Customer service at check out was seriously lacking as she appeared to be in a very foul mood, but was quick to checkout.

The cashier was very rude both days I went. (Same lady). I bought some tomatoes and on the scales in the produce department said one pound when I got up to the register it weighed at 1.7 9 lb so I said it only weighed a pound back there she grabbed up the tomatoes left the register was gone about 5 minutes with extremely long line behind me comes back and tells me well they said these scales are right because they're calibrated! Well why even have a scale back in your produce department if it's going to be that much off?

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this grocery store. The staff do not care about helping customers find items nor were friendly while checking out. I'm very disappointed and disgusted in the fact that one customer brought in her 2 large furry dogs (neither were a service dog) and staff didn't say a thing to her. What if dog fur got into the produce? This store is in the worst area of town and I now see why.

Just went today...great steaks on sale..cashier was knowledgeable about the sale on steaks. She mentioned there are sales on steak ...the steaks look great.. especially rib eye. Friends said they buy their steaks all the time at Save A Lot. They live in Tennessee. I will return .
