Actually awful anymore. I used to enjoy Sheetz food regularly but something has changed for the worse. Any time I order a sub from here, there is ALWAYS something wrong. My grilled chicken sub is ice cold and none of my condiments added. Last sub the meatballs were still frozen in the center. If it’s not fried, don’t order the food from here period

I love sheetz! Their food is amazing for a gas station and so inexpensive. Also it's consistent and it's ready quickly and they have so many different options to customize your food. However today I was looking forward to my peppermint mocha. I took a sip right away and it tasted okay but it wasn't until I got home that I realized they forgot the whipped cream! If you're a whipped cream addict like me then you know how disappointing this is. First world problem I know, but really just wanted to shout out to sheets and all the wonderful things but they create. And since I'm a single mom with a special needs son who recently broke her wrist, having their food service available has been a lifesaver!

Good place to stop for gas, prices are good, bathrooms are clean. However whenever I stop to get food at night the staff yells “30 minutes for food” even when there’s little to no people. This has happened the past 3 times I’ve decided to come here. It seems like they are yelling this to stop people from ordering food.

This place is a complete robbery setup. Went in, swipped for 21$ and it said I owed $2 more. I give the lady 3 and tell her keep the change. "KRISTEN" decided to corner me on my way out after I already finished my transaction and was told I'm good. She then demanded I pay THE FULL 21 AGAIN, or its theft. "Our system says it didn't go through so there's nothing I can do"... so I show her the confirmation on my banking app and she won't even look at it. Screw her and screw that gas station. I'm calling corporate, I literally watched that scumbag slip that other $25 I handed her in her pocket like the dirt bag she is.This is why you end up. A busted old lady working at a gas station to rip people off. When your a scumbag that's your only chance. I'll have her job. Drive 3 min to any other gas station unless you wanna support a junkies habit running a register. Losers KRISTEN NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND PROBABLY GO TO REHAB

I place orders daily at the sheetz in New Philadelphia ohio. I always order the chicken bacon sliders 3 pack. today I picked up the order from the deli counter and notice the bag seemed lighter than usual. opened up the order and no chicken was on the sandwiches. I asked the worker if this was my correct order hoping they would make it right and the lady was completely rude stating that it was what I ordered and walked away. this lady has no business in customer service as you do not treat customers in this manner and expect them to return. I will find a new deli to spend my money at.

Food is normally good here, but it depends on who was working apparently. I just ordered a chicken slider and was charged for the boom boom sauce which was supposed to be free, and it wasn't even on the sandwich.

Employees were rude waited forever for a milkshake they made others and I still never got mine was my last visit !!!!!! Was over an hour wait just for a drink!!! Horrible customer service!! Once again made the mistake of going to this gas station this time get ripped off by lottery dispense and manager just stands there holding ripped up ticket in her hand on 05-13-23 this is my last time ever going there again people learn from your first mistake not second especially when it costs me my hard earned money !!! I’m a manager I’m trained how to handle those situations you might want to retrain !!

This is a great gas station. This review is for the "milkshake" I just got there. Calling this a milkshake is misleading. This is an oreo flavored slushy. I took one drink and was crunching on ice. Now my husband - who isn't picky - is drinking enough so it doesn't overflow until we can stop and pitch it. Even he said that it is gross.News flash: milkshakes don't involve ice.

Very clean, music not too loud, but most impressive- the genuine customer service. I was waiting in line with a fountain drink & the manager (blond gal...didn't catch her name), walked past and said, "is that all you're getting?", I replied, "yes", then she told me "that's on us". Well Sheetz .....that was awesome.

Bern there once before and it was good this time though on 12/23/19 is a whole new view. We had gotten burgers . The service was good , food didnt take to long ,and the cashier and cooks were nice but right after that no . Got food poisoning me and my husband so bad he had to miss work the next day . Luckily my daughter didnt get anything but package already made food or she would of been sick too . I will not buy there food there no matter how good it taste .

Did curbside pick-up and they forgot my lemonade, once they brought it, it sucked. Then when I go eat my sandwich they didn’t put any egg on it (one of 3 ingredients). Only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is they accidentally handed me someone’s milkshake and told me to keep it since I had touched it.

I hardly ever stop by here, but I did happen to on Veteran's Day, when they were giving away a free sandwich and car wash. They lady at the counter was unusually helpful and left me feeling really good about this place. In addition, everything in the store was nice and seemed clean.

This five star rating is for the red headed dude working back in the MTO kitchen (09/07/2018 at 3:30 p). I ordered an item I've had several times and it has never been that good. Give that dude a raise, keep him happy, do whatever it takes to keep him around, it's amazing how much better the food can be when the person making it actually cares. You keep him around and I would expect there would be more customer retention. I for one will order food from MTO when I see he is working without hesitation. Thanks, and have an above average day.

This car wash is a joke. Do not use. It's a waste of money. It went so far behind my vehicle that the water did not even hit the back. Left and windshield was like it wasn't even washed. Other parts of the vehicle still all muddy.

While in the restroom washing my hands an employee exited the restroom without washing her hands. Bad bad bad. I love sheetz and the only place I get my gas from. I would hate to go someplace else but I will if I see this again.

Usually order my food here. My order was not ready, they refunded the amount to me wrong. I was $2 short when they refunded me. They messed up my order twice. Very disappointed.

If you go here to get diesel fuel... dont. It seriously will take at least 20-30 minutes to fuel up because the diesel pump is messed up and they have known about how slow it pumps and still have not fixed it. Something to do with a leak sensor goes off so it pumps extremely slow. Almost every single day.

I like sheetz. This one is a good one. They have nice clean bathrooms and always serve with a smile. You can get the car wash paid for at the pump. Just an awesome place to fill up.
