As a former employee of this location (20+ years ago), their selection of home repair items, both DIY and professional level has diminished to almost being useless. I rarely find what I need there. The lighting in the store makes for a very dark atmosphere as well. The only thing this location has going for it is they’re one of the few Lowe’s with outside lumber yards.

Don't buy counter tops from here. Ever! We bought this house in 2022 and our counters are awful. We made several calls, sent emails, and it's and endless amount of phone numbers to subcontractors who never call you back. My counters are ruined. Have been since day one of install and over a year later it still remains. 5k for a bad kitchen is all we got.

I truly used lowes for everything when we first bought our home. When they built menards, we were so excited to have something different. So I haven't been to lowes for a few years, honestly. They're the only ones who sell the screen door I needed. So I ordered what I wanted and had it delivered. That all went great! What I got wasn't what I needed so I ended I having to return it. That's where it got tricky. I'll just say the employees were less than helpful. I definitely feel more welcomed at menards.

I purchased an expensive set of tools, and the price rang up incorrectly at the register (higher than marked). The manager informed me that the price had changed and was supposed to be the higher price, but since they forgot to change the tag on the floor, she honored the lower price even though the sale was over. Honest customer service, great store.

You know normally I don't do this , however this evening I was extremely disappointed in the abilities of one employee In particular to accommodate my needs. Being a contractor and In here multiple times a week spending lots of money I would think that she would have been. The main manager was not friendly or helpful. It's someplace like that that really make me want to go to Menards more than I do! I'd almost prefer not to shop here whenever Nick's managing. I'm not sure where she transferred from but I wish they'd take her back! Hats off to Jade and the rest of the staff that were extremely helpful courteous and very kind. Honestly I don't know when I'll be back if ever. I guess it's true One bad Apple can ruin the whole bunch.

Had 3 rooms measured for carpet.The store gets the measurements they call, Ask which carpet I would like. We make a delivery date and pay for it. Each time i spoke with them, i talked with them about it being in three sections, and they confirmed each time it would be cut per room... It gets delivered in one whole section instead of separated into the 3 rooms...Why measure the rooms if you're going to not cut it?What a disappointing experience.Now, I have to wait for pick-up and redelivery after it gets cut.As seen in the picture. They even crossed out 3 sections and wrote one on the roll. Pure laziness.

Did an online order this morning at 7:30. Called at 9:30 am to make sure that I ordered the correct amount of sheet vinyl, they said the order got brought back to the flooring & they were just looking over the order. My husband and 5 year old went to the store to get a few other things we needed at 11 am. He went to see if the order was ready, it wasn’t. I called at 12:30, because he was still there, to see if we cancelled the order & just went to the flooring department if it would be faster. The woman told me they’d be able to fulfill the order & they could wait. After TWO HOURS of waiting, they left WITHOUT the order. I understand that if I didn’t get a confirmation that my order was ready, I shouldn’t have expected it..what I’m angry about is the fact that they were advised to wait & it still wasn’t fulfilled, nobody was even working on it. It would be one thing if it were just my husband waiting, but he had our son with him. Just ridiculous & absolutely terrible service.

Nice store what ever you need,you can probably get here for home improvements,lawn and garden care. Staff are very helpful. 8-12-22 I've been wanting one of these,so I got this one. 8-25-22 still waiting on my mower,I wasn't told that this was on back order ! SILLY ME,it was supposed to be delivered between 4 - 8pm. Very disappointing to have to update negatively ,but I want to put that out there n share.That's the AWESOME thing with Google maps. 4-15-23 I still run down to get certain items.

Long time shopper at Lowes, very disappointed in service. Payed for 2 100ft rolls of corrugated drain pipe. Went around back to pick up after being told to pick up in yard andit wasn't there, then was told that it was in garden center and someone would help us in that department. Went to garden desk to make sure someone could help get it down poofrom 20ft shelf. Was told from garden it was in the yard I said no its in garden, asked to manager. Then went to front desk snd I asked to speak to Loren the manager after 15 minutes of a runaround we got our money back and went to Menards. Never talked to manager and asked speak to him at garden center and at front desk.

Lowes has always been my go to. Yesterday a helpful lady mixed my paint and another team member asked if I was finding everything. However at check out, there were no check outs open. Only self check. I asked the self check out monitor Tami if they were still going to have cahiers or will Lowes be self check out and contractor check out. She said that once in a while they will have a cashier, but usually it is self check out. I told her that I was sorry to hear that and may have to start shopping on Bluebell Drive. She said. "Yes. You should go to Menards."

Can always find what I need for my home projects.Update 09.01.22: No registers open, self checkout only. Had to wait for assistance to get clearance price on plants, and to get military discount. Kind of a drag.06.21.23. Ordered some building materials and used curbside pickup. I was pulling in, guy was rolling my materials out. Whole process took 5 minutes. Awesome!06.22.23 Ordered curbside again. Waited 15 minutes, before being told I had to pull around back. Had trailer on truck so thats a hassle. My cart of materials was blocked in, so had to hand carry everything out to the truck. Not cool.

Was in here over the weekend bought $1300.00 worth of lumber and screws asked if someone could help load my list. Was told someone would be in lumber in a minute loaded over 100 studs and other boards No one came to help as I was checking out I was told the store manager was the one who was asked to help. Will be finishing my project at home depot

Bought a GE dryer to replace the old dryer that came with the house. I didn't need all the bells and whistles. I just wanted to dry my clothes.Mike was friendly and professional and my purchase was taken care of. I bought the dryer and the electric cord (3-prong). I had the vent hose (new) already. I requested removal of the old appliance.Purchase was on Wednesday and delivery was Friday. I was notified by phone delivery. My location is in a place where cell phones do not have service, so delivery men were unable to contact me. The 2 young men. Who delivered the dryer were polite and professional. They handled the machines carefully.The dryer matches the washer that I replaced in Sept/Oct.

Very helpful. I picked up an order at the desk, an electric lawnmower. Desk officials offered help loading, which I politely refused. As I was taking it to my car a young gentleman was returning to the building from assisting another customer and he offered his help. Even though it was a fairly light package, I accepted.

Asked a short lady with a mustache for help. Showed her a screenshot my husband sent me and I asked her if she could direct me to that area. Mind you I rarely shop at Lowes. The last time I was here was probably 5 years ago. She said then proceeded to tell me just go down one of the aisles in hardware. And look there. 👀. I went and had no clue what I was looking for. Thankfully I happen to run into a kind older gentleman who actually took me to each place and showed me the products and took time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with his service BUT Not with the mustache lady!! She was very rude and dismissive. She honestly has no clue what customer service even is. 🙄 I would have given Lowes 5 stars had I never laid eyes on the rude woman with the mustache. So when you shop here search for a older man with a real beard ..... I wish knew his name, because he deserves a pay raise!!! Very kind and helpful. Unlike their other employees who don't care!!!

I paid over 2000 for a washer and dryer. They couldn't deliver it for 4 days. They couldn't hook it up unless I bought all new hoses etc. Which I just moved back and the stuff I had was just 6 months old. Then they deliver and deliver the wrong dryer. Can't get a hold of anyone. I have spent 85 minutes on. Hold on two lines waiting for a manager. Drove to the store to be told I will email the 3rd. Party to see when they can swap it out

Free Carpet Installation:-Tack Strips around Vents were not installed.-Uneveness along walls with 'Plaid' Patterned Carpet.-Carpeted over vents, left me with 2 Registers. One vent remains to be found/sliced open.-Stain~Master Pet Protect (Grey Plaid) is holding up towards 2 small dogs and the unavoidable moving dirt.

an online order and went to go pick it up. The gentleman that took care of me saw that there were print order issues and couldn't get me a ticket, so I drove my truck to the gate as he asked and there was some kind of backlog there. He had already Informed everyone who needed to know about my order and ticket not printing. Before I knew it he personally had my order confirmed and loaded really quick. He was professional, nice, friendly and had a sense of urgency. He took charge and make me super happy! The person that I am speaking of is named Cody and he should get a huge raise plus a day off paid. People like that are one in a million and need to be appreciated and shown appreciation. I wasn't late for my appointments!

I called this past Saturday and paid for a washing machine requesting curbside pick-up. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The people on the phone were helpful and polite and Cory definitely went above and beyond when I arrived and spoke with him on the phone. Cory kept me informed step-by-step through the entire process and had me in and out of there in about 15 minutes. I am extremely pleased with this experience and will definitely choose this store in the future.
