Have been thrown through many loops with this company. Beware that they do not accept refunds, even for completely unopened products... A $500 purchase on a replacement collar, with zero refunds, is pretty fishy to me. I'm really hoping someone can make this right and give me a full refund.

Fairview Invisible Fence installed our fence and we could not be happier with all aspects. The customer service was great. The sales associate was very professional, informative, and explained every detail! The install was fast and easy! Training was fun for my pup and us! I have such a peace of mind knowing my dog is safe and secure. A year and a half after we got the fence we changed the layout and that process was also painless. It was quick and they retrained my Thor to know his new boundaries. Top notch customer service and peace of mind is what they are all about. One very happy customer.

We just got our Invisible Fence installed. The sales rep who came out was fabulous. She fully explained the options and was no pressure on the sales. The product is top notch! The men who installed the system and did the first training with our dogs took their time to explain everything along the way and ensured we were happy with the installation. The trainer took the time with each dog to ensure we knew how to work with them on training. Thank you to Fairview Invisible Fence!!!

Wonderful experience. Marcia is a great sales rep. I don’t quite remember our installers names. However the two gentlemen were professional and awesome. Paul the owner is very friendly and good with people. Especially if you enjoy a good conversation. Just being able to open the door to let the dog out is amazing. Plus letting the kids run around without having to worry about tripping over a leash help. I would highly recommend this product for any type of animal you want contained. I’m not well off by any means but the price is well worth it in my eyes.

I had a fabulous experience with Fairview Invisible Fence out of Newark, OH.The system works wonderfully and my two pugs are enjoying their freedom.Paul was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working perfectly.Marcia was awesome and professional and Abbey was a great trainer.I would highly recommend the system to anyone. Great people with a great product!

Recently had an invisible fence installed with the newest system. The sales rep did a nice job with her presentation and answering questions. I felt she could have added even more value with a follow up call after the install. The install itself was great and the installer explaining everything in detail did great. We were able to accomplish our goal with the invisible fence. Customer service has been great with answering a couple questions and also came out to help fix an issue with the collar. Over all... great experience.

It’s been 2 weeks and so far, I could not be happier with my decision to purchase an Invisible Fence (with the Boundary Plus Upgrade) through Fairview Invisible Fence. From the moment I met their sales representative, Marcia, I was impressed. Knowing this was going to be a large financial investment for me, her professionalism, experience and knowledge made choosing this system for my dogs and property much less stressful.The installation (nearly 2 acres) and dog (x2) training was completed by Brent and Damon. They could not be better representatives of their company. The installation was completed quickly, neatly and professionally. They left the yard cleaner then it was prior to their arrival. They explained the system very well and in layman’s terms. Due to the package I purchased, they came 3 times to train the dogs with the system (Chesapeake Bay Retriever and Labrador Retriever). Both Brent and Damon were kind, friendly and patient with my dogs and us. They were personable fun and we (including the dogs) looked forward to their visits.Through my research, there are cheaper local companies and I realize I could have installed an invisible fence for much less than half this price. However, I do not regret what I consider a huge investment to my peace of mind. I am a huge endorser of professionalism and good customer service. Because of this, I rarely write reviews. Outstanding service from start to finish. I am so happy we went with Invisible Fence. Our dog knows it's boundaries within one week of installation. Others in our neighborhood have cheaper brands and their dogs are always out. I don't have to worry about my dog now. Spending the extra money for a quality product and service is worth it!

We had our fence installed in 2017, and it has worked great. Staff was very professional and helpful. They are always quick to respond. I forgot to order my batteries in a timely manner this time. I received a note after ordering that they may be delayed during shipping due to the season, but they were not. I got them sooner than expected. Very appreciative of their fast response despite my lack of planning.

I really doubted doing an in ground fence. We have had store bought ones in the past and my dogs have always got out. We put up a fence and they destroyed it. After researching I decided to go with invisible fence. I have 2 big pitbulls. They have yet to go past that line it's been a month!. I also got a shield gate and it works perfect. The trainers were great with my dogs. Marcia has been very quickly to respond to my questions. My dog also chewed her collar the first week and they replaced it that same day. I highly recommend this company they are not messing around. Very professional.

We had our fence installed January 8, 2020 and everything about their service was great. We have 2 dogs a young crazy pup and an old grumpy pup. They were very kind to both our pups. They explained and showed us step by step on what we needed to do train our dogs inside the fence. On the second visit they turned up their collars to an appropriate setting for each dog and then showed us how to work with them in the coming days and weeks. Both our dogs have figured out their boundaries and are doing amazing inside the fence. The 2 men who came out were very kind and explained everything to us step by step. They installed the fence very quickly and did no damage to our property. I would have given a five had it not been for the price. I feel the cost was a bit high but overall everything was awesome.

From the first phone call to the final walk through in the yard, I was very impressed and satisfied with their customer service.Joyce was always a sweetheart and very helpful when I called the office on numerous occasions with questions and rescheduling.Paul handled the majority of the installation as well as giving us his expert advice on where to best install the fence in our challenging yard. The technicians that finished the installation were hard working and professional.Paul was very patient and thorough when determining the containment level of our fence. I had my invisible fence installed about 1 week ago. It started from the sales lady. Very, Very, Very friendly. She explained the products into detail and helped choose what products would work with my two dogs. We walked my yard and I explained how I didn't want my dogs in a certain part of my yard by my a.c. unit outside and she assured me it could be done. Approximately 3 days later 2 guys came to install the fence. They were very laid back guys and very friendly. They again walked my yard with me and asked me again how the fence would run. I have to mention I have 2 small children that of course was curious about what's going on, so they wanted to watch. The guys were very very very awesome with the kids and explained to my oldest and put up with all the questions. They even let my son pick out the collars for the dogs and understood when my son changed his mind. They were fast to install, Very polite, and very outgoing. They and the sales lady are the face of the company! I will recommend them to all friends and family. I am over all satisfied with the way everything has went! A big thank you to the team for helping me, my family, and my dogs out!

We are so thankful we reached out to Joyce and Paul at Fairview Invisible Fence to get our invisible fence installed. The entire process was very easy and our dogs are already catching on to the boundaries that protect them from the road. Our initial consultation with Marcia was educational and she helped us choose which option will work best for our family. The installers, Brent and Damon, also did an excellent job despite having to think outside the box in determining the location of the transmitter and how to run the wiring. They walked us and our two pets through the training process and gave us step by step instructions to continue the training in the coming days and weeks. The dogs are catching on quickly and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

What a great job. Mateo is already running free in 4 days. We trained 3 dogs on the invisible fence ourselves at a different location but it took weeks and multiple training alerts but after 2 alerts we were on our way with the expert trainers we had. Moved into a house that already had a system installed. It wasnt working the guys came out found the break and fixed it. They worked with our little dogs. The guys were great you can tell they love dogs too, very informative about what to expect, and what to do. Highly recommend these folks.
