Horrible customer service. My script was called in by my Dr at 8am. At 6pm it still wasn’t ready, so they tell me to wait only to say they don’t even have the medication. Their excuse was short staffing. Seriously…10 hours and couldn’t bother to even tell me they don’t have the medication. Then when I asked why, the pharmacist was extremely rude! Never going back.

Absolutely the worst in town. Always a problem and Rx never filled on time. Always asking me to come back in 30 minutes. Went to discount drug mart and it was hassle free

The pharmacy here is a joke. I would give zero stars if I could to be honest. I've been with Rite Aid for my seizure medication since I was 15 1/2 and now I'm 22. At first Rite aid was awesome with medication. We could call in a week before I would need it that way it gave them time to get it in. Now they're forcing me to wait until I have one or two DAYS left. THEN they take two or three days if not more just to get it in. They've accused me of abusing my medication, which I don't. This medication is life or death for me. Why would I abuse it? Especially after so many years of taking it. Why wait to start abusing it? Honestly I would go anywhere else to get my medication filled because this place isn't worth it. The rest of Rite aid is just fine. I've never had any issues. It's just the pharmacy and them wanting to refuse to fill my medication every single month

My husband and I will be finding a new pharmacy. After waiting an hour at the New Philadelphia store, I was told they were out of the drug my husband needed. Thankfully, it was available at the Rite Aid in Urichsville. The last few times I've been to the New Philadelphia store, they have been late. Prescription was not available when promised.

Rite Aid is amazing! Everyone was kind and helpful. We have quarterly rewards with our insurance and they are easy to use at Rite Aid. Highly recommended. :O)

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever experienced!!! I have called to make sure that my scripts are ready, was even called by a very nice man there that told me he would have them ready for me the next morning. I call to make sure they are done and what do I get, OH they are not done it will be another hour, when I told them yesterday that I needed them before 1 because I work. My reply was I don't have an hour, I have to work and if I can't pick it up I will go through very unpleasant side effectsl!! Not only that, the other medication causes seizures if you stop taking it but obviously this place doesn't care. I have gotten texts that my meds were done only to be told they were not. Every time you go to pick them up your there a minimum of 30 minutes. You go here bring a chair for your wait!!! I will definitely be transferring my scripts elsewhere! Try hiring more people, they are sadly understaffed. Maybe if they had 2 cashiers that always stayed at counter things would go faster, but sadly it is always just 1person.

Always 2 to 3 days behind filling scripts, they are never ready!!! You sit in drive through line for almost and hour at times only to be told scripts arent ready or they cant find them even though you called them in 2 days ago and waited cause you know they wont be ready. Changed all but my emergency meds to mail order. Staff is friendly but there is no excuse for the delays for medications peolpe need.

Several times I have had long waiting times just for my prescription to be taken, over half an hour, and sometimes the person behind me in line has had their prescription taken before mine.On a few occasions I was denied my prescriptions.Currently I gave it three stars because of experiences I have had with other Pharmacies

They almost killed my neice! I would take your business else where. Will be reporting them to the state of Ohio board of pharmacy. They should be shut down. You don't mess up medication that is life or death.

Incredibly poor. Of course, it's the standard for Tuscarawas county especially new Philadelphia now. But I have been without my prescription for a week now because I couldn't even get in the place to get it. Line wrapped around the building of people and cars for the drive through. Auto fill is a joke, every month I go get my pills it's a completely different staff no familiar faces, takes for ever to get anything when they aren't busy. Just like the majority of my business I will take it somewhere else and no longer supper a local business. Understandably with all this plan-demic is causing issues but it's been an ongoing issue since before this. Now this just seems like he excuse.

This place is aweful!!!! I have been going there for 5 years the last 8 months have been horrible!!!! I understand short staffed but communication is key. They have given me other people's prescriptions, had every single time I do the automated system my order is never ready when they tell me to pick up. Most times it's the next day. I have even had to go without medication because of the this. I will be taking my business else where

The service is always slow, the auto refill is a JOKE, and the staff almost always seems annoyed that you’re there to pick up your prescription. They also never answer their phone, or put the line on busy so you can’t call at all. Really considering switching pharmacies at this point because this place just gets worse and worse. 0/5 would not recommend.

Worst pharmacy in new Philadelphia ohio. Not only is it more expensive than most pharmacy's but they literally make it impossible for you to do their covid testing. Their website never works and when I went in for help they basically told me tough luck in a rude way. There's a reason this place has 2 out of 5 stars!! Avoid this pharmacy!!!

Why is it that you have to wait so long to get a prescription ready at Rite Aid in New Phila?? Doctor called it in around 2:30pm and it’s 4pm and we have been waiting in the drive thru pickup line for 45 mins and of course we called while we r waiting and they say that it’s not filled yet ???? WTF ???? Doesn’t matter what day or time nothing is ever ready at this location.... Looks like I am having all my scripts filled at DUSINI DRUG from here on out !!!!!! They don’t even deserve one star :(. Bad Customer Service even on the phone here at Rite Aid

Waited for over an hour for a flu shot while another customer was told prescription was not in. He left and came back and the prescription filled. Is it that hard to put so many cc’s in a needle and give someone a flu shot? Unreal how terrible my experience was. People in the pharmacy seen me standing there for the hour and still no help. Will not be coming back to this location.

Pharmacy is a joke. Pharmacist lied said script for my daughter just came in. Funny that an hour ago the lady at the drive thru window said it arrived 4 minutes before we got there. When I called her on lying she got rude and said ugh we are busy. OK so say your busy and not lie

Been using this pharmacy for 10 years. Over the past 6 months something has changed everything is slow maybe they are under staffed? I don't know but it's got to the point where standing in line for to long is the norm.

Remarkable how slow and inefficient they are they are the best advertising to use discount drug mart or any other pharmacy people who caint get inside due to physical condition need to bring a meal for the wait in the drive thru

Prescriptions are never ready even after you call and they say they'll have them ready. You go to get them and they tell you it's not ready. The wait time in the drive threw to pick up Prescriptions is always so long. I've sat there for over an hour before.

Almost always a long wait time. There have been times I've waited in line for 45 minutes and only moved inches & left. Then there are times where the wait times are 5 or so minutes.

Slow drive through pharmacy. Slower than molasses in wintertime...bring some food and a blanket, you might need 'em while you wait for them to hand you a bag through the drawer.

When my sale purchase didn't ring up correctly, they refunded the correct amount but then still rang up my purchases incorrectly. I took my money and ran. Won't be back to this store.

I mainly use the pharmacy, but the store clerks are also helpful anytime that I need them. The app I use to stay in touch with the pharmacy makes things so much easier.
