The store is improving more and more... they've charged things around in the produce section, and it looks great.. I just hope they lower the prices. $1.59 for one green pepper is really too expensive, and$1.69 for colored peppers is just too much. Also, $4.05 for Best Choice sugar and. that's on sale is ridiculously expensive. Anyway, happy shipping.

Checked online weekly ad prior to going to store. The weekly prices started yesterday. The in-store items were not even close to online weekly ad prices and no printed flyers were available in store. The prices were 2x if not 3X more than on-line. I asked two different employees for assistance, while in the store, and i got the sense I was bothering them. I left the store without purchasing a thing- crazy expensive store, one I will not be returning to.

Rivertown IGA, my kind of store. Lots of items, they have a great deli. Well managed and is clean. Easy shopping for what you need. The isles are open and are not miles long, like going to the superstores, where you park a half mile away. The people who work there are super friendly and treat you like old friends. I guess I am like an old friend. I've been going to Rivertown for over 35 years. 5 stars because they are my kind of place to shop. 5 stars 🌟

This store has went down hill since new ownership. Not very friendly and the store looks like an oversized thrift store. Junk all over the place and items that look like they haven’t moved or sold in a really long time. I can smell mold throughout . They have paper towels stuck under all the leaking cold cases that are dirty and nasty. Not a clean store. Stopped on way to visit my family. The new paint looks good but, doesn’t do anything keep prices down. Won’t be back.

Clearly the best store in all of New Richmond. Considering it within that context, it has an amazing selection and includes many household/hardware type items often missing from grocery stores. Can’t complain. It is cold inside 🤷🏼‍♂️

Truckload meat sales was like an Mad house this morning. But the other customers was friendly and nice. The IGA staff and Cashier's. Was very polite. But the IGA staff will need an vacation after this mad house sale. Good Luck the rest of the day.

My first time there & only picked up a few things because I was in a hurry to get home so can't really review honestly. But one thing I noticed is the White Lilly Flour selections were the most I've ever seen. Good biscuits! Will go back to check the whole store, slowly.

Hometown feel with friendly and helpful employees. The store is well organized and they have really great meat prices. I do wish they'd expand their bread selection, however. On my most recent visit, the produce department was in fabulous shape!! Fresh and well stocked for summer fun! They have unique decorations and they use photos of their employees in the marque and I'm the store. It is a bit expensive but for me, it's convenient so I don't mind.

Working in the area so I stopped in for dinner. As I walked back to the deli I noticed how well stocked and neat the shelves were. And the deli looks just as good. I got the chicken fettuccine. It was good, with plenty of chicken. The green beans and mac+cheese were tasty too. When I left the deli I noticed the fine looking meat section....saw some whole beef loins at good prices.It's a fine store so I hope y'all support it. It'll be horrible if Kroger runs every local store out of business. And they'll raise their prices WAY up if they do.

The new owner has turned the store into a clean, friendly full service supermarket with name brand top quality items. Fresh deli meats, fresh top quality fruits and vegetables and top quality meats all at very competitive prices with "big chain" grocery stores.

They are really convenient. Prices are higher than Kroger or meijer ect .. kinda like a BIG convience store that sold meat and mostly everything thing that a regular grocery store sold except your taxed antwhere between .75 cents and 3$ It would be really cool if they stayed open till 11 or 1 am .. but they close at 9 PM but family dollar next door is open till 10 pm

Great local small town business. Not only has it served the local community for decades, now it also is key for the camper facilities that are so close by. Deli food, beverages, supplies and of course ice are right across the street from the campers sites.

People complain that this place is overly expensive... I just don't see it especially when figuring in gas and time to drive to a big box store.. Sure some items are slightly higher, but it's not significant. Big items like meat, they are always better priced than Kroger.Customer service is the top priority of this local market. They cut all their meat in house, fully stocked deli, generous hardware section and they even have daily dinners cooked and ready to pickup. Worth a visit.

IGA has a small town, not overly done feel about it. A nice change from the warehouse sized stores and the more glamorous somewhat pretentious places.Friendly staff.Prices, in general, are a little higher but for a few items, the convenience is nice. Happy IGA is still here.

Clean, well stocked and everyone is helpful & friendly. The fried chicken specials on Wednesday and Saturday alone are well worth stopping for. Always a good choice and you don't have to fight the traffic on 125.

This is the only grocery store in New Richmond so I do stop in here if I just need to pick up one or two items. Be careful when shopping here, always check your expiration dates several times I had expired items when I got home and not to mention things are overpriced. And while most bigger grocery stores marked down and clearance items if you days or a week before they expire this store doesn't Mark them down until after the expiration date has passed!

Great local store. Have turned large area into a hardware store, and they still continue to provide an needed service to the area. Prices are average, but service with smile us nice. They gave great special on fried chicken, and the chicken is delicious!

Clean store and fantastic deli (fried chicken especially). This location also has a decent sized hardware section with a pretty good amount of inventory. Yes you will pay a couple of dollars more for a hammer or rake but by the time you drive to the nearest big box store around here and burn up the gas it's worth the extra price they charge. If you are looking for a huge selection of grocery items you should probably go to Kroger but if you are looking to do run of the mill grocery shopping this place will get the job done just fine.

Clean store, reasonable fair pricing, extremely friendly helpful staffing, fresh foods are super fresh, management is accommodating with substitutions and they have their own $1.00 department and beer/liquor corner.I'm one of those ppl who doesn't care for the tedious task of grocery shopping but Rivertown Market makes it a pleasurable experience.

The good: the store was very clean for how outdated it is.The bad: over priced and poor maintenance on meats.Overall: they could be a great store but they need to reduce their prices (even if it hurts them financially) and put money into advertising their unbeatable prices. After that, sales will go up and then maintenance on meats can be kept up.

Love my local IGA. Friendly employees. Only reason I didn't give a five star is in these times they don't always have everything I need. Not that it is their fault. I do 90% of my shopping here. I always recommend it to friends and co-workers.
