Exactly is the name implies. Two very helpful young ladies watching the store. We stopped to get something to try to keep the deer from eating my wife's flowers. We were successful now to see if it works , news in the spring.

Once upon a time you had a staff that knew your product.. today we were away from home and ask for 2 grains that carry your store brand name. We've gotten it here a couple months ago but today we were told you don't carry it and never have. My husband walked in the back and sure enough it was back there on pallets. Train up a staff that cares about you, your product and your customers please. Make it a great day.

Needed to get a weight for my trailer. Really easy!All you do, is drive a little behind the store towards the silos. They'll be a tiny little shed to the right. Left of that shed there is a weigh block.You drive your truck across the block and stop just after the obviously separations of the weight station. It's ok if your trailer hangs off your ball hitch, just make sure your back tires aren't on the scale. You get out, and there is a radio inside. You hit the button. Say that you are at the weigh station and you need some assistance. Help will be on the way!

If I could give corporate zero stars I would, they have treated customers and employees in the store like dirt. The new manager got fired for her bosses incompetence,. She was a wonderful employee and did her best to accommodate all the people in the store. Employees and customers loved her . She really helped get customers back and happy. Now they are barely treading water and people are leaving in droves. Upper management, Dale and Levi do not know a thing about animals or how to treat people especially,women. Such a shame the women employees are being treated like less than in a world where women are now dominating the industry.

The experience i have had with upper management at this store.. Not manager of the store.. But her manager... Have been rude and condescending, as a woman farmer, and have been raising animals for last 25 yrs i should not no more than an experienced ag store sales manager, but i do. the upper management should no what feeds are what and what additives are what. This location does not.. They did until they fired, yet another woman manager that knew her job.

This used to be the go to place for most Tuscarawas County farmers and 4-Hers but things are becoming extremely overpriced and that is if they even have it in stock. Someone with farm experience needs to take over this store. The new staff are not knowledgeable and extremely rude.

We frequent this store for most of our deer feed needs and minerals. Nine out of ten times they have what we’re looking for in stock only negative is we did find a place two miles down from them that sells 50 deer corn for 2 bucks less and another independent dealer that sells even cheaper. But all in all a great quick stop on the way to the farm.

Great help when you call and order fuel. Nice service and shows up within couple days of calling, never have a long wait! If your looking for heating oil (propane, fuel, anything) call and they will hey you going.

We stopped by to check out the prices on guinea pig food. We thought it was a decent price so we had them order some for us. Almost a month has gone by, and still no food.... No calls to let us know what is going on with it either. The only way we do d out anything about it is if we stop by or we call them. Have not gotten the hay we asked for either. So finally after spending more money elsewhere to get food for our piggies, we stop by and cancelled our order.Thanks but if we waited a month for food, our piggies would be dead. So we'll have get our food and hay elsewhere from now on. The staff acts like it's no big deal. I'm sorry, but the lives of my babies are a big deal. I will not wait that long for food. Lost our business.

People at the store are super great and help out A LOT! Cant ever get anyone at corporate on the phone including the workers at the store. So glad the store workers are helpful cuz that's the only way they get my business!

I do not like the fact they sell propane. However they won't even return calls tryed total 5 times an no luck.guess they don't care about customers that much. Will buy my bird feed an other items,else where from now on. ..
