From the moment I walked into Ratio, to the moment I walked out, just an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is very welcoming and did everything to ensure I understood the ordering process as well as the variety of different products offered. They took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely seemed to care if I was comfortable with my selections. Without a doubt, I will be returning to Ratio in the future!

The most laid back and enjoyable experience you’ll get at a dispensary. They make your first visit feel like you’ve been there before. Great selection and great discounts through out the week. Grateful to have them so close to home

Great local shop with a nice atmosphere. Able to be in and out quickly as long as you place your order online.. that's the ONLY downside, even if you don't order online, you still have to place your order online when you get there

Fantastic management & employees, frien dliness etc. Just wish their prices were a little more competitive than the 3 dispensaries 15 to 20 mins up the road, north. I still go to Canton 3 trips out of 4.....the interior design is appreciated as well.

Might rival Disneyland for the happiest place on earth. Literally the best staff you can find, super friendly and always willing to talk. The products are great and they have daily deals with promotions happening frequently. Seriously can't think of another establishment I've been to where the staff is even close to this place.

Best dispensary I have been to, in ohio, thus far! Starting from walking through the front door with great customer service, to the back room where you go through a cool light tunnel . All the little details that they have set up, makes for a very inviting and fun place to see! Everyone that worked there took time to talk with me and answer any questions I had. You can tell it is a very well organized facility and all the employees will make you feel safe and comfortable. Thanks for being great and having such a great vibe! I live 25 minutes away and I will gladly make that trip just because of how nice the people are!

It doesnt cry out for attention on the exterior but inside it has a unique vibe with a friendly engaging and knowledgeable staff that boasts a larger menu than some others places. Orders can be placed online ahead of time for pick up. This was was my first visit and though l had to do the normal account set up l was still in and out in maybe 10 -15 minutes with my purchase. As l left around noon several cars entered the parking lot so I'm not sure how things are when they are busy but l breezed right through. There is a closer place to me but the menu is often lacking so l will definitely go back.

The owner was really chill and cool to talk to. Staff was still learning and getting their footing, which is expected with them being so new. Only real recommendation is have is some sound deadening in the lobby and store room. There's alot of echo and makes it hard to hear and makes it hard to focus. Other than that it was a good experience. Maybe some more professional touches on the staff side but good experience none the less. They were also quick on getting my order.

It was my first time coming to this dispensary and the staff and everybody were nice. I bought me 3 carts and was told what type of pain the strain helped with. The prices are amazing compared to some other dispensary’s. Definitely recommend anyone in the area to check this dispensary out. 😊

Yikes. Was about to stop by in a couple days.. but looks like the seed & strain ounces have gone up to $220+. Last time I was there, after my 25% indigent I only paid $98 per ounce. This was affordable for someone like me on disability who doesn’t have a large budget. Back to Michigan I go. No way I’m paying $220 when it has SEEDS, hence the name.. Do better. It’s literally cheaper to put $60 in gas and drive 3 hours for same quality bud and buy two ounces
