We got our beloved beneficiary named Blob Blob. he’s a very nice fish other than he likes to gesture a lot. see picture down below. we bought two of a cheaper different kind of fish here that unfortunately died within a day or so of purchasing. We were able to get a refund and we bought a beta fish that has been with us for almost a year. #Patriotic🇺🇸Btw they have some cute ferrets to!😍

It's truly disheartening to witness a store boldly proclaiming “We Luv Pets”, only to reveal their selective affection. The sight of an axolotl tank, filled with an egregious array of errors – stones, gravel, basking in sunlight, nearly hitting 70 degrees on a chilly spring day, undigestible plants and snails, illuminated by an inappropriate LED light – is nothing short of appalling. And the letdown continues as one ventures into their marine section, where the health of approximately half the fish is lamentably subpar.

As a Pet retailer myself, this store is well kept, with no smells, other than crickets, and they smell really bad anyway. Tanks were clean, no algae, animals were well kept and healthy. I would purchase my small pets and fish here.Nice variety of products, actually found the wet food that my cat will only eat, Fussy Cat anchovie. Nice place.

This place is amazing, recently I’ve noticed the staff is much more attentive, friendly and willing to answer questions than they were when they first opened. I decided to try their grooming salon for my standard poodle and my roommate’s boxer. Despite my hesitation with going there, I definitely will say: I will be back! They were great with the girls, especially my poodle. It was her first time at a salon and they were so gentle and made sure she was comfortable during her time there. Her cut looked amazing, she smelled good and she was SO SOFT! The prices for grooming were also super affordable compared to other places in the area. Definitely recommend!!

Being a regular customer ..when Victor dog food had a safety recall, they contacted me to let me know about the recall so I could pull my Great Danes victor dog food immediately. And refunded my last bag. Truly Greatful to get alerted so quickly keeping my Danes safe.

Great store. The only issue was that an employee was asking unnecessary questions and wasn't going to sell me a single fish unless I bought two of the same type of fish.

Everytime we go in to get crickets or feeders everyone is so nice!! I have really been impressed since discovering a new pet store thats local to us. We have gotten two tarantulas that are doing fantastic and thriving. I really wanted to say thank you so much for their groomer, Tery! Today despite being super busy she took time out of her day to help cut our new baby's nails that were severely overlooked and neglected! Hes running around and smiling and seems way happier walking around. I thought he would have to be sedated for a nail trim because he was so bitey and nervous whenever we would touch his paws and i couldnt do it myself without risking cutting his quick. She did it so effortlessly and calm! I could cry seeing our boy so happy. I will definitely be going to see her for our grooming needs because this poor boy doesnt need another hack job by me 😅🤣🖤

I love the groomer super nice and does a great job! , the pets on the other hand horrible I bought I beaded dragon there and 2 days after it had an infection probably because there was a dead breaded dragon in the tank !! It had not been cleaned for days just so sad then I brought it back and they told be they could only give me half my money back . I really wish they would treat the animals and house them correctly it really saddens me I hope they can fix this !

My son and I had a fun little adventure. Great place to introduce small animals, some exotic, where the animals are well taken care of. Employee allowed my son to interact with the bunnies which was very kind.

Very friendly associates and lots of pet items to choose from! Watch for the store mascot "Sheldon" the giant turtle, when he's not in his cage he walks around the store and enjoys the customer interactions. Very clean store!

Employees are always friendly and they have a vast selection of pets and supplies. Prices are fair and comparable to most other pet stores. If you bring your pet in on Sunday you can get 10% off.

This place use to be good! Over priced merchandise that you can get other places for a lot less. Un reliable groomer who never returns your calls if she doesn’t like groomer your pup! I use to speak highly of this groomer until she gave attitude. If you have a golden doodle she will run her mouth about your dog because she doesn’t like grooming this breed and will double charge you! She doesn’t listen to what you want and does whatever she wants. She’s not patient with your pup at all! After having issues of trying to get a hold of her I ended up going else where! Now I go to pet supplies plus and girl is much younger. Does a way better job and cares more about your pup when it comes to being nervous! Don’t take your pup here because all they care about is your money and not your pup!

Very cool store that has almost everything you can imagine for your pets needs. Not the largest selection of animals to take home, but hopefully that's because so many people are buying up the animals to give them a good home. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

They have a fairly wide range of both pets and the accessories and food you need for them. Clean store but the staff were too "busy" to give any customer service. I walked out without a purchase although I went in to buy something. Better luck next time I hope.

First visit. Very impressed with the variety of items. The outside of the store is deceiving, it's much bigger inside than it looks. The staff seemed very friendly and welcoming. Most of them that were working seemed fairly young but weren't your stereotypical teens.

Amazing store. Yesterday the staff was very friendly and helped so much with my tanks. Truly appreciate this store in town! I did see a couple comments about price gouge which made me weary about going but once in there they really aren’t. If you go to any family owned store their prices have to be higher. We used to run our own appliance store and know how it is trying to do your own mark up. Don’t let a few sour reviews stop you from gaining the knowledge their staff has! Thank you!

The staff here is willing to explain the animals to you. They are a one of a kind service. You don't get attitude or snudy remarks. You literally get excellent customer service. They have an amazing animal partnership with shelters and are willing to put in the time and effort that it takes to train the animals while they are in their care.

I come in regularly as a multiple cat owner, Courtney was very helpful and knowledgeable about taking care of my little feral kitten. Every time I have been in the store Courtney has given exemplary customer service and has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best products.

Brought my kids in here for fish and some fish tank supplies. Since our initial visit I've came back a few more times & the staff is always polite & answers any and all of my questions. The store is clean and doesn't have that normal "pet store smell".

I love this store! All of the associates are so friendly and helpful, and answer all of my questions without shaming me for not knowing the answer. The shelves are always completely stocked, and I have never been there to look for something and it not been available. My dogs food is $3-5 cheaper than the other pet stores in town, but the excellent management and customer service makes the biggest difference. All the animals seem very well cared for and all their enclosures are spotless. This is definitely my new go-to spot for all my pets needs!

Glad to have another pet store in town. The workers were nice and seemed to love their jobs. They were very informative. The new reptile manger was great to work with! Even helped me find my big boy the size shirt he needed. A little pricey, but not as pricey as Petz Place. Would recommend.

I seriously love coming here to get necessities for my pets. The prices are reasonable, they always have what I need, and the staff is SO friendly and knowledgeable! The reptile manager, Justine, really knows her stuff, and as a fairly new reptile mom, I’m so grateful for her tips. I’ve grown to really appreciate each and every member of the staff and truly look forward to going in each time!
