worst Dollar General I ever seen. I like the products and most prices but it os aggravating to get through the aisles. they bring out lots of boxes to be put out only no one os ever puttint the stuff out. once I wanted to cross the aise to the frozen food but there were 2 very. huge high boexs pf merchandise, looked like. it was getting ready to fall. I pointed this out to the 2 managers who claimed they were doing inventpry but they said will get to it. i want around the other way i most;y just go to the family dollars around here instead.

When I walked in I was told I needed to keep my purse up front with the employee because it is a high theft store. No "hi how are you" or anything. I'm sorry but I'm not doing that. Maybe hire security guards if it's that bad. To tell a woman she can't carry her purse in a retail store is absurd. Not every one is a thief.

Horrible customer service. Employees complaining in front of customers. Not even a thank you for shopping at dollar general. I'll drive further up main st to Dayton Rd to family dollar from now on. Store is also dirty and unorganized.

Returned a pair of wireless earbuds and they gave me a faulty gift card in return and doesn't fix the problem because I didn't keep my receipt after two weeks

I first want to say that at my visit tonight I experience a female working the whole store by herself and answering the phone !!This was clearly too much for one person !And I felt sorry for her !Oh and I almost forgot she greeted every single person that came in the door!!And you know she was actually doing a great job of it and dealing with it very well in fact.I was very impressed by how well she was performing under the pressure.So please give this employee kudos and a raise!Store #13831 @ 17:33 pm

If I could give this store zero stars I would this store has gone down hill over the years. You use to be able to walk in and get everything you need because the shelves were always stocked, neat and the aisles were always clean now you walk in there the store is dirty trash on the floor clutter everywhere, the shelves are never stocked and there are half empty laundry soap bottles on the shelves and if someone doesn't think to look they are walking out with less of the product they went to buy. Something needs to be done with this store to get it back to where it use to be.

UPDATE:Things have improved since the remodel but the outside is still always TRASHED and it’s very disgusting.In the past 6 months this store has become the worst dollar general I have ever been too. The outside of the store is COVERED in trash, you can even get your products because their box carts are in front of everything you need and you can not move them.the floors are covered with trash and products. Hardly anything is in the shelves. The employees are never to be found and they will take personal phone calls right in front of you at check out.

I'm not even sure how this store is still open! The isles are so packed full of stuff, you can't push a cart down them with out running into something. The lady working the checkout needs to adjust her poor attitude or find a job with no customer interaction. Everything is just kind of shoved on the shelves. All sizes mixed together in the infant section. It's a mess. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Pretty average. Today it looked a bit short staffed. As things that needed put away were In the aisle way. Cashier was nice and friendly. Dont expect any bells or whistles but the prices are good.

Store is generally a mess... Can't really ever find what you need. Young cashier seems like she's asleep or maybe just always on 4:20 time?ONLY BONUS: great discount isle!!

The employees are not always interactive with their customers and the aisles are usually very messy. If you need to grab something quick I would come here. But other then that, I wouldn't.

The employees are nice and friendly but the store is a disaster...I was pushing my cart and walking on merchandise that was on the floor, not because I was being nasty..because it was unavoidable!!! Hardly anything on shelves merchandise was on carts at the end of each aisle needing to be put away. They need extra people just to stock shelves!!

There were U-boats everywhere. I had to go search for my cashier after 5 minutes waiting upfront. Dirty. Cluttered. I mean 9 U boats packed with stuff. Barely could walk down the isles. It ticked me off. I couldn't see most products and had to find someone to check me out at the cashier station.

Just a quick stop to grab some last minute Christmas presents. The store was destroyed. There wasn't a single isle that looked like it had been straightened or stocked. I don't usually visit this location so it may just be an "off" night or it might be because of the holiday.

I go here 2 times a week basically.. I love to talk Bonnie and Marry and another girl employee can't recall here name. Always good talking and joiking with them. They work hard do a good job..

They had everything I was looking for. When I went to cash out only a couple digital coupons came off and I got a different total than the store app gave me. The cashier asked another for help, since it was about $6 different. The other employee was rude, it was suggested I pay the higher amount or get out of line so I went to the very friendly location on 21st st because they love to help couponers!

Stuff is never stocked on the shelves properly like other stores but its still a decent location even though they dont carry any clothes like all other dg stores

Horrible customer service from the manager! During this last visit I had some returns with a valid receipt. The first cashier (young male) used foul language at the request and the manager (Carla) didnt know how to do the return bc of the discounts spread out on the items. Very disappointing considering shes been there for years.

Disgusting. Posted picture of the outside of the store. Cant believe staff and management would allow this amount of trash to build up. Isles are destroyed, stock not put away, carts blocking isles, wont come back to this location.

This store is crazy, often under staffed and over crowded with inventory scattered everywhere throughout the isles... its a shame..store started messy, underwent a massive organization N clean-up and ?? Good for awhile, now back to same ole mess...

Most the time you have to stand in line over 20 minutes. They have three cash registers but only one open most the time. However the employees are really kind. Great customer service and relations.

They usually have what I need at a decent price. Staff is always nice, but the place is always cluttered when I'm there. Shopping with a cart is like a rat in a puzzle game sometimes.

No matter how messy things may get (customers in this part of town tend to rummage and then leave there mess lay) the people that work the store are always polite and most of them are more then willing to go out of there way to help. Most of them.

Like all the dollar generals I’ve been in the have box’s in aisles waiting to be put on shelves but that’s the only complaint I’d have. Staff is friendly and prices aren’t bad.
