What a great store. I was there this morning for the first time. Everyone was super helpful. This local pet shop had everything I needed and surprisingly, everything was priced lower than in the big chain pet stores. I'll definitely be back again.

I recently bought rats since my old ones passed away. The assistants were very helpful and informative. The staff here is always friendly and caring. If they don't have what I'm looking for they will order it for me.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the change of management and employment at this store in the last few months. I used to enjoy visiting and looking at new products. Now the staff either ignores or belittles and talks down to you.

This place has just about anything you need for your pet, and then some. The ladies that work there are very kind and knowledgeable. They will help you find what you want or need. What makes it nice, it private owned.

This place use to be great, its drasticly changed in the past two months and its obvious no one cares anymore. Employees are either standing around on their phones, gossiping or fighting. I feel very unwelcomed and will shop elsewhere.

They have signs promoting buy one get one free treats all over the store, but when you check out is when they tell you the signs are wrong and you don't qualify. And they won't honor their mistake. One of the employees was helpful and explained nicely, the other one rolled her eyes. This used to be my favorite pet store but the past few times I've been in I have not been impressed with the staff.

10/10 highly recommend!I have a pretty nervous Golden Retriever pup and Jodi the groomer is so great and patient with her! The customer service is also great! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very pleased with my visit. 😄

Everyone in the store is very nice. It's a bit pricey, but they do give 5% off last time total on the next visit. A nice store. My only real complaint is the fact they don't stock well.

The staff is always cheerful, ready to help or talk about your pets with you.I regularly buy my dogs food here but recently the prices in everything has shot through the roof. While this is not the employees fault, they are dealing with the fallout of it. They immediately made apologizes for the prices and warned us that they would be going up again.To the owners of this store...do better! Your sweet staff should not have to make up for your short comings, it's not their fault your greedy.

So it has been brought to my attention that I posted on the wrong pet store. I apologize for this!! This pet store is great! Raven is so acknowledgeable about her job! She is a super nice girl. Aways friendly with customers. Everyone greets you as soon as they walk in the door. I must say it is nice to have staff that knows what they are talking about to be able to help you.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s a pretty nice pet store but I can’t give it 5 stars because they’ve had some pretty disgusting fish tanks off and on. Lots of dead fish, sick fish, etc. Selection is pretty good, but it’s a relatively small store so not a huge selection. Prices do seem to be a bit high. Employees have always been nice and helpful though,

Friendly staff - close to home and nice variety of merchandise. I originally gave them four stars because of the prices of some of the merchandise but changed it to five because of the quality of the products and the helpful staff. I also like that they have other things at the store like pictures with Santa or spa day for your pet. I do believe this is a 5-star store.

My favorite place to get supplies for the animals. Customer service is on par here!! They are super friendly and super helpful. Sometimes you get two different opinions on things but everyone has their own way. They have a rewards program which is nice. Oh almost forgot, when you go in you can breath normally. There is no horrible smell of unkept tanks or cages. These staff work hard.

They have been absolutely wonderful with helping the cats at The Humane Society to get adopted. All the employees have taken care of the cats and given them lots of love. Many have been adopted from there.

Petz Place is a great local pet store. Staff is super friendly. They were kind enough to put me on a revolving order so I never run out of my dog food or cat treats. Highly recommended Petz Place!

Not sure why all these negative reviews are on here, I've went o this store for years. I bought my bearded dragon from here 5 years ago, She's still alive and healthy. I buy her food there, all of her supplies, I recommend this store over any other, very friendly and helpful staff.

Didn't have very many dog collars ro choose from and the treat selection was very slim. Staff was nice.Update: Business did follow up with me, I was traveling thru the state so have not been back.
