One of my favorite places to buy discounted merchandise. One of the few places I can always find Allergy free brands of soap. Excellent prices on generic medicines so they can sellout quickly.

Your staff is always kind and helpful, which is important as it isn't an ethic seen a great deal anymore ! And thanks for the coupons for my donations, something your company didn't have to do, although they choose to reward the donors. Nice touch Big Lots !

I bought a couch here, overall pretty good experience... however a few couches were displayed but not stocked. Meaning I'd see one I really liked just to be told, it wasn't in stock. Kinda frustrating. I think they should put some sort of sign on displays that aren't stocked. I ended up settling with another couch, but couldn't get the one I originally had my eyes on.

Just stopped in while passing through. It seems all big lots have different merchandise. It is a lot of fun checking out different stores besides your home town. They seem to all have different mark down items ready to expire that you can get additional savings on which is awesome so be sure to check them out too!

What is advertised and the actual prices are totally different. All the boxes of wrapping paper were marked on the box 3.50 and they were charging 5 to 8 dollars for them. When I questioned it I got the response, "we are going to have to fix that." Instead of sorry sir we will give these to you for the marked price. Also on batteries, at the section where they are it clearly states "spend 20 dollars on batteries and get 5 dollars off." They didnt give that to me either.

It's okay I wish these stores in Newark would all be redone not just this one most of them need it extremely bad they are just so old and run down I feel like the North end needs a huge redo asap

Who doesn't love bog lots , this store is always impeccably clean and the ladies that run it have been there for years and are very helpful and pleasant!

Horrible is the only word to use when describing my experience.Their website indicates that they offer same-day delivery on furniture however that is a scam.The website says same day if purchased by 5pm but the store tells you they do not offer same day.

It blows my mind that this happened to me today. I order a recliner online. They have 1 on hand. Pay online then call a bit later to see when I can pick it up. Was told I can't have it because it's on hold for someone else and I have to wait and see if they come back for it. So you're telling me, you're gonna turn away a guaranteed sale for someone who may or may not come back. Not to mention it's the only one in stock and it's a holiday sale price. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! I HOPE THAT PERSON DOESNT COME BACK FOR YOUR HOLD ITEM and you lose a sale.

Love the variety of items and the discounts available here. You'll often not find the same thing twice with their specialty items but they do have some standard in stock items.

Went to furniture dept looking for a childs recliner. Lady said they have not had any since christmas. Well went to childs dept there was 2 boy recliners. No price had to push it to check out for a price check. I did purchace it. But big lots could of missed out a sale. And seen a sad little boy. But i still will go back there.

Oh my gosh, the best Big Lots that I have ever visited. Stocked with new spring and summer items galore. Staff are friendly and helpful. This will be my favorite store.

Nothing like it used to be. No more dirt cheap bargains On miscellaneous merchandise. It's like They're trying to turn it into the next Kmart with their store brand merchandise.
