Hands down the most respectful ladies that work there. Me and my girlfriend was in a hurry to get to an event on time. not only were they nice but they also helped her get dressed out after she paid for her clothes. There were 3 ladies That jumped in to help us make sure she was on time I don't have the names of these lady's because it was last year and we were in such a hurry but after leaving there with another great experience I just had to rate them. If i could give a 10 star rating i would!!!

Kohl's experience is always good in Deo Dr, Newark Ohio. Although I didn't find the shirt size/color I needed, I did find my pant size/color.

One of the best Kohl's locations in Ohio. Always have had a good experience there, but had an exceptional experience with the cashier Jean, who went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and got the most out of our Kohl's shopping experience! Thank you, Jean! We will definitely be coming back again soon!

They claim "hassle-free returns" but that is not true. Their receipts are very confusing and the employees don't seem to understand their pricing either. The Kohl's cash seems to be more hassle than it's worth.They do often have good discounts on clothes, especially women's clothes.

I like all their brands and I definitely enjoy our store, it's always very clean and everyone is always willing to help. However they do tell you that you're saving so much money each trip but if they weren't so expensive they wouldn't have to knock so much money off for you to feel like you're getting a deal. Overall I feel like you get a good quality product for your money.

The store is clean and the people are friendly but nothing makes sense about where they put things. Worse then that, a lot of the store has no price or tags on anything. I guess if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it. I went in for some simple clothing items that the web sight said they had in sock, in store. Not true. I couldn't find half what I went in for even with employee help. Definitely never coming here to buy a woman a gift. Better off to shop online and have it delivered.

Store is very well put together. Easy to find things without help but the staff still offers assistance which is nice. This location is really clean and seems to carry a larger selection of sizes than some of the other Kohl's I've been too. Staff is really nice and helpful about finding things and checking in the back if something isn't on the floor. Love sales here.

Even following Ohio Tax-free Weekend, Kohls had a nice selection of Nike and Addidas sneakers. Really pleased with the two pair of school sneakers we purchased.

Took my mom here to look for jeans only found 1 pair. I like the fact that they actually had a handicap accessible dressing room that I could push a wheel chair into.

Highly disappointed with this store. It has gone downhill lately. Management obviously doesn't care about the store's appearance. Very disorganized with trash in the aisles, shoes thrown all over the place, things not put back into place. It was enough for me to walk right out without purchasing anything. I couldn't find school shoes for my 3 kids because nothing was in order. I took photos to share online and with higher up management. Perhaps, you should speak with this store's manager to see what the issue is.

The worst Kohls store that I have ever been in. The clothing racks and shelves were a big mess. (HUGE mess.) How are people supposed to find what they are looking for? And when I did find something, I tried it on in a dirty fitting room with lots of dust bunnies to keep me company. How hard is it to sweep these out? This store needs a manager who takes pride in their store.

I love this store!!!!! The workers are always nice!! It's really spacey here instead of being overcrowded as you shop typically!!! Although the lines tend to be long and the wait is long to purchase anything it's well worth it if you have the time!!! It is a really nice and fun place to shop for the whole family!!!!

Prices and brands I love, but a highly disorganized store. I gave up looking for the right price because items I would pick up seemed to always be on the wrong shelf. And the clearance racks were impossible unless you have time to go through each item and look at the size one the item instead of the hanger. First time at this location, maybe it was an off day.

I went to do an even exchange for an outfit my grandmother bought my daughter. We had both bought her the same outfit for Christmas with out knowing. Got the customer service desk verified I had to match the original price of the item on the tag and the match the brand. I did just that and they wouldn’t do the even exchange. I use to work at kohls and I find that the over all customer service just isn’t the same. I doubt that I’ll be and what I remember being taught when being an employee.
