Love this goodwill for their clothing selection. I always find something every time I go. I was lucky today and got 5 really nice pieces of clothing. Sadly their sweaters were very limited. Usually they have so many to choose from. Anyway, definitely recommend if you're going for the clothes.

Absolutely horrible place they rip u off!! If u are buying an entire box with 10 items in it for $20and u ask for only 4 of those items that makes them $2 a piece. They want to mark said items up to $5 each and say I'm sorry we can't go any lower than that they are too nice. Excuse me u were just about to sell me the entire box for that $2 each bit because I didn't need all of them ur gonna try to rip me off. And let's not talk about how rude the store manager was when I asked why she would mark the items up to the box price for 4 of them!! Needless to say I went else where for my items and will not be going back to this store again. This place is for people who can't afford to go buy thi g brand new and your tryi.g to charge brand new prices!!!

Horrible Place. High Prices. Rude Management. Nasty couches with bed bugs. During covid I opened a cooler.. to find there was a guys prescription... and food still in the cooler.. yeah right you keep and sanitize everything.

Hands down tided for the best Goodwill I have ever been to! I have NEVER seen a Goodwill with any electronics section, let alone with a HUGE selection like this one. They have all sorts of computers, tv/pc cables, computer accessories, and just in general a HUGE technology section!Best part of all they had vintage video games/systems at a fair price (market value). Xbox 360 systems, games, ps4 games, wii accessories, and even some Sega Genesis stuff.

Place is pretty clean, and I like how they tag each item. Remember, each color represents a different day of the week for deals, so don’t forget to double check with an associate or employee to see which ones are good for that day! Employees are also polite and helpful!

If you are looking for gently used clothes for the entire family, this store is loaded. I scored big time. Kids grow out of clothes so quickly, it's hard to keep up sometimes. This store helps cut clothing cost astronomically.

I really like this place. Large selection of clothes, toys, books, and knick knacks but if something could be done about the group of people that come in with 4 or 5 little kids that would be great. These dads sit in the back of store on the for sale furniture while the kids are running back and forth with toys strewn everywhere. The toy isle looks like a hurricane hits it. Other wise I love coming here.

**Everything is so over priced now**This place used to be the best goodwill in Ohio, literally.The staff is rude, just bunch of kids working there.They have broken toys in there for $10 each! Literally, go look. Toys that don’t work, or are literally broken in half.. they’re cheaper brand new at Walmart!**Their new Wired up program is a JOKE**Nothing works! Says it’s all tested by (DT) an employee, but it’s not, maybe by 16 year old kids who have no idea what they’re doing!I bought a laptop there 2 days ago for $149, ended up finding out it was at Walmart for $99 brand new.. plus it didn’t work, was locked out by someone’s personal account! Lol. They didn’t even try to erase the data and reset it before selling it!Took it back, with a receipt and all, they refused to give me my money back which they said they would when I bought it, gave me in store credit… what the hell am I going to buy there with $149?!?!10 pairs of Used underwear? 😅STRAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Don’t believe me? Go check it out. See for yourself.They sell old grimy off brand game controllers for systems that are 20 years old, for $19.99…They used to have DVDs for $1. Blu Rays for $2Now they’re $4-6…Used. I’m Not joking lol.That’s ABSURD! Walmart sells brand new DVDs for $3.740/10Will never go back here again. Ever.

Reviews correct - VERY Expensive.We went here for first time despite so many negative reviews. It was the most expensive thrift store I have ever been in. The owner replied to those other negative feedback with a very polite response explaining that their high prices is because they are raising funds to support local people in need.Unfortunately what the owners don't realize is that low income families can't afford to shop retail so they rely on thrift stores to get many of the things they need.On the positive they have a lot of clothes and they had a Pink Tag $1 sale which was nice. However it was hard to find items with pink tags. We only found a few (maybe because we got there at 3? Or maybe there just wasn't many to begin with...who knows?).We found 1 item to buy, but Goodwill only had ONE cash register open with a long line waiting. I just wasn't going to wait☹️. The store was quite busy for the sale, I would recommend to owner that they have at least 2 registers running on pink tag sale day.I doubt I will be back here.

For those who say the prices are steep, some of the merchandise is new goods from target and it half the price of what target offers it for. Therefore the prices are good because they are not used products like others. Name brand items that are gently used you expect to get it for 3.00 your out of your mind...I’d be more then happy to pay more for a name brand gently used especially since the price is usually nowhere near the cost of it new. For instance PINK merchandise is 40+ in the store new you can get it at goodwill for 10.00 sometimes less, to me that’s a deal for something of that quality. If you don’t like it don’t buy it because others are more then willing to pay that. I always leave his store with good quality stuff. Very rarely do I leave empty handed. A lot of items in my house I use for decor are from here. My whole wardrobe is second hand from here, and no I don’t have a ton of money to spend I’m in college. Everyone needs to stop being so cheap and realize just because it’s goodwill doesn’t mean everything is going to be 3.00 and under jeans anymore are 20.00 a pair in the store or more so paying 6.00 to 8.00 is more then half off. Miss me jeans are 100.00 in store so 35.00 is a fair price. Personally again I love his store. Plato’s closet is more expensive then here. If you want good quality home decor, clothes, or products from Target come here. Don’t let the nausayers reviews fool you. :)

This place has definitely gone from 3 to 5 stars in the last few months. They're under new management and it's truly making all the difference. This goodwill is so much cleaner and organized now. I can easily spend 40 or 50 here because of the deals I'm getting as well. The majority of their huge selection of clothes are name brand and if you take your time, you can even find brand new donations with tags!

The prices you have on items is outrageous. This stuff is donated and you think you should get price of new items. I looked at a office chair that had to be 25 years old, thought it was miss priced, lady said no it was $90. Had rust on metal and two cuts in vinyl, What a joke. But when the CEO makes $2.3 million a year what do you expect. Will never donate to them again.

I also found the prices to be higher than expected. Sure, you are using profits to help others, but I think you're missing the point that it's those 'others' that are doing the shopping in your stores. The rich aren't shopping at Goodwill! I bought a few Little Golden Books at your store recently, at $1.99 each. The price on the books, when they were new, was 79 cents. So idk why very very used books are $1.99 but I bought them out of nostalgia. :)Note to poster Caitlin below, you say you're 'in college', but your grammar is so poor I cannot believe that.

I’ve shopped at dozens of Goodwill locations across Ohio, PA and WV and this is by far the most overpriced location I’ve been to. Some jeans were priced over $16! I laughed and walked out. It’s kind of a shame managers are trying to take advantage of people like this.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Prices were high to begin with- but now they are even more!I just saw items that were marked $10- and they are only $11 brand new. And these were used and abused from the late 70's early 80's! Very poor shape! Also, Longaberger liners for $8! Even when they go 1/2 price, they will be $4- which I feel is a lot considering you are taking a chance on whether it will fit your basket! also, Thirty one bags that are very used for $20- and they were only $18 new! Just because something has a brand name does not make it valuable! $2 or $3 would have been an adequate price on a lot of these things! But, I guess the CEO of goodwill can't make a 6 figure income when prices are reasonable! This is why I donate my stuff to Browse and Buy!

People say your Christians? You lie about your Christian values on top of that your associates will rude! I will be doing my shopping at the VOA or salvation army from now on!

Agree with other posters here. Prices are bit steep. Also, attention Goodwill management for all locations - please stop separating suit pants from their jackets. There's no way I'm going to try and pair a jacket with pants which may or may not be available or otherwise in good condition. Thanks!

Prices are to high. I go to canton and massillon goodwill's and they are way cheaper. Who ever does price's needs to be showed how to. Some of their item's at new Philadelphia goodwill are the same as Walmart and the mall. I hope corporate reads this. I sent this to Cleveland stores page about this stores pricing will not donate here I will drive to massillon to donate

This place is a joke. Ridiculous prices! You can buy new items cheaper then you can buy used here. I have seen items in this store that is sold next door at the dollar tree new for a dollar. In goodwill they will want $3.00 used. The clothes are way over priced. I saw a woman buy 3 shirts and a pair of jeans and the total was over $70.00. You can get new clothing items cheaper on clearance at the mall. What bothers me about it most is this store is suppose to help people out that dont have much but instead they are taking advantage of those people without. Sad thing is those people are gullible and think they are getting a deal. Shop around dont go here. I would not even donate to this store at the prices they charge people. Also the place has a horrible smell.

No idea why anyone would rate this good will as bad. I can't believe the deals I have gotten! A giant uno deck, brand new $30 i paid $6! Crofton magnetic spice set $25 i paid $3! Name brand everything here.The books are one of the best selections from all the goodwills I have been to. I got books that were just released three months ago! I love this goodwill so so much.

A homeless man came in. He asked very politely for a coat. He had no money. They told him they could not give him a coat. One of the managers asked her boss if she could buy it for him. She was on the clock. They told her no, that she couldn't buy it for him. She told other employees no also. The boss Geri had said it was corporate policy. If this is how Goodwill wants to help their community, then I personally will no longer donate to them, in any way, shape, or form.

Was there today and bought a few items. Some items are well priced and others I feel seem a little high. Look around and you can find good deals, but that is a deal to me, and maybe not you. Good luck and happy hunting!

The prices here are outrageous for DONATED items. They charge retail for a lot of their items and it’s absurd. Maybe take note from Coshocton Goodwill, they sell their clothing all at a set price and it’s great. This goodwill was recently trying to charge FOURTY DOLLARS for a used, roughed up Coach purse. Crazy.

They continue to jack up their prices for used and unwashed goods then when you try to make a statement to the the manager about it very politely you get rudely cut off and just told to call corporate well isnt it your job as a manager to report to corporate gour customers are unhappy.

I would give 5 stars, because I have always liked going to Goodwill, but I'm sad because they no longer sell donated jewelry. I used to come in 5 days a week for many years to check it out. Since they eliminated their bagged jewelry, I stop once a month, if that.

I waited at the cash register for 7 minutes. The lady saw me and just kept talking to another person. It was a customer she was talking to, but they were talking about stuff at home. She was not helping her find anything.
