All cvs employees in the pharmacy should unionize. They are running pharmacies with dangerously low staffing levels that are unsafe for employees and for patients. It won't change unless you refuse to do anymore. I feel bad foe thr employees. They are not incompetent, they are overworked and the stores are understaffed! Corporate hire more people. Someone is bound to get hurt.

Insurance only uses them and told tonight if I’m going be picky and show when they screw up won’t give me meds. No wonder staff walk out on them and then staff brag about it. Now they have shortened hours so if work can’t get rx and won’t transfer it. Update horrible place that plays games with rx. Dr sent 4 times before they refill. Paul their pharmacist is great and always willing to help. Like all pharmacy’s not perfect but highly recommend.

I am not going to say anything bad about the pharmacy or the service I receive while in the store. Everything has been good.My issue is how things are taken care of from landscaping to trash and junk in the parking lot. To me that says alot about the management at the store. The parking lot and sidewalks need to be swept and cleaned.

This is the most chaotic place i have ever tried to get prescriptions filled. EVERYTIME i try to get a perscriptions filled there isa problem.

Rudest employees ever! On 2 occasions I was turned away to get my vaccines and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told to call 1800 CVS. Thats not even a #! Never again!

Absolutely horrible experience using CVS. Electronic transmissions for prescriptions instead of CVS. Checking on them the day they are to be filled I am expected to call and check to see if they’ve got it filled The other issue I found is if The manufacturer of your prescription is on back order. It’s filled through another manufacture without letting you know there’s an increased in your co-pay that should be the patient’s decision to make.There are way too many pharmacies that actually care about their patients that this is the last place that I will ever ever have my prescriptions filled again

Good store, they have their aisles marked with signs which helps when navigating around the store for people like me. I don't shop in store often, so it's nice to know where to look for things that I need rather than going in circles. Staff is nice too, haven't had any issues with anyone.

Went to the minute clinic to attempt to get a flu shot. Returned at the time I’m supposed to. The Nurse Practitioner releases the prior patient from her room, who then starts vomiting all over the floor. The Nurse Practitioner goes to help said patient gloveless. That’s cool and all. Then I ask the NP if she can do my flu shot in the lobby, to which she asks why? I state, he just vomited all over the floor, I have no desire to be in the room he just came out of. She snaps back, you have a mask on and because of HIPAA I can’t. I then asked if she could do it in the 2nd room they have (which she was in and out of multiple times). To which she promptly said you can go see if the pharmacy can do it. Just rude and nasty. Not to mention, hap hazardly cleaned room, and unclean hands (I watched). I promptly said I’m good and left. - it was the nastiness/sloppiness from the NP and the unwilling to try to accommodate a patient who doesn’t desire to catch what the previous patient may have that ensured I’ll never frequent a minute clinic again, and CVS will be lucky if I frequent it again, and certainly not the one on 21st street.

Rude inconsiderate people. I have gone twice since July and asked for help they refused and refers me to someone who doesn’t exist. Pharmacy is terrible. Years ago gas a narcotic to my son on a schedule 2. Yelled at me when I caught date of birth and name was wrong. I only go there if I don’t want to deal with Kroger

I like this CVS store and am in it whenever I need to purchase things from a CVS store. The people who work there are very helpful and the staff working in the pharmacy are as well.

Stopped tonight to get medicine hours state 9pm closed and doors are locked at 8:55pm employees just pretending not to see me by the doors. This is a pharmacy people need things. Stop being lazy.

The first time I was here the lady with the short white blonde hair that looks like a meth head had us there for 1 hour and a half, said we had some health care thing we never had and kept insisting we did when we never even heard of it. We spent that time calling our health insurance which she told us she couldn't call, finally the health insurance said yes you do have medicad, not what ever that lady is talking about. She told the lady to call her- which the lady kept saying she isn't allowed to do. Finally the lady called and the situation was solved in 2 minutes. She did this to like 5 other people. She tried to make me and my husband pay $90 for his inhaler even though we have medicad and need that $90 for our baby. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because I was just there for my prescription and a very nice lady with black hair helped us out and had us out in 3 minutes even tho my prescription wasn't ready. She was fast and sweet, just the way they should be. (btw they are allowed to call your insurance don't let them tell you they can't because they can.)

I was there yesterday to take my passport photo. Pat was the person who helped me. She took the best passport or document photo for me in years. For the next 10 years, I am going to have a rocking picture on my passport.

The staff is always rude. Called in my transferred prescription at 10:19 & spoke to a tech who said it would be ready within an hour. waited in the pick up line for an hour with my baby crying in the car & when I got to the window at 11:45 they said they ‘just received it and it would be 20 more minutes’ I’m beyond livid. Will not be using this pharmacy anymore.

Just went in for medication for my boys and at 9am I never go to the store I'm on my knees looking at medicine and I get a security call on me the lady from the front desk receipt come around see I'm coming to the register turn back around cash lady out and then cash me out but I'm the only black guy in the building then when I call the manager they say we're supposed to come and help and make sure you don't need anything so why didn't she do that just saying won't be back didn't think I'd be racially profiled

The fact that I had to ask for someone who wasn’t rude i.e the manger on duty 11/1/2020 at open is beyond me. Instead of getting an adittude because YOU don’t wanna help people and getting MY information wrong is not my fault. I will be contacting corporate office. If you listen to what your customers are saying you wouldn’t have a hard day
