As I stand here 8:46 pm on Monday 2/26 in front of a locked door that claims to be open till 10.I drove out of my way to come here for cold medicine for a sick kid. I guess this is not a business that cares to operate productively or care about it’s communities needs

The Dollar general on State route 132 in Ohio is the Dollar general I am talking about they've been closing around 6:00 I do not know why I used to go there all the time but they are losing business as well as my business because I have to go somewhere else to buy things because they're always closed I don't know what the problem is but someone needs to fix this ASAP people are getting very upset in this area I've talked to in the last few days all of them are mad saying that the place is never open it seems maybe they're lacking on people I'm not sure The customers are nice most of the time it's just the store is not open enough Please fix soon thanks

I like this store mostly. They have things like decorative items (impulse buys really) and laundry detergent I don't find in other stores. They have a nicer home collection then I've seen in other stores. Items like towels, rugs, pictures, lamps, storage options, and seasonal merch. So if you have time to kill this is a nice dollar general to visit and browse. It tends to be clean and stocked except for the refrigerated items they have the worst selection and are always out of date or un-stocked. The employees are a hit and miss i rarely see one more then once and most are rude or unhelpful but occasionally there's a good one. So I'd say if u need to grab a quick item this is the place or cleaning items, but groceries maybe not so much unless your looking for over priced box and can items.

Keeping in mind it's a Dollar General, the product quality is above average from other DGs. It's clean, but a little over-crowded with merchandise. My only complaints are the lack enforcement for face masks and neglecting to sanitize between customers.

5 stars. The job I I work at requires long driving hours and not many opportunities to eat or use the facilities. When i arrived, the lady cashier was alone dealing with quite a line. She handled it like a champ. Blowimg up baloons, ringing folks up and even though she was clearly frustrated- she kept a smile.I asked her for the key to the bathroom.She agreed without hesitating.Whilst sitting on the throne I had plenty of time to think about what a lovely store this was. Clean, cheerful, and organized. The toilet paper was cushy , and luxurious. I felt like i was wiping with a magic carpet. The soap smelled like flowery perfume. I imagined i was a prince apon leaving the bathroom.As I exited the store , returning the key first of course, i couldnt help but hope that nice lady had an easier day.May you have many many good days, wonderful lady of the dollar general.

My wife and 3 of my 4 kids were getting ready to pull in for a stop at her favorite location and was hit by a driver in a work van that then fled the scene with out checking to see if they were OK... the employees heard the collision and came out and offered help ice packs and drinks... they did not have to do anything but the employees went above and beyond to make sure my wife and kids were ok we are very proud of our community... thank you all ...

Staff is friendly. They usually always have what I need. Always fast, even if there is a line it is faster then most stores.

The employees here are always so kind. This location is definitely my favorite to come to. Definitely worth the drive :)

Terrible. Terrible service. Had difficulty using register, for me and another guy who was there. And didn't know how to use their own Western Union service. 🤷🏻‍♂️Plenty of other dollar stores. Don't go there.

Love DG on St Rt 132 New Richmond. Devon and Dustin are the most friendliest helpful people I've met in customer service.
