Been shopping at this location for 5 years. Very well run. Like any retail outfit, you'll have turnover. Regardless of the department, I'm greeted often and taken care of. Sometimes you have a newer associate that needs help, and they always get the backup they need from coworkers and management. Thank you to the entire team for caring, maintaining your store, and always being so accommodating.

I needed a desk. They have one that would work perfect and it is marked for clearance. I wanted to buy it. They said no they can't sell it. They say they need the demo model because they'll have more of the same desk in stock next week. I said, oh so it's not really on clearance then. The kid said it's not. Why put a sign on stuff saying its clearance when it's not. Oh that's just how they do it. Ugh... that is misleading and false advertising. I've bought $1,000s of office supplies here over the years. I'll just go somewhere else from now on.

The customer service here was terrible. We were the only customers in the entire store and not once did one of the employees ask if we needed anything or even give a simple greeting. We even had to walk by them to exit the store and not a word was said. I truly believe they were annoyed we were there trying to buy something.

I had Eric H as a cashier. He was so sweet and made you feel valued as a customer. The manager on duty Eric was very polite and helpful. I will definitely continue to go there to shop.

Customer service is seriously lacking! Took laptop in on a Friday, told it was 1day service.... Well after calling once and going in once find out that it's going to be more like two days to resolve the virus issue! A head's up would have been nice! The only saving grace is the tech's thus far have been proficient!

The printing services department at this Staples is the best! Anytime I have questions on the best way to solve a printing problem they are so helpful and patient in providing solutions for me. And they're fast too. I'm so thankful to have them in our area!

New Phila Staples has wonderful/helpful employees and I have always gone to their techs to assist with my laptop problems. They ordered a part which took almost a month cause of back ordering. I took my laptop back to fix and it was the wrong part which they said they would call me when it was done but I wasted my time waiting in that area instead of calling me and letting me know the problem. That made me not very happy. Now, I am stuck waiting for the right part for my laptop. I have no laptop and uncertain when it will be complete. I am guessing another month. I am disappointed! I think I will go somewhere else next time if I have to wait another week or two from today. I was told I would get my part as soon as they could. It is frustrating! New Phila Staples needs to improve their parts department ASAP for their customers. I am patient and they have a great IT team. I am just not satisfied with your parts department.

I went in to get 70 prints on bright paper with black ink. The girl took my phone number and told me that it would be an hour max but she was sure it wouldn't take that long and she would call when the order was completed. After an hour without hearing anything from the store I went back in to see what was going on. The girl whips out my origional and one of her copies and said oh hi the pictured on the coppied isn't comming out, do you still want them? (She waited for me to get there and see what was taking so long instead of just calling me to ask) By that time I was so late to the event I needed them for that I said fine. I then proceeded to watch her run almost the entire order in arround 5 min. When i got home i had missed the event i needed them for and on further inspection i saw that many of the letters were showing up grey or super light. It just looked like the ink needed changed or something. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the printing department.I did enjoy the rest of the staff who asked if I needed assistance and if I was doing okay mutiple times when I was walking arround the store trying to kill the massive amount of time the prints took. They were personable and warm.

I just went into this store to purchase a couple of computer accessories. I couldn't find what I was looking for and tried getting two different clerks to help me. Both of which just walked past me like I wasn't even there. There were literally twice as many clerks there as there were customers, yet no one could help me. They could congregate around the front checkout counter and whine about having to answer the phone, but no one could help me.

Employees need to understand the difference between their company policy and actual law. Don't tell people it's it's violation I law, when it's not. It may be a violation of your policy, but your policy applies to you the employees, not me the customer.

There is a bigger fella that works at this location. I'm not a hundred percent sure of his name. He provides excellent customer service! This man should be training others on customer service skills.

People are always nice & friendly. I mostly use the copy center and they are always great. The only thing that disappoints me is that they try too hard to " multitask" and it always creates a backup of people
